My kids like to order pizza on Friday nights, and we’ve gotten pizza from this place almost every week for years. It’s definitely not the highest quality pizza out there, but it’s fairly inexpensive if you get the specials, and the kids like it. Also, you can order online, which is convenient. The service is not great. When things are functioning well, it takes them 50 – 90 minutes to get pizzas out to customers. Occasionally(like last Friday) they just don’t show up at all. We ordered; the website said 45 minutes; 90 minutes later I called to find out what was going on. They didn’t know. They called the driver. They told me he was 2 minutes from my house.(What a coincidence.) About 10 minutes later, the phone rings. It’s the driver. He can’t figure out how to open our garden gate. We went outside to get the pizza. He said«Hi, How are you?» I said«Hungry.» Awkward silence. He had no apology, no explanation, no comment on taking more than twice as long as promised. But, because my kids like the pizza and this area doesn’t have a lot of other delivery options, we keep ordering from them.

Delivery guys never follow basic delivery instructions. Thin crust pizza dough tastes bland and like raw flour. Toppings taste like they have been sitting out for a couple days. Horrible pizza. And I thought it was impossible for pizza to be bad but this place manages to make some horrid pizzas.

I had an experience with this Pizza Hut today where I feel compelled to review to warn others… today I ordered pizza for my office potluck in Newport Beach which is located less then five minutes from this place… First, I had to call several times to get through(tried to order online but the website had a bunch of deals listed but would not allow me to use them for my particular Pizza Hut) I get it you are busy it is the Friday before Halloween… I finally got through on my fourth try and the lady took my order… I ordered three large pizzas and four medium pizzas… the bill came to over $ 70 and I provided my credit card… the lady who took my order proceeded to tell me it would be delivered to my office in about an hour… we waited and waited(thinking it is the friday before Halloween) I finally called and the lady(who will remain nameless) proceeded to tell me they never got an order from me… she further said I probably placed the order with another Pizza Hut… giving her the benefit of the doubt I hung up to check my call history on my phone… nope that was the phone number I dialed and I called back to check again because I had about 40 people on my floor who were hoping to have pizza… I began to tell the lady that I checked my phone history and their number was the one I dialed… she checked again and checked the credit card purchases and said no they did not have an order… No Sorry, no is there anything I can do to better this mistake that has been made… I told the lady how disappointed I was and how this mistake ruined our lunchtime party at work… her words… sorry about that… I hung up and called back later to get the number to corporate to launch a formal complaint… the same lady answered and provided the 1800 Pizza Hut number which I’m sure is not the actual number to corporate then she proceeded to tell me that I probably placed the order with another Pizza Hut and they probably cancelled because I was not in their delivery zone… REALLY??? First you don’t apologize or try to make it right and then you go and blame another site… then she also told me that not calling the customer back when a order is cancelled after being placed is common practice… OH geez! I consider myself to be a loyal customer where it is deserved… throwing another Pizza Hut under the bus and trying to shift blame and taking no responsibility for a mistake puts this Pizza Hut in the you deserve NO loyalty… I would have rather given this Pizza Hut a big fat Zero!

We had a company potluck yesterday so I ordered three large pizzas to be delivered to our office at 11:30am. I placed my order on line since the closest location was closed– order was placed at 9:05am. When I received the pizzas, two of them were okay– the pepperoni and cheese; however, the Hawaiian pizza was less than desirable. It looked as though it sat for hours before being delivered. It was dry, tough, old looking, and cold. It was bad! Everyone else took notice of it too for it was the only pizza left with any pieces remaining. Boo pizza hut!

Ordered two pizzas on Sunday night. It took a good 45 mins to be delivered. And then when I open it what do I see!!! A fiery red pepper massacre!!! Someone just poured a can of red pepper on our crust. THISISTHEWORSTPIZZA I HAVEEVEREATEN! Will never ever make the mistake of ordering from here. Take a look at the pics I’m not exaggerating.

This is your average Pizza Hut restaurant with a small lobby. The food was good as should be expected. The major downfall of this location is the Parking Lot sucks. Their is not enough parking for all of the shops during the peak hours. MYSUGGESTIONSTICKWITHDELIVERY!!!

I ordered the Dinner Box deal which seemed like a good idea until we open the box. Let’s start with the pizza. The pizza was cold and pineapple topping looks like it came from a can. Although I do admit their crust was quite tasty and fluffy. Moving on to the breadsticks; that was the epiphany of what cardboard taste like. No flavors. Hard. Plastic. Ditto for the cinnamon roll. I have yet to try their other offers but I would not recommend getting the dinner box for quality food.

Cold pizza can still be great, frozen can be just as good as fresh, because even when bad, pizza is still pretty good. However, this pizza hut manage to produce garbage. Pizza came looking like it’s been sitting around for a hours and tasting like its days old. Worst pizza I ever had in my life, never thought it was possible but congratulations.

My experience thus far with this Pizza Hut… Their stuffed crust pizza bottom layer of dough is so thin that one time the bottom of half the pizza was just cheese as the dough was spread so thin it didn’t even cover the entire bottom of the pizza. More than half the time they deliver at least 20mins late. They weren’t smart enough to use gps to find my address once. I had to meet someone at a nearby parking lot. He didn’t even ask for directions. And why did I pay for delivery and the delivery fee for me to just have to drive somewhere in the end anyway?! Not worth it!

I haven’t had Pizza Hut since the 70’s probably… BUT Basically, we were at work, starving around 11 am… looked up the closest pizza place that delivers, went online and ordered. It’s really customizable, so we pretty much got what we ordered. It’s fabulous, so easy to use and they estimated 30 minute delivery time, we got it in 20 minutes flat! I must admit, I was a little worried that the dough would not be cooked all the way because of the other reviews, and it was the first thing I checked. I urge any of you to try the website ordering for the custom pizza of your choice! I only like cheese pizza, so it’s not that difficult, but there are new free drizzles you can get and different sauces, it’s soooo easy and very reasonably priced.

The worst pizza we have ever had. Do not order from Pizza Hut. The pizza came late and was somehow burnt on the top but with a base that didn’t seem cooked at all… Not sure how you could even do that if you tried! Terrible pizza from this place.

Ordered Pizza online, was in a hurry and 10 minutes later when I got home I discovered I had a Veggie Lover’s pizza instead of a Pepperoni and Cheese pizza. I called to complain and spoke to Edwin the Manager. He apologized for the switcheroo and offered a $ 10 credit next time I order online AND to have the right pizza made for us. I said, I didn’t want to drive there anymore so he offered to have it delivered to our place. Customer service from Edwin and Yuri(?) –the guy who delivered the pizza was EXCELLENT! On to the pizza itself — I’m not a picky pizza eater. It was nice and tasty. It wasn’t dry because of the extra sauce and it did the job — feed my pizza-craving mom :)

From the moment you saw that I wrote one of my little reviews about Pizza Hut, I know you were asking yourself: Why, Donald… for the love of dog… Why??? Well, it wouldn’t be a review if I didn’t tell you why, would it. It’s Christmas time again… that time of year when I seem to get particularly«grinchy». Oh, I hide it well… I go to xMas parties by the score… I even host an xMas Open House on xMas Eve… complete with my nearly famous Oregon Style«slumgulleon» and homemade cornbread. I donate to a number of different causes and I am veritable fountain of good tidings(«Happy Holidays»…“Merry Christmas”…“Happy Hanukkah”…“Have a Fabulous Festivus”, and all the rest). I go out of my way to treat nearly everyone I know with kindness and respect, and offer up the best of the season. I try to be good… I really do… and then I go and order Pizza Hut delivery for my Yuletide poker night, last week! Now that’s «extra grinchy»…grinchy enough to last me the entire holiday season! I usually treat the«contributors»(the ones I like to call«my poker buddies») to a much better grade of pizza from Johnnie’s, or deli tray from Ralphs or Arnie’s or even(if I’m feeling generous) finger food and hot snacks from Bristol Farms… Yummy! So why Pizza Hut this time? Because my poker buddies had the temerity to not only cease being«contributors“at our last poker night… they actually became«detractors»…in the monetary sense. More importantly, they had the gall to all giggle like little girls as they raked the chips from the middle of the table. And the trash talking… you would think they had discovered the Higg’s-Boson, when in fact, their winning hands were the result of pure, dumb luck. I mean, who wouldn’t call the pot with a full house(Kings over 10’s)…I would… and I did… and I lost. That happened a couple more times at the last poker night… awesome poker hands(my poker hands) getting beaten by fluky hands. But did that little fact stop the giggling and laughter… did it slow down the trash talking… did it cause my poker buddies to comment respectfully on both my skill as a card player(and my dreadful luck) as well as the fact that I had fed them and gotten them(a little) drunk? No, it did not. So…Pizza Hut is good enough for them. And to be fair, it’s not bad pizza(not that I eat it often… or really at all, anymore). In fact, for the price($ 10 per large pizza, any toppings, ordered online) it was better than my poker buddies deserved. I ordered the pizzas from the Pizza Hut website a few days in advance and they showed up hot and on time and cost me less than ½ of what I would normally spend to feed my so-called«friends». And yes, I know I’m not supposed to be eating pizza, but I did sneak a slice so that I could comment for my little story… and it wasn’t bad… more than good enough for my poker pal’s…at least this time around. And the pizza’s looked nearly«perfect»…like they were made by a machine… or a robot. I don’t really want to get sidetracked and speculate about robot pizza preparation, but the crusts and the toppings for the two of the pie’s(pepperoni) were identical to the millimeter! Extremely accurate pizza prep people… or robots? Pizza Hut Delivery… when only«cheap», «on time», «possibly robot prepared» and«good enough» will do.

I have had no problems with this store. The workers are friendly and prompt. I really like their garlic pizza bread and breadsticks, and the wings are not bad. Wings are 50 cents on Wednesdays! Parking is a pain in the butt during peak hours, since it’s in a plaza with a lot of food places and surrounded by large office buildings. I recommend coming after 2pm or before 11am.

This was a mixed bag result. This is for a hotel delivery. So its a Saturday night. We ordered some pizza, some pasta, and a few hot wings. We’re told it would be an hour wait(ugh!, but typical). So we were surprised when they arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. All the food we ordered was there. We’re anxious to get our grub on over the pasta when we ran into a major issue: They didn’t give any forks. SERIOUSLY?! Other than that the food was good but the lack of forks was a major let down(unless they expected us to eat that scalding hot food with our hands?). So we sent a friend down to the hotel lobby to get us a forks. In the meantime I tried some of the pasta with a jaeger shot cup. Good stuff.

Thou shalt not visit this Pizza Hut outlet and ruin a perfect Friday evening again. We ordered a meat lovers pan pizza and wings. Twenty minutes later the pizza was ready but the crust was hand tossed. We asked the staff working there and she said they ran out of pan pizza crust. We decided to eat our pizza there and half way we heard another staff taking orders for pan pizza crust. We talked to the lady earlier and now she said that if we want the pan pizza we’ll have to wait 40 minutes. I couldn’t care less but my pan pizza loving other half wasn’t about to give up. So we spent the next 30 – 40 minutes waiting for that pan pizza that they could have given us in the first place instead of saying they ran out to cover their mistake of giving the wrong crust. Will only return if i’m dying for pizza hut pizza.
