Tried to come here yesterday during my lunch and the line was way too long. I came back today and the line was average. For majority of the part the food was ok, although the portion sizing was small. Clean place. But one thing I do have to say was that they lack in their customer service.

My first time visiting this Panda. Pros: Good location, plenty of parking, moderate prices, plenty of seating. Cons: I have only 2 complaints. The beef and broccoli I ordered tasted like it was missing an ingredient and the soda machine area was sticky.

This panda is a good location right off a busy road«Golden Valley Road». I noticed though there wasn’t as much business here as the one down the road. The quality of food was alright. My Fiancés beef and broccoli was lacking but my orange chicken was good. We sampled the Angus Steak and it was good. The parking is good and there is outdoor seating. The cleanliness was ok accept the soda area was sticky. All in all the location is average.

CAme here the other night. There was nothing to choose from except orange chicken and beef and broccoli and old cold string beans. They said since they closed in 30 mins they weren’t making anymore of anything. He asked if I wanted egg rolls I said yes, then he realized there wasn’t any and said oh never mind. Very cheap with the amount of food. Looked like leftovers because of how little food they gave me. When panda first opened it was great. Over the years it has become to corporate and just sucks overall.

One of the best locations here in the SCV. Their teriyaki chicken is legit! Good service

Asked Ana politely if I could have the Beijing beef made fresh, she said«it is fresh.» I tried it before hand and I could tell you, it was not even close to being fresh. It had that overly chewy, dry taste to it. The other girls were polite, but Ana was very rude. Disappointed with this establishment.

Worst Panda I’ve ever been to! The food was not fresh and tasted like it’d been sitting for a while. So disappointed.

I come here often since it’s a convenient location. I’ve ordered brown rice every time, but it’s never been ready. I don’t think they even make it. food is usually old so I always ask for fresh made. So if you want fast, and fresh, try another location.

This panda seems to always be out of entrees and sides. Had to settle for certain things that I normally would not order. Either they are too lazy to make more or don’t order enough. This seems to be a recurring issue that has yet to be resolved.

I will continue where the other reviewers have left off. We were there yesterday, my son and his family and myself. The fried rice was obviously leftover very dry and almost crunchy. Orange chicken same way old, dry tough. The resturant looks almost new a very nice place to look at, too bad we tried to eat there. All three plates went into the trash. Judging from the reviews, they need a change of management at this location. In Bakersfield and other locations the food is fresh. Do not go here!

Use to love this location until yesterday. We were greeted by a young lady at the counter. When we gave her our order we realized that they were all out of orange chicken and no fried rice was ready, she didn’t even bother to let us know until the young man at the register informed us that they ran out in the morning, so they’ve been playing catch up all day to keep up with the demand of the items. The beef and brocoli was out as well. Pretty much there main dishes were all out in which we had to wait 15 minutes for our orders. Fine, so we continued to get our drinks and Guess what!!! Yup! The machine was out of order, all the soft drinks tasted like seltzer water yuk! Overall this place needs a management check, it’s really been bad the last couple of times we’ve gone in, but yesterday just affirmed us that we will not be returning. Not only was the wait for our food long, but the young lady at the counter was just rude and showed no care. They offered to make good and gave us a refund on our drinks and a 10% off card for our next 5 visits. Stay away until they get there $!#! together.

Was excited to try the new orange chicken with bacon. Got there around 2pm on a Friday, and what was left looked old & dried out. I asked the girl if a fresh tray would be coming out soon, and she said no, there is plenty. Then the next customer walked in & ordered the same thing… and the second server yelled back for a fresh tray. What I got ended up being hard as a rock and inedible. Won’t be returning. Ever.

Waited in line for 10 minutes and then at my turn every single item I wanted(chow mein, broccoli beef and spring rolls) were out. I only waited because I was picking this meal up for a family member. The food line was Ill-equipped for the volume of business and the crew waived off cook staff for more food before I ordered. Bad planning and SLOWSERVICE.

This is a rating based on comparable Panda Express establishments. Good: –Well it is Panda, so it is decent, quick Americanized Chinese food –Free samples To Improve: –Staffing/service level… busy Wed evening dinner rush and only two people working the service/cashier line. Backup kept us waiting 5-min or so as the next to be served. Too long because staff was waiting for Orange Chicken of all things to fill orders already placed ahead of us plus filling other items from the back kitchen. — While the food prep area looked clean and well maintained, the seats on the bench like booths were all tore up and the drink station had a spill on the floor the entire time we were there along with both the Root Beer and Mountain Dew not functioning. –Don’t send cook staff on a meal break from 5:45 — 6:15pm during your dinner rush. Overall diner is about $ 9 here and you get fairly consistent food at most Panda’s. This one I will not return to because of they way this store looks to be run on what externally is perceived as a shoestring budget. If the owner is cutting corners on staff and upkeep then will expired food potentially make it into a steam tray as well… who knows??? There are far better options and Panda Express stores in the area, try someplace else.

Usually pretty good. Every once in a while their fried rice will be under-cooked but other than that I am a regular PandaHead.
