Absolutely my favorite pizza spot around!
Never had a bad experience, the food is always super tasty and the employees are friendly and welcoming! Everything is made with the best ingredients, so I don’t feel too guilty indulging. No matter what I’ve ordered, it’s all always been delicious.

We got a large pizza with one mixed meat side and one vegetarian. Both were fresh and delicious. I’m not quite sure why others have rated it so low. It was made fresh with quality ingredients and balanced flavors.

When Z Pizza started with it’s perfect thin crust and fresh new combination of flavors it was a hit. But it has really gone downhill at Crystal Cove. We stopped in for quick bite, a slice and a salad. I got a Margherita slice and a specialty salad. The slice must have sat there all day, the crust was chewy and hard and they didn’t bother to warm it. They made the salads and, after ten minutes, I walked up to the counter and asked for the guy to hand them to me. Then I had to go back and ask for dressing. Then I had to go back and ask for a dressing that wasn’t a congealed mess. What were 3 people doing behind the counter? Not a clue. It’s not a hard job.
I have two words for you, Pizza Lounge.

What can I say, I’m addicted. The pizza oh my goodness, it resides in the beautiful realm between flavor and texture. The crust is not doughy, nor is it thin or dry, it sits at the pinnacle of pizza perfection. I’ve had every premium pizza on their menu and all… well most were excellent.
Subs are great.
Staff is always friendly and polite to me, in store, and at home.
Will return… Until I get really sick of their food and obsess over another food vendor.
Also, thanks for being an affordable restaurant in Laguna — not an easy task.

I have never really been impressed with this place. We actually agreed that dominos may be better than Z Pizza. Living in N. Laguna we always do delivery — they are normally on time, but, very non-​personal. We have received multiple wrong orders, with no attempt for them to fix it.
The pizza is always soggy — which is a HUGE bummer.

I love coming to zpizza. It’s one of my favorite places to go for pizza. They have the best thin crust and their pizza is actually made with real ingredients. Mexican pizza is the best!

I always dread ordering food for the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving — order early to beat the crowds? But will the food stay warm enough to work with everyone’s arrival? This year, ordered take & bake from Z pizza… genius !! Everybody loved it, and it arrived on time and ready to be baked whenever my schedule needed it ;-)

I’m really sure how to rate «z’s». The pizza is great the service was great … What I didn’t appreciate was the owners friends flaunting the fact that they were drinking free soda in front of the paying customers and their belief that there was nothing wrong with that… we visit the area every September and the first place we go is «z’s» … Well I’m not sure we’ll be back giving our most recent experience…

Omg, seriously! I ordered the Berkeley vegan pizza. Horrible. But, it was for my cow intolerant hubby. So I went home and called them back to order a double pepperoni with zucchini and caramelized onions. Since when does a pepperoni pizza only have two pieces of pepperoni on them??? Let alone a double pepperoni. I feel so ripped off. Trust me when I say I will not be over this any time soon.

Pizza Hot Spot — Located in Crystal Cove Shopping Center next door to Starbucks Coffee.
This place is known for their healthy and delicious pizza.
My wife and I were in the area and decided to try this place out. It really doesn’t look very appealing from the outside or on the inside. They had a few tables here and there and the people that worked there seemed like they were kids which is understandable because it is a pizza shop.
They have a pretty big menu posted on the wall on the right side. They have on their counter a rack from pizza sold by the slice and its $ 3.00 each. I was like whoa no thanks to expensive.
We ordered the Italian pizza which has a basil pesto sauce, artichokes, olives, ham and sliced tomatoes. I have to say it was pretty damn good. I was impressed with the food just not with the atmosphere.
If your in the area and you want a good pizza check this place out.

For some strange, unknown reason, the pizza here tastes better than other branches of Zpizza I visited in La Habra and Seal Beach.
Everything tastes better. The crust, the ingredients, the sauce… hmmm… secret sauce perhaps???
So the only thing I hate about this place is the fact that they are over 20 miles away from me…

I’ve known about zpizza for a long time and have seen quite a few of them around, but not until today did I ever try one.
I ordered a small pepperoni to-​go and it came to a little under $ 10, so it was more expensive than other, newer pizza places like Pieology and Blaze that serve similarly sized pizzas.
I thought the quality of the pizza was overall pretty good. The cheese was of good quality and it melted nicely. Even with the spicy pepperoni, I think the pizza overall could’ve been more flavorful. Maybe there could’ve been more sauce or at least more salt on the pizza in general. The dough seemed very fresh and had a neutral floury flavor to it, while being pleasantly crisp on the bottom and the crust.
All in all, this pizza was okay and I’m glad I tried it, but I didn’t love it so I probably won’t be back.

3Z meal deal, all the way.
2 slices, 1 side salad. less than $ 10.
I ask them to throw the slices back into the oven for a little to get it nice, and hot. Also, ask for some ranch or blue cheese to dip your crust into! Overall, it’s a great place to grab some pizza when you’re craving some.

i love zpizza. I’ve eaten at a number of zpizza’s around Huntington and Newport Beach. Like all the others, Z in the Crystal Cove Shopping Center has a good product. Too bad they don’t add a little more service with a smile. We couldn’t modify menu items, they serve the pizza-​by-​the-​slice from the heat lamp instead of giving it a quick touch up in the oven. Employees didn’t know the answers to our questions and seemed afraid to ask the manager.
This is a beautiful location with plenty of outdoor seating facing PCH and view of the water. Good thing as we wanted to get as far away as possible from the grumpiness inside.
