The service was so lack luster it almost ruined my birthday lunch. Arriving there was no one to greet us, odd but we decided to sit in the bar area without assistance(no big deal). Once we sat down we were barley greeted and ignored most of the time so much so that when my companion placed a drink order and the bartender came to serve it I asked him to alert our waitress we were ready, I clearly saw she wasn’t super busy and merely standing behind a register. I’m going to assume she said«you take the order», because the same bartender came back and took our orders. It was lunch time, not very packed so I couldn’t figure out what crawled up her b***, or why she had a bad attitude. Anywho the meals came quickly but I was completely put off by that point. The food was fine, the chicken quesidlla was slightly greasy but the Cobb salad with steak was delicious(this put me in a better mode). For sure if I return to this particular location I won’t be sitting in this particular waitress tables and if I happen to make the mistake I’ll ask to be moved. Not cool! I never not tip but I can’t reward bad behavior ;) :/

Jack Daniels glaze on anything is delicious. Try the ribeye. Staff was not very helpful during the last visit but in all fairness to them it was very busy. I love Fridays

The sizzling chicken and spinach entrée was not very good The chicken was overcook, spinach lifeless and the tomato and mozzarella uninspiring. H ad same entrée and Miami airport and was much better there. Service so so.

Food was good, service was a bit slow. On a Saturday evening there was no wait. Had to remind the server of my second drink order. Had the Ribs with Cajun Shrimp and it was great but not filling.

I did not have a good experience with my take-out order. I was so hungry today(skipped lunch) and order a bacon cheese burger w/fries for dinner and I got a cheese burger(no bacon) plain with no mayo or ketchup and like 12 fries. I was truly dissapointed in the service today. Everything was done so sloppy. Even my to-go container was dirty in the outside. They need to do a better job in there and stay consistent.

This is a sus institution. The service was extremely sluggish. The hot sauce, which was Tabasco(like ew, gross) was watered down. I was informed extremely late in the dining process that I would not be getting my «scorching hot» wings. I copped a mozzarella stick from my homie, which was pretty ill, but how wrong can you possibly go with mozzarella sticks. I’m skeptical of this place. I was actually way more down with Outback, but that was a mediocre experience too. 2 stars.

Went on a Sunday and the place was packed! Hubby ordered the $ 12 all you can eat appetizers. Lousy potato skins, but he said the rest was ok. I ordered the Jack Daniels rib and steak plate and a Long Island iced tea. The steak was delicious, seasoned and cooked perfect and the ribs fell off of the bones. Side of spinach was sooo tasty as were the garlic parm steak fries. The things I didn’t like were J.D. sauce was not carmelized on. The ribs so they had no flavor and I swear the cocktail had NO booze in it. I would go back for the steak and have a double order of the spinach.

Nice chain restaurant. Always responsive staff. Weak beer selection, but that’s usually corporately driven. Definitely good for a late night bite.

Of all the restaurants in the area, I’d NEVER choose this place for food! I hear they have good happy hour prices on drinks, that’s all the good I’ve got for them. I complained once about a steak and was told it was a «cost-saving piece of meat»…umm, what? No thanks!

Went there last night for my son’s birthday, thinking we’d be able to please everyone. Food was good. Service? Not really so much. They seemed way understaffed– which was weird, because there were maybe five groups in the whole joint. Our waiter was courteous enough but the service was just terrible overall.

I enjoy their food and would consider myself a regular. The lady and I went out for a late night burger, after waiting 20 minutes to get our drinks, we got up and walked out. We were asked what the problem was, and I can’t say exactly how I replied here but you get the Idea. NEVERAGAIN.

My fiancé and I tried to go to Joey Garlic’s one night…1 hour wait… we decided to turn around and see what else was around. We were warmly welcomed by 2 very nice male hosts. The wait was only about 15 minutes, and they gave us a card with a number on it, and asked us to sit and wait(obviously!). I didn’t realize the bar was self seating… we would have just grabbed a seat there. This was not offered to us when we came in. But no worries. So we finally sat down and the waiter took a little while to come over, but he was clearly busy with about 6 other tables not including us. But when he did come up to us, he was a great waiter. He refilled our drinks without us having to ask, and checked up on us often. He kinda disappeared for a while when we were eating, but I can only assume he was doing other work or maybe had some more tables on the other side of the wall. I ordered the Fajitas, and they did not come out sizzling, they were bland. My fiancé ordered the Ribeye and Lobster, and he asked for sweet potatoes, but he got mixed veggies. He never got his salad either… unsure if this was a server error, or kitchen error. Overall, this place could use some improvement, but a decent experience. If our waiter wasn’t good, I wouldn’t go back.

I used to come to this place at least 2wice a week when I was living down the street, I always sat in the bar area cause the service is better and the drinks are not that far away. Service behind the bar is great. I dont have any complaints with the food as I have never had a bad meal here. GOODTIMES

A few weeks back, the boyfriend and I were driving down the turnpike and we concluded that it was indeed time for a cold beer. We debated back and forth about where to go when finally we said«the next place we see. just go there». That turned out to be TGIFridays. It was an awkward time to be there, around 3 pm, but lucky for us that is when their happy hour started! I had a Corona(so random, just like this visit) and he had a Miller Lite, since they do not carry Coors Light in bottle, only on draft. He ordered mozz sticks and I just a side of French fries. No real complaints about the food or beverages(though my fries were forgotten about for a little while). Our issue was with the service– it was so slow. It took us 20 minutes after arrival to place our app order, though we were ready within minutes of sitting down. As I mentioned before, it was 3 pm, not a very popular time. In fact, there were two guests at the bar in addition to ourselves, and one table of four. We were both mind boggled at how long things took. We honestly felt like we had stepped into a slow motion time machine or something, everything and everyone moved at a lethargic pace. We probably won’t be back, unfortunately, because while the happy hour prices were decent and the beer was cold, service does make an impact on us.

Positives: The food is fine, nothing exceptional, just like every other T.G.I. Friday’s. If you sit by the bar and get the happy hour special, it’s quite affordable. The service is generally good. The beer list is pretty poor – only one or two decent beers. 20% of the time, the order is screwed up. One server we had a couple times was clearly on drugs, which is fine, but not if it impedes the service. Also, sometimes the service is downright terrible. And…how do I say this delicately… sometimes the crowd is just too… low-class, which – in case you misunderstand – is not a code word for some race thing. There just seems to be a contingent of douche who congregate there.

Ok. TGI Fridays isn’t at all what it was in the 90’s. It was upbeat & fun, loud, etc. Now it’s more family oriented. babies crying, service is lacking. It’s kinda turned into the bottom of the heap as far as chains go. Came here with on of the twins and I have to say as far as kids menus go. it was better than the standard as they offered ribs. I have yet to see that on a kids menu and it was a good portion. The potstickers were buttery deliciousness. Honestly Im torn. the food is good but the service was lacking(drink order was wrong. out of oreos for their highly advertised oreo dessert) and the atmosphere feels kind of dirty(sticky table) and«lazy» I guess is the best way to describe it. In the early 90’s there was one across from West Farms Mall and it was THE place to be. Now it feel like the place you go because you have to be there because someone else wanted to go.

Take out review: overpriced. my husband got a hamburger, said it was good and cooked perfectly, but they forgot the fries. we got the side salad, which was typical with good balsamic vinaigrette. I got the chicken Florentine piccata which wasn’t bad. chicken kind of dry and overcooked, the sauce was kind of slimy, and the portion was tight for $ 14!($ 14 at joey garlic’s will feed you and four friends!). The vanilla bean cheesecake was good. Again, it was good, but all very factory/chain/prepackaged tasting The service was annoying, but they had it ready quickly. The interior is darker, nicer and more modern than most tgi fridays. for 1 burger, pasta, cheesecake, side salad is was $ 35.00(I had a $ 25 gift card. otherwise this never would have happened) which i find ludicrous! No bad feelings, but no reason to return(unless i get another gift card)

I’ve been to this location a few times, and the service gets worse and worse, and the food, blech. The service is beyond terrible, going as far as down-right insulting. During the last time here, we waited over an hour and a half for food, and another hour for the check, when the waitress did finally arive(we were in the middle of watching a ball-game on the little tv in the dining area, the waitress had the absolute nerve to say«Well are you two just being so nice and quiet». I kid you all not. I even wrote a letter, and they never bothered answering me. This will be one place that is completely taken off my list of places to EVER go to.
