I was genuinely worried about going here after I read the online reviews. Had to psyche myself up for the«imaginary trouble» that I was about to get, but walked in at 2:17pm on 12÷21÷15 and was greeted immediately by the SM. He got my name and advised that I only had 1 person in front of me. After a 4 minute wait I was greeted by Dianne(?). She helped with activation and then put on the screen protector I bought. I was back in the car and leaving at 2:27! Sorry to those that had the issue but looks like they have fixed it.

I wish I could rate this store zero stars. This is the most inept group of employees I have ever seen. The manager needs to be fired. There was one sales person working and we were signed in and told we were next. After waiting 30 minutes we were told if we waited 20 more, more employees were coming in. REALLY?!? Who in the hell has all day to sit around and wait on lazy poorly managed people to meander in to work? We were 100% ignored and when we said we could wait any longer and that we were leaving the employee gave us a sarcastic«have a great day, have fun» Wow. I would rather dig out my old Nokia and use it than go back to that store. The whole lot of them need to be fired!

Was spoken to very rudely by a manager. In regards to the issue of charging a fee for returning a faulty product one day after purchase, I was told I would have to pay the fee unless I only returned the phone rather than purchasing another model. I was told the issue was because it was a «single transaction.» When I asked if I could complete the return and purchase a new phone in a separate transaction, the response was, «so you want to leave the store, come back in and pretend to be a new customer?» When I explained I didn’t want to play pretend, just simplify by doing two transactions to avoid a $ 35 fee on a free phone, I was told I was trying to «play the system» and asked if that’s how I like to do business. After an email to corporate, they apologized and tried to correct the situation but the actual store manger(the rude person was in fact not a manager) called and repeatedly called the incident a «misunderstanding.» I will not give this store my business again though I am a long time customer of AT&T and felt that their corporate customer service handled the situation well and readily admitted that the situation was inexcusable.

We received very poor service at this location. Not all information given by representatives was correct and much of it was misleading. The store refused to help fix a costly error that one of their employees caused. If you are an AT&T customer, go through corporate or choose a different store.
