I was really hoping this place would be good, but the meat they use has an awful flavor and weirdly chewy. They should start investing in better meat. If the meat was good the food would be good.

Good food, Good service, very reasonable prices, larger portions than panda express, orders are prepared fast and are not sitting under heat lamps. Classic Chinese fastfood/​takeout style that made Chinese takeout popular to begin with. Also, they have a large clean dining room with comfortable seating.

Pretty tasty! Ordered take out. We were very happy with flavor of food. I ordered orange chicken, vegetable lo mein, egg fried rice and egg rolls. The orange chicken was very yummy and a little different from other places I’ve been to. The other dishes were also great.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I ordered 1 ½ hours ago, was told they’d be here in 45min and when I called to ask about what’s taking so long, they hung up on me, TWICE!!!

I reviewed Moon Wok about 5 months ago and i had originally given it five stars for the quality of food, cleanliness, prices and portion sizes.
After going several times in last few months, i became a little disillusioned with the fact that i really only enjoy their pungent shrimp meal. But everything else is so-​so. I was bordering on giving it 3 or 4 but ill give the place a break because they do have a friendly staff and give great deals for lunch.

I’ve been to Moon Wok many times. The food is very good. The service is slow and lackluster. Could be better. In the summer months, their A/​C lacks the power to cool the restaurant down to a comfortable setting. I prefer to just call for take out.

We have been coming here for 17 years and it is still the best Chinese food in town. Their vegetables are fresh and the flavors are outstanding. Tonight we got the Garlic sauce eggplant, pungent shrimp, crispy beef and chicken fried rice. Everything was great as always. The staff are friendly and the service is quick for not being fast food. I love that you can watch the cooks cooking. They have nothing to hide nor do they need to. Everything was delicious as usual. So glad that they are here to meet my cravings for good Chinese food. Thanks Moon Wok!

I’ve been coming to this place since 1999. Ownership has changed a once or twice but the food has always been great! I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. Lunch specials are where it’s at here, you can’t beat the deal.

This little family owned place is great. The service is spot on and the food is delicious. Tonight I had the crispy beef, sweet and sour pork and the pungent chicken which were all flavorful and amazing even as leftovers. Prices are reasonable considering the food is great so its not a big deal at all. I highly suggest this place for some family style Chinese food.

It’s not fancy, it’s probably not healthy, but it is tasty! This place is cheap and has good food it’s like panda express but more homemade I love the lunch specials they really give you a bang for your buck huge portions! And it’s available til 4PM. I’d recommend this place if your in a rush they are really fast I dont know why people are complaing about the service here I personally don’t like clingy waiters I was waited on as needed which was great for me.

Favorite Chinese restaurant.
We love eating here. The food is very tasty and the generous portions make it perfect for sharing.
They also brew their tea so the tai tea is delicious.
Small and quaint. Service is good and atmosphere is clean. If u live in the area — they even deliver.

This place is really good, considering you get a large portion of food for lunch specials at a reasonable price. However 3 stars because the servers are terrible! No eye contact while taking orders and they look so lifeless. Incredibly rude to us and ignored us every time we called them over for something. If you’re on a budget however, it’s a good place for lunch.

Yummy food, reasonable prices, and wonderful service. Their lunch specials are a great deal. My favorite is their fish with black bean sauce, and their hot and sour soup is always perfect.
They are also very respectful and kind to my elderly grandparents, which I appreciate a lot.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for Chinese food in Santa Clarita.
