Okay service, but solid food for not a whole lot. I really respect this restaurant since it is the only Asian place I’ve been where the food on the plate looks just like it does on the menu. Good atmosphere too :) hit this place up if you need a good quick lunch.

Excellent Korean, especially for being fast food! Had the spicy pork bulgogi. The kind you can’t find in any Korean restaurants in Newport News. It was excellent! Very lean meat (also unusual for Newport News) and an excellent flavor. Had the dumplings to go with, again excellent!
If you like Korean food or just want try something new, this is the place!

Not a huge menu but it’s delicious Korean food. Everything is fairly inexpensive. Beef Bulgogi is so good and a great value at 6.99. Teriyaki chicken was also quite tasty.
They offer tofu & lots of veggies too if that’s your thing.
Great first experience, I’ll be back.

Just tried this new restaurant for the first time today. I am not familiar with Korean food, but have heard others talk about it and definitely wanted to try it. I don’t know how authentic it is, but I loved my selection. I ordered takeout and was given an ample amount to be more than satisfied. The roasted vegetables were cooked just the way I liked them and the meat was flavorful and tender. I live nearby and will, most definitely, be going back! This restaurant is a great and welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Terrific «fast casual» Korean food at a great price. I had spicy pork bulgogi and a side order of cucumber kimchi. It was more than enough for lunch. The service was fast and courteous.

Great food, however I could only give it four stars because we chose to sit in and dine, it was an hour before closing and they already dumped the tea and while we were eating placed all the chairs on top of the table around us. We would do takeout but probably never dine in again.

Such amazin food! The wait is about 10 minutes but when the food comes out, it’s definitely worth it. The place is a little empty right now and that’s because it isnt listed on google maps but hope it rises in popularity!

I never write reviews on Unilocal but I had to write one for Bob Bob. Absolutely love this place! Definitely my new favorite foodie place near CNU Campus. Veggies are fresh, chicken and beef are perfectly cooked every time, their special dressings are very unique and delicious. Food comes out less than 5min every time I go. If youre in a hurry, eat here!
The owner is very friendly and I really enjoyed talking to him. Good price, great service, love their food! Definitely recommend this place. I will be coming back again tomorrow! :)

Refreshingly tasty! I was running errands and stumbled here in the old sushi location. The vibe is upbeat, trendy, and has good energy. They pulled me in with their bolgolgi special. I love bolgolgi and Americans can’t seem to make it well. I was greeted well, it’s a order, pay, and seat kind of place. Bolgolgi is the main dish here served in many different ways, but I saw dumplings, chicken, types of rice, and other asian fusion things.
I got the bolbimbop or something like that– it’s a rice bowl with veg and bolgolgi with a friend juicy egg on top! The dish was brilliant in color and taste and is one of my favorites now. The flavor profiles were spot on, the food was fresh, service was kind, and the tea is strong! All good ingredients for goodness.
Don’t let the name scare you away. Try it. It’s trendy for a date, for a fast lunch, or with a bunch of friends. I can’t wait to go back. So good, affordable too.
