Don’t let the single star rating fool you, I love Panda Express. I just stopped frequenting this particular branch, after sitting down to lunch here one day that consisted of dry noodles and terrible orange chicken. Don’t mess with my orange chicken! I had never experienced that at any other Panda location before, not even this one, until then.

SUPERGOODCUSTOMERSERVICE I waited for spring rolls to be made because there was no more so they made more but the wrong kind. They were so apologetic and gave us free coupons and free extra spring rolls. So nice. Way and above what was expected. Thank you!

Looks like Sunday nights at this Panda suck. The staff is wandering around like it is their first night… offering free water! Nothing«express» going on here

This review us being written as I wait. I’m wanted a simple quick meal. Panda bowl with steamed veggies and teriyaki chicken… I’ve been starring at my bowl with the veggies in it for 20 minutes now. What’s the hold up the teriyaki chicken. Okay it’s been 25 minutes now and finally its done. Okay so Now they place the hot fresh chicken over the cold veggies now. Umm no. No thank you. I got a refund. I tell the manager Glady(s) I’ve waited to long and to place my order of online next time if I Dont want to wait. Really??? That’s the answer I get for telling you my frustrations for waiting. No thank you Panda Express. Lol. Express needs to be taken out of your name!

This location always disappoints me. We had a craving for Chinese food, do we decided to get some Panda. It’s convenient and inexpensive. We went around 6pm and you would think that the entrees would be ready for the dinner rush. Nope. There was a very limited selection ready, and the line was already starting to get busy. The food looked like it had been there for a while. I picked the beef and broccoli, and it was almost finished. Instead of being offered a new fresh one, she scooped the last pieced of meat, and one soggy broccoli. She didn’t bother to ask me, so I said that I want to wait for a new batch. She had a look on her face and said ok. We ended up waiting about 10 minutes, so did a lot of other people. The service was poor and the food was not that great. It lacked flavor. We were very disappointed. We won’t be going back to that location.

it was 9pm when I walked in and I asked for chicken teriyaki and they said they shut down the grill and I cannot get that. The Employers are bunch of kids with an attitude and non respectful low manners. They were playing around in the back in frond of customers. Get a better team ! And if I customers cannot get their food after 9pm close the place at 9pm!

If I could give no stars I totally would! Fried rice was very dry and Burnt. Not to mention awful customer service. A blonde girl & a brunette girl with glasses who work there, were using inappropriate language as well.

Panda Express is always the best fast Chinese food option. The food of course is always delicious. We went around 3 pm and there was no one there, then all of a sudden there was an extremely huge line of customers waiting to receive their food. I definitely recommend the classic orange chicken or broccoli beef. I usually get chow mien only because you get more bang for your buck instead of getting fried rice. The service was okay, the server was kind of whatever about everything and didn’t have an extremely outgoing attitude

Arrived at Panda shortly after it opened on 8⁄7 and was looking foward to getting the brown rice. Well to my surprise, it was not ready and was told it would be 45 min. You would think they would have it ready by opening time ! Other than the rice issue the food was very good.

I came in tired and hungry from painting and packing and moving and this place was so wonderful! The girl who waited on me was named Anli. Employees can make or break your business. They reflect what the owners are like, and this restaurant must have really good owners. Anli was fast, professional, and smiled all the time. She helped us get the best deal for our money. The place was neat and clean and the people coming and going were laid back and professionals. The food is fresh and smelled so good and tasted so good. She gave me a sample of their teriyaki chicken and it was so good. You will leave with a smile on your face if you go here.

Parking is scarce in front of the store because there’s a Verizon store next to it, and a little further down there’s a Starbucks and a in and out burger… So I park in the back by lowes and walk just a little way to their back door. It just depends on the day or holiday of whether there’s a game on… tonight wasn’t bad. Just two people in front of me. Their best selling item is the orange chicken. Fried rice and chow mein are just fair. The honey walnut shrimp, if not the bottom of the barrel, is pretty good too. I use to get the fried shrimp(called crispy shrimp), but was made to order and took a few extra minutes, but then they started frying them up in advance and they get a little stale. The veggie spring rolls aren’t bad, and you get two of them, compared to one chicken egg roll which is about 50 percent larger than the spring roll. It’s a quick Chinese food place that’s in the malls too. I heard there’s a drive through panda in the Phoenix area!

I love Panda Express for a quick meal, but this location seems to always dissapoint. Very unorganized and the employees seem to be very annoyed and can’t wait for their shift to end. I am constantly asked the same question multiple times on what I am ordering. This could be because of the loud atmosphere or the employee is simply not paying attention. They are always out or very short on most items, customers are either waiting for the cooks to make the food or having to choose another selection. Very dissapointed, I wish they would step their game up.

This panda hooked it up, since almost all Panda Express’s are the same, the only thing that really sets them apart from each other are the people that run the place. So I’ve giving this one a 5 star based on service. I had a complaint with my order and they were more then happy to sort everything out and serve the food how I asked. No questions asked.

Only came here because in n out was closed and the food was not the best. I absolutely love panda express but the food here was not great. The chow mein had a runny taste and I literally found tiny pieces of plastic in my rice which by the way was waaay too salty than needed to be. Didn’t like this experience at all… only gave it two stars cuz at least the staff was nice

If you decide to come in when its not busy make sure to look for what’s fresh and what not. The Beijing Beef is usually always stale during off peak times. You can tell by the looks and if it’s not crunchy. I will request for them to make me a new batch but always get the eyebrow look. Be aware

When you want to put down 800+ calories on one meal(especially the Orange Chicken), at least go to the best Panda Express in Santa Clarita. The food is freshly prepared and this one seems to have all of their items ready to serve so you get selection you expect. Both the server and the cashier were friendly. We asked for lots of samples and they cheerfully gave them out. I noticed there were a couple of new items: Shiitake Kale Chicken Breast and Orange Chicken with Bacon(510 calories baby). Kale was cooked pretty good and it’s not that bad, really.

No ice, the machine was broken. Got the order wrong, Angus beef was under cooked, chicken was not cooked well, pink meat. Just a miserable experience at this panda.

I have eaten at many a Panda in my life and this location happens to be one of them. The food here is always good, whether you order the chow mein or the string bean chicken. Though they seem to run out of food items during lunch rushes(who can blame them for that?), they also seemed to get fresh batches out quickly. The staff here is also friendly and quick, I’ve never had a bad experience. Plus ~$ 7 for a panda bowl and a drink, what a steal! And each meal ends with a fortune cookie with some happy message like mine today«Your smile brings people happiness»

I’m only giving this location 3 stars because the food here was really good, honestly best rice I’ve had at a Panda Express. My orange chicken as teriyaki chicken was fresh. BUT… I was really irritated with the staff. The two women who helped us today were rude. One employee really was more then rude, while I was telling her what I wanted she turned and had a few minute conversation with another employee and then after turned back around to me and rudely asked what which ones was ours. how about the one that’s in your hand that you started to scoop my orange chicken into. I’m pretty sure her name was Yury. I was shocked how rude she was. No apology or anything after nonchalantly chit chatting with another employee. Then by her body language she seemed pretty irritated that it took me a couple seconds to grab my wallet out and get my card out. Don’t think I saw any employee smile while we were there.
