Simply some of the best pizza I’ve had, anywhere, ever. Truly stellar customer service and a very down to earth staff. Amazing music. What more could you need?

Meh… pizza has gone downhill alone with their service. Wanted to let the Manager(Joe) know that we had a problem with our pizza and he said«we have the best food… if you don’t like it you don’t like it» and that was it. Pretty sure you USED to have the best, but things changed!

Our first time checking out Sgt. Pepperoni’s Pizza Store and what a fun experience! We placed a take out order and was quoted a 20 minute wait time. It only took about 10 minutes for us to get our pizza. The employees are super friendly and fun. The décor is cute & reminded me of the show Cheers. The quality of the food is good and matches their prices. We’ll definitely be back!

In Celebration of National Pizza day, my nephews and I decided to get a Hawaiian pie and buffalo wings. Let me tell you. These are probably the best wings I have ever had! The meat was sliding off the bones with such great smokey flavors. I felt like Godzilla devouring a small village of Japanese tourist! The pie ordered was simple and to the point. If I had it my way I would get a «supreme» and I would be able to gage the difference between here and other places, but majority ruled and my two nephews got what they wanted. All and all still very good tho! Sargent Pepperoni we salute you! Major Bones out!

Almost perfect. I like my crust extra crispy so the toppings don’t wiggle around so much or fall off cuz of over topping, stiffer crust Would fix that. Good taste tho. Nice staff. Just all the staff was up front talking about life, they could move that conversation to the back, customers don’t need to hear your weekend story.

If give them 4.5 stars. Good pizza! I’ve been here a few times and tried the MEATBALLRICOTTA the first couple time. So good! Definitely my favorite. They get really busy on the weekends so call ahead to place your order. Also tried The Works, which was good, but was pretty light on the sauce and cheese. The peppers and sausage and other toppings were really good though. I’ve tried both types of Pinwheels — pepperoni or spinach. Pepperoni is better in my opinion. It was good but could live without it. I’ll definitely be back!

This place is so cute. From the massive gum ball machine to the rad peeps who greet you right when you walk in. Not to mention the delicious pizza. The people genuinely love working here and you can feel it! You guys rock my socks off. Thank you.

Was able to try the pinwheel for a second time and this time it was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. This is definitely my spot for pizza, I’ve tried the buffalo chicken, pepperoni, thai chicken, and the works so far and they’ve all been great! Their customer service is good and the 10% off Unilocal check-in deal is awesome. Always a happy customer when I come here(:

I’ve been ordered pizza from Sgt Pep’s a few times now. My first couple experiences were very positive. The pizza is delicious and the wait isn’t too bad at all. The scene is hip– they have a huge gum ball machine and the place in general is well decorated with tons of TV’s if you ever wanted to come watch sports. They have trivia here on Mondays, and I’ve never been but it seems like they pull a decent sized crowd. My only issue is the last time I came here to pick up an order. My boyfriend had placed an order and they had told him it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived about 30 minutes after this estimate so I thought for sure the pizza would be ready. I walked in and was surprised at how busy it was. I stood in line to tell somebody I was here to pick up my order. The person at the register made eye contact with me but since it was really busy he didn’t help me immediately which I understand so I waited. Then I had a gentleman cut me which was somewhat annoying because I thought the employee would say something like, «Sorry sir but she was here first, can I help you after?» But it wasn’t a big deal. Then a soccer mom quickly jumped in to ask for to-go boxes. When I came up to pick up my order I was told they were slammed and I would have to wait another 25 minutes. I was pretty unhappy but I understood because they have to serve customers inside the store first as opposed to carry-out orders. I just wish I could have had a more accurate estimate time, I would have gone elsewhere because I was already tired from a long day at work, and hungry on top of that. When my order was ready I was somewhat surprised no comp was offered or even packets of cheese or pepper flakes. Because of this experience it’s left a bitter taste in my mouth but it wouldn’t deter me from returning.

We ordered two pizzas from here and they were solid! We had take out so we can’t speak to the dine in experience but the person who took the order over the phone was really nice and helpful. The pizzas were ready pretty fast and we were in and out in a flash. The pizzas themselves were good and they hit the spot! We will definitely check this place out again.

I only give this place a 4 star because I love their customer service and they have awesome Trivia on Monday nights! The pizza is sub par. I’m not the biggest fan, but my pizza standards are high being from the North East coast. The pizza is not bad and all my california friends LOVE it. I just can’t have that type of love because I’m totally spoiled. I love their wine selection, as well, but I’m no wine connoisseur, I just like drinking.

Called 3 times to place an order for delivery. Was put on hold every time for more than 5 minutes before my friend hung up. Spoke to Andrew who was nice until we placed our order. This was already frustrating because we tried to order the wings online but for some reason it was not an option. We ordered wings 2×12/$ 9 and a smaller order of wings 6/$ 5 to meet the minimum of $ 20 for free delivery. Total charge came to $ 29 after tax not including tips… which does not make sense even with tax. So we asked him why was this more than last time we ordered in the past. He was charging for delivery which on the website states that it’s free delivery with at least a $ 20 order. Andrew says that this was«news to him» so he gave us 2 options. Speak to his manager or cancel. We chose manager. «Sorry manager isn’t present at the time» Ok… So we cancelled. Sorry won’t be ordering wings from here again. Had a decent experience the first time but not worth the hassle.

The pizza at this place is awesome! If you’re a huge fan of a good pizza slice, come here. Their BBQ chicken was so full of flavor that it made me immediately buy another slice. I recommend this place to anyone in the OC looking for some good ol’ fashion pizza with a slight twist.

I have not been to this pizza place in a long time but I used to really like it. I heard that there are new owners of this location and that it has been remodeled and upgraded. I will make it a point to visit this particular location in the next week or so and report back to you any changes that I see. Back in the day they had a great salad bar and the pizza was yummy. I don’t really remember how good or bad the service was however like I said I will report back to you after I pay this place a visit.

I’ve literally been here once a week for the last 4 weeks, twice this week actually and in no way am I ashamed Got to try the pizza with the pineapple, jalapeños, ricotta(yay!) and white sauce — also very tasty!

$ 3 for each slice of pizza, acceptable. I think the pizza here is pretty fresh. I liked it

I had the Meatball Ricotta pizza with an order of Garlic Knots. There’s something about their pizza dough that made me eat even the crust. It was neither chewy nor brittle, just perfect. It was very light on the sauce which allowed the flavors of the meatball to stand out. I should’ve asked for more ricotta though. The garlic knots were alright. I wished it hard a stronger garlic taste but I’m also a garlic lover.

The pizza was 2.5 stars. I ordered the Works pizza in the 14 inch size by take out which came with sausage, pepperoni, meatball, bell pepper, and black olives for $ 20 which is a little pricey for a 14 inch pizza. The pizza was not memorable. The dough had no flavor and the rest of the pizza dough turned a little soggy after the first piece. The tomato sauce had no flavor. They were not very generous with the toppings. One saving grace was the Italian sausage(of what there was on the pizza) which was very good, flavorful and tender. There was not very much cheese on the pizza either and it didn’t taste very fresh. I also ordered the pepperoni pinwheel that cost $ 3.00 which was actually pretty decent. Think cinnamon roll, as far as shape and consistency, but instead made with pizza dough. There was not a lot of cheese, sauce or pepperoni in the pinwheel. But, overall, it was pretty good. If I just rated the pinwheel, I would give it 3.5 stars. But, I came to Sgt. Pepperoni’s not for the pinwheels but for the pizza. Additionally, I ordered the Great Balls of Fire which were balls of dough filled with cream cheese and bacon. It sounds pretty decadent and yummy. But, taste wise, they were just okay. There was not much cream cheese nor bacon. And, there was a lot of dough which overpowered the other ingredients. If you come here, I recommend take out because it is extremely loud in the place with screaming kids and loud people. The noise was deafening.
