Going to Crystal Coast Optometry is always a treat, not only for the spectacular ocean view, but for the outstanding service provided by Dr. Rude and his staff. Dr. Rude is the best eye doctor, and I would never go to anyone else. He is personable and professional, and he truly cares about his patients and eye health. I have extremely poor eyesight, and Dr. Rude is helpful in explaining answers to my questions. After years of going to different eye doctors and some disappointing experiences, I feel very fortunate to now have Dr. Rude as my eye doctor for life. I highly recommend Crystal Coast Optometry!

Absolutely love this place. The girls in the front couldn’t be any sweeter or more professional. Ashley & Jamie are the best! The selection of glasses are amazing. I came here for specifically looking for Chanel frames and they had amazing selection !! I purchased my glasses over six months ago and they recently were scratched, I called in and the reception is trying her hardest to accommodate me (to fix the scratches) !!! I couldn’t be more pleased, clearly the owner cares about customer service and I really appreciate it!

Wow… worst customer service I have ever received from an optometry. I was so ready to get a pair of glasses done here bc of the $ 75 for $ 100 deal but the girl at the front door drove me out of there so fast!!!
When I walked through the door I was expecting a warm welcome, what I got instead was a blank stare from the girl at the front desk. Feeling awkward, I smiled and said «Hi!»…still she just stared at me.
After a few minutes of looking at some of the frames and realizing that the frame that I wanted was not in stock, I had to approached the girl bc she still hasn’t offered me any help or even said a single word to me. I asked her if they would be able to order the frame for me. She replied saying that they could but it could take up to 6 MONTHS for me to receive my glasses. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I had just came from a different optometry with a quote saying that they could get the frame within 5 – 10 days!
Needless to say, I walked straight out of there called the other optometry and had my glasses done with them.
That girl was the only one in the shop and she really had no clue what she was doing. SMH

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Rude at Crystal Coast Optometry. I had a serious vision concern during a recent examination and he took the time to listen and to make sure he addressed the problem directly. I highly recommend this optometrist at this practice!
Side note-​there was no wait time for my appointment. =)

My family and I are visiting from the Bay Area and my 13 year old son forgot his contacts. We were desperately searching for glasses that we could buy just for the long weekend. We stopped by Crystal Coast Optometry and chatted with Katrina and Ashley and they gave my son 3 days worth of sample contacts at no charge. We were so grateful. They were very kind and if we lived closer we would definitely go there. Highly recommend!!! Thank you!!!

We were here on vacation from Las Vegas and my daughter was in desperate need of a pair of contacts. I called Kaylee and asked if my eye doctor could fax the prescription to them and we could get a pair of contacts. Kaylee not only solved our problem, but she did it without hesitation and with great customer service! AND to top it all off, the price was completely affordable! (;

Been here couple of times and will continue coming back again and again. The eye doctor (forgot his name –_​-​) was nice, patient, and informative to my mom. Jesse is very knowledgeable about everything and helpful. Love all the sunglasses, wish I can buy them all (lol). The location is nice and especially the view!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I made an appointment and left work early to get there on time. I waited for an hour for the Dr. to show up. When they called to tell me my glasses were ready I asked them what time they were open on Sat. as that was the only day I could get back there. I was told they would be there until 6 PM. I told them I would be by before then. I left a gathering early so I could get there by 5:15 on Sat. and the doors were locked. Every time I have called back since I get the answering machine. I got a call back on Monday with an apology and was told they would see what they could do to make it up to me. I have called back twice since with no response. At this point I’m just looking for a refund.

Very nice people. I got my yearly check up for glasses and contacts. I had a Living Social deal, it said you have $ 150 to use towards frames and lenses which was misleading because you have to have the frame there to be able to use the $ 150 off. So I ended up having to pay $ 135 extra for the lenses… when I could have gotten it free with just the prescription when I ordered my frames online… which was a little frustrating for me. I ended up getting contacts for half a year and the lenses for my glasses and spent about $ 390 plus the $ 49 I paid through Living Social.

These guys are the best. I’ve seen Dr. Do and Dr. Austin — they are both phenomenal eye doctors and people. They carry an awesome selection of frames, as one might expect for the location. Would highly recommend to others.

I had such a great experience! Dr. Do was funny, knowledgable, and very easy to talk to. After my eye exam I picked out glasses and the guy at the front desk was super helpful as well as funny. It made the whole experience great and I picked out some awesome Ray-​Bans. I’m definitely going to reccommend this place to my friends and family!

This place is fricking awesome! I just picked up my glasses today and all my headaches are gone! Dr. Do is so great with explaining things and obviously cares about his patients. He showed me eye exercises I could do to help out my headaches! And the receptionist lady was so nice and welcoming! Im definitely coming back here! 5 STARS!!!

I’m glad I found this place! The customer service is exceptional and they have a plethora of designer glasses to choose from. Caylee is awesome and she will get you the glasses you want. Definitely check this place out for quality frames and service!

I couldn’t give this place a higher recommendation. GREAT selection of frames and good prices. Kaylee can order almost any frames you want if you don’t see them there. Location is beautiful, the doctors are very nice and thorough as well.

Dr. Do is great and Crystal Coast Optometry has everything I need. I come in for regular check ups, got some clean John Varvatos glasses (brand new pair which I didn’t even see in other stores), and also get my contacts refilled here. The staff is very friendly and will answer all your eye care needs. I’ve been seeing Dr. Do for years and for years to come~ Keep up the great work!
