I ordered sunglasses through this store’s website,
. So far, the service has been great. Not only do they carry the retired pair of Maui Jim sunglasses my mom loves, Gary responded almost immediately to my order assuring me that it was placed, it would SHIP FOR FREE the next day (I ordered at night), and that it would come with a case, lens cleaner, neck cord, and more.

Gary went above and beyond for helping me find a replacement pair of Maui Jim’s for my wife. The post office delivered the first pair to the wrong address (how did they get that so wrong?!) and Gary sent off a second pair to make sure we got them in time. He was quick and took a risk in doing so but it was completely worth it. I just refused the delivery of the second pair to arrive and Gary got them back. I’m a dedicated customer now.
