AWFUL, AWFULPOORQUALITY Sandwich! Wished I went next door to Chipotle. I normally don’t like to write negative reviews unless I have to. Just ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and told the guy to do EASYSAUCE. Instead I get back to the office to find that my sandwich was drowning in sauce. I posted a pictures as well. There was so much sauce it was dripping off the bread and the bread was soaked from the sauce. Then I barely found chicken in my sandwich. It looked and tasted more like buffalo sauce soaked bread. So disgusting. For $ 9 you get soggy bread, drenched in sauce and bits of chicken. Learned my lesson and never going back.

I don’t know if the customer service is always like this b/c it was our first time here but the New Year’s Eve crew about 5 young dudes were really out of it. The guy taking the order was not even listening and he kept walking away before I finished giving my order. And when he repeated the order, it was all wrong. I had to tell him I wanted wheat bread a gazillion times. He didn’t even give me my ticket for my order. Then, although there were five or more guys back there and it was not busy, there was like one guy making the sandwiches. I had to remind them that I ordered a wrap so someone would start making it. Then, they forgot to add the lettuce and tomatoes. Also, when I asked if my sub was cut in half, the guy said yes. Of course, when I checked, it wasn’t. I had to go back in and get a knife. These guys are not there to work. They are just there to watch the game on the tv and collect a pay check. The franchise owner should really get the employees into shape b/c clearly there is an issue when you read all the reviews about the customer service.

Never been disappointed when I’ve come here. Service is quick, even if the line is long. Parking in that lot is not great.

For starters, I love jersey mikes. but this was the worst experience I have ever had. It was my first time at this location, and definitely my last. The guy helping me behind the counter(curly headed tall dude) acted like I was bothering him by being there. he was very disrespectful and rude. I asked for extra mayo and he rolled his eyes and added a bit more. I had to repeat myself several times telling him what I wanted on my sandwich. Every time I said thank you I got no response. he also helped my two other friends and acted he same way. either this guy is just plain dumb, or hates his job. If that’s the case, go work somewhere else. The guy at the cash register also seemed irritated and wasn’t very friendly. overall the sandwich was mediocre at best, and the service was terrible. I do not recommend coming to this location.

Love jersey mikes but this place is just terrible. The guys working behind the counter are dumber than rocks. Most of them can’t even comprehend the order you give them and ask you 49 times to repeat it. They also give very small portions of meat in the sandwiches compared to other locations. Moreover, the people behind the counter have terrible attitudes. If any of you are reading this; you work at jersey mikes so stop acting like you’re better than everyone cause if you keep it up you’ll be making minimum wage your entire life. All I can say to you idiots is stay in school.

I went to this location today because I had an Angels ticket stub from the game this past Tuesday(4÷21÷15). They gave me the free sub even though a review below said they didn’t receive the free sub. I just had to clear that up! This location does honor the Angel ticket! Also the workers here were so funny and had great customer service. Speedy and fun.

The customer service here is terrible. I ordered the Turkey Wrap today and you would have thought I asked them to solve a Common Core math problem. One guy put all the ingredients on the wrap but didn’t know how to wrap a tortilla. Which wasn’t the main problem. The problem was no one(2 others working nearby) wanted to help. I asked a couple times if someone could finish making my sandwich. Finally the manager noticed something wasn’t right and it got done. It was a terrible experience. I won’t be back.

Went to your location for lunch today since the Angel’s hit over 10 runs last night(4÷21÷15). Was looking to use my Angel ticket for a regular sub which was the promotion and we had to use within 2 days. Your stored apparently wasn’t participating. I found another location in Huntington Beach(bolsa/springdale) who honored the Angel ticket. The guy behind the counter said they have been serving up all day! They have a new customer and your store just lost one.

Do not go here if you like veggies. This is our request for“all of the veggies” no meat or cheese… paleese! Go to which which for a loaded sandwich for cheaper.

Worst Customer Service! I visited Jersey Mike’s at 6:30pm for a quick bit; there were 3 employees working and only 2 people in line. I had to wait 5 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me to take my order, I waited another 5 mins and my order still wasn’t made. I asked the employee if he even started my order, he forgot what I ordered and asked me again what I ordered. I just left and went to another restaurant across the street. The customer in front of me had the same issue with poor customer service and the employees messed up his order. It seems like the employees at this store didn’t care about their jobs or the customers.

Just had lunch takeout here. Luckily no line and quick service. Very friendly staff and fast. I got the turkey regular sub mikes way and it was very good! At about $ 7.50 for the regular 7in it is a tad pricier than a subway, but way more meat and toppings. Very good! I will be back!

Another one of my healthy lunch spots. This place gives you sandwiches with freshly cut meats and cheeses for a reasonable price(regular sandwich ~$ 8). This particular location has about average service. One negative thing about Jersey Mike’s is the lack a variety of veggies or toppings you can put in your sandwich. It has about 5(lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapenos, pepperoncinis, and hot pepper mix), whereas Subway has like 15. I usually get the turkey which is decent. Overall, it’s still a step above subway, and a solid place for lunch.

I’ll keep this review short and to the point. The sandwiches were delicious(can’t complain, I got them for free with a coupon I received). The environment was welcoming, but the process of actually getting my sandwich was a little disorganized. I didn’t know if it was my turn to pay or not, but maybe that’s just me being too critical. I would have appreciated a system more like Which Wich, where you pay for your sandwich first right when you order it to prevent any confusion. Overall, this place is pretty good and the sandwiches are better than your typical Subway sandwich.

This Jersey Mike’s has always had great service and always welcomes you when you walk in. And their food is fresh and very good. I pretty much won’t ever go back to subway. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

Could have a little better topping selection. Also, how about some fresh bread? I actually asked the emplolyee last time if the bread was fresh and explained to him about my previous experience. I was assured that the bread was soft and fresh. Nope. Someone at Jersey Mikes hates fresh bread. Note: To be fair, I went in here yesterday to grab a quick bite, and the bread was not horrible.

Firstly I have to say the sandwiches are good here. Better than subway, and better than Quiznos. The customer service is really where the place disappoints. Went in first time, and like other reviews, they got my order wrong. I ordered a large and a regular, got two regulars instead. When I realized the mistake, I said«I thought I ordered a large and regular.» The guy was very defensive, and said«no you didn’t.» And then didn’t offer any fix until I was ready to pay. «we can fix it if you want» Garbage customer service. This last time I went in was the most disgusting time of all, the guy making my sandwich had a runny nose and was wiping it on the sleeve of his polo shirt, multiple times(no less than 7 times while making my sandwich). REALLY, REALLYDISGUSTING. I am not exaggerating, I literally had to watch the guy and make sure his nose didn’t drip onto my sandwich. That might have been how the original slob, Jersey Mike, made sandwiches, but we have sanitation standards now. To top it off, two other people working there had no runny noses. Why not take one of the guys who isn’t disgustingly sick, and make him handle the food? Makes no sense. Might come back in a few weeks when the sandwich guy gets over his flu/coke nose drip. DISGUSTING

So… I have never been to a Jersey Mike’s ever before. I’m not a huge subway sandwich person. But my friend insisted we go here after our 6 mile hike. I was starving. So I told him it better be good! Nothing worse than crappy food when I’m especially hungry. I got the original italian mike’s way — lettuce tomato onions salt pepper vinegar and oil plus a few pepperoncinis. I asked for their best sandwich. And I was not disappointed! He sliced up the meats and cheese fresh. I got the reg size(their medium). I’m not one for raw onions, vinegar and oil. But I wanted to try it the way they make it, without any substitutions. It was soooo delicious. I ate the whole thing! I made sure to eat it right away so it wouldn’t get soggy with the vinegar & oil. I combo’d it with sun chips and an arnold palmer(iced tea & lemonade)… approx $ 10 for the combo. Totally worth it and I’ll definitely come back for more! Mike’s way

I go to this shopping center a lot so I was excited to see that a new place was opening up. A new option for lunch yay! Close parking is always difficult to find here during lunch so you might have to park kind of far, but hey, walking is good for you ;P The space itself is nice and clean! I prefer the tables and chairs outside because I like people watching haha, but you can sit inside if you’d like. There’s plenty of seats inside. booths along the side and a few chairs/tables in the middle. I’ve been here a couple times and service was quick and efficient. I ordered hot sandwiches each time and I noticed that it took quite a bit longer to receive my sandwich than it did the cold because instead of heating things at the same time as building the cold sandwiches, they just make everything in the order it’s received… just seems a little inefficient to me that’s all. The sandwich itself was fine; nothing to write home about but definitely better than Subway. The pastrami reuben is pretty tasty but I wish the sauerkraut was a bit more flavorful. I think next visit I’ll give the meatball sub a try! What can I say, I love me some hot sandwiches ^__^
