I was unimpressed with this location. It is dirty. The floors are dirty. The servers uniforms are dirty. The little peg game at the ends of the table are dirty. The paper menus are ragged and old and are probably dirty. The coffee is good though.

Cracker Barrel is one of my go to places to eat when I’m in the South. The tempt me with their commercials when I’m in Cali, but there aren’t any on the West Coast. We were seated quickly, and they have breakfast all day. There was a slight mixup with our food order but it was corrected promptly. Service could have been slightly better. If you love chocolate get the Coca Cola cake. It is a flavor explosion in your mouth. The frosting is like sweet fudge and it has just the right amount of ice cream on top. They have a country store with unique gifts and candy. It’s also a great place for a restroom stop when traveling.

Didn’t have a good experience my last visit at this location… but… our waitress, Seliena, was very kind to us today. She engaged in conversation which I find most waiters/waitress don’t often do. She brought out everything on time. Fried cod was really good!

As bad as anything I have ordered anywhere. It was so cold butter wouldn’t melt in the grits. I was just going to pay and leave but you asked. I was comped the meal but that’s not the point. Every meal is touted with«our jam* yet I saw none. Terrible.

Usually an «average at best» place to eat, today was less than expected. Sunrise Sampler and Scrambled Eggs and Sausage were cool upon arrival, bacon was basically all fat, grits looked like they were a week old, and hash browns were also cold and dry. The ham was a bit easier to eat than shoe leather. Service was fine as usual but we are crossing this one off the list. Look elsewhere.

This was my first time ever at a Crackerbarrel establishment and I can’t see myself going back, honestly. We were sat immediately considering how busy it was, which was nice, and we’re served by Joanna. It took her awhile to take our drink order but we didn’t take anything by it due to how busy it was. When she finally greeted us she noticed we were ready to order, however she told us she had to take another table’s order first cuz they arrived 5 seconds before us. So she left us without even taking our drink order. After taking the other table’s order she returned to take our full order. That was the last we saw of her for awhile. Maybe about 15 mins later the other table received their food. It took us 30 more minutes till we got our food… we ordered right after them yet it took so much longer to get our food. WHY?!? We did not get our food until the other table had already finished eating and was waiting for the bill. I was a server for 8 years and I’ve never treated any of my guests like that, ever! I would never tell them I’m not taking your order and then walk away. On top of the long wait for our meal, it was nothing spectacular. Overall this experience was terrible except for the company of my husband and his parents. Unacceptable and unhappy experience!

This is the worse Cracker Barrel I have ever been to. Our food was horrible along with our service. The hash browns were like rocks! The waitress was supposed to bring me more and it never happened. My husbands order was simple and they couldn’t even get it right. On top of that, they were«cooking» his food again but that was a lie. By time they brought his food back the eggs weren’t even runny how we like them. We have never not left a tip but today we did. And for crappy service it took 50 minutes; only because my husband was starving. We will NEVEREVER come back here! I’d give it no stars if I could.

Great service from Khalilah! Bill was just under $ 30 for our 2meals, 2sweet teas, and a to go of Mac n cheese-amazing! I asked her what she recommends, she suggested the meat loaf(what I ordered), catfish –grilled or fried(my spouse ordered it fried), or the roast beef. The meat loaf was oh my gosh good! Everything was exquisite except the muffins. Khalilah even tried to get us some new but they were still a little hard-but at least she tried! The biscuits were soft and perfect though. The wait for food wasn’t abnormal or seem very long. We were sat, served, and in the parking lot to leave in just under an hour. Overall, experience was great! We will return.

Called in an order on 8−28−15. Not complicated. Just three orders of pancakes. When I got there the order was completely wrong. I was overcharged and had to repeat the order several times until they finally got it right. Ok. These things happen. Entire order was on the house. Went back on 9−4−15 to eat in. Had been waiting for 30 minutes after placing an order. The manager came around to say our order should be out soon. They had a grill go down. Again, these things happen. What she could not explain to me is why two parties that came in 20 minutes after I did had their orders. The grill going down has nothing to do with the orders coming out of the kitchen in the order that they were placed. Two weeks of poor service.

Cracker Barrel should stick to what they are good at, breakfast. Dinner was terrible, the service was absolutely horrible. They were out of several entrées. I was served an ice tea with milk in it. When I asked the server what was in my tea she said milk, because she used the same spoon for the hot chocolate. Of course she apologized… but really who does that? I will not be back.

Memories of road trips and being sent away to Grandma’s for the summer fill this store like the faux nostalgia junk being sold in the gift shop. What can you say? When you can’t figure out where the hell else to eat, you might as well head to Cracker Barrel. The weary traveler and home-for-the-summer collegian can both rest easy in consistent ol’ Cracker Barrel. Truth be told, my favorite things about Cracker Barrel aren’t the food at all. I revel in the head-to-head matches in front porch checkers with my daughter after a big meal. I enjoy trying to crack that damn triangle peg game at the table while we wait for the so-slow-you-think-it’s-intentional waitress to bring our sweet teas. Why else do you go to Cracker Barrel anyway? It’s certainly not for the lemon wedges they throw on everything as a garnish. Was my steamed broccoli really missing that sour zest before you cunningly added a slice of lemon? Speaking of the sides… What is with all of the ramekins? When your meal says it comes with 3 vegetables, I expect all of it to just come plopped on my 1 plate. But no. Cracker Barrel puts MAYBE one of your sides on the dish with your entrée and everything else gets its own special little bowl. I hate that I sound like an anal snob right now, but c’mon. Think of all those dishes Junior wouldn’t have to wash if you just used one plate. Think of the water waste. Think of the money you could save by selling those ramekins to some Pinterest addict making wedding centerpieces. I always get the country fried steak, which is decent enough. The buttermilk biscuits are quite delicious as well. Maybe someday I’ll actually buy some of that crap they’re peddling at the cash register too.

The hostess was sit down like she didn’t have time for us. Our server said I have a 8 top but you food is under the heat lamp, but don’t worry, it’s kept at 150 degrees. The food came out the fish was dry, the hamburger was the wrong order, had bacon on it for my Jewish friend, the chicken was over cooked. Will Not Go Back.

Haven’t been to a Cracker Barrel in awhile. The prices were affordable from last time I recall, we had breakfast this time. We enjoyed the very friendly service and the great food. We will no doubt be returning here. Great time and meal!

I really enjoy their breakfast, the food was good and the atmosphere was very homey. I had one of their main breakfast entrees. Everything was great except, they ran low on biscuits. By the time we got the biscuits, we were 90% finished with breakfast that’s why it’s 4 of 5 stars.

The worst experience I’ve had in ANY restaurant! 40 minutes to get food, burned bacon, burned toast, eggs not even close, incomplete order(never brought hash browns). The rest of the family barely ate their meals. Manager stated they were having«issues» in the kitchen, he was apologetic, reduced our bill by 50% but I will never be back. If I could give it negative stars, I would…

I had their pancakes for the first time, the first batch were really chewy, so I sent them back. The next batch not as chewy but still not edible. So I packed them up in a doggy bag to go. The over medium well eggs were done to perfection, and the turkey sausage was really good also. My better half got the french toast breakfast, he did finish it all unlike me, and said it was OK. Next time I will stay away from the pancakes, and order something else. The waitress was very attentive and filled up our drinks in a timely fashion. Her personality was only to get the job done and not very personable.

I stopped here with my wife & kids on our way home from the Outer Banks. We were seated right away and our orders were taken quickly. The service was friendly, although our waitress would kind of disappear for long stretches. Also, the breakfast orders came out very far apart. Half of us were served way before the other half. Overall, though, the pancakes & eggs were delicious. My kids certainly enjoyed their food. We would come back!

This Location is found off an area of i64 that is often frustrating. The road narrows from multiple lanes to two in no time. Meanwhile there is a lot happening on the spot of Jefferson Avenue with a mall, airport near, and lots of food choices, So my recommendation heading W64 is to be in Right Lane as the road divides so you have the option to get out traffic a little while. Take it easy at Cracker Barrel. Laid back breakfast all day. Old style to entertain her curiosity and games to keep kids busy at the table. A variety of choices to meet just about any interest. Staff is usually good. You made need to give a hey over here for a refill. Not a big deal. Ask for biscuits and apple butter. They used to bring them automatically but times have changed. Easy to navigate for canes, perhaps more challenging for walker but can be done, not so certain about a power chair. The issue here is more getting through the store to get to the restaurant. I feel they can easily arrange a table to accommodate guests.

Saturday. 10 am. Parking lot full. Store full. dining room relatively full. Seated immediately, no wait. Excellent customer service today by Gregory at the cash register. As my friend paid I was looking at the packs of gum. I haven’t bought any in a long time but thought it would behoove me to keep a pack around. CLOVE gum… hmmm. Gregory give me his review on that one and I move on to other flavors. A vintage cinnamon? Teaberry? What’s teaberry and does it make a tasty gum favor? Well Gregory tells me what teaberries look like, what they are akin to, where they grow and how his family made teaberry ice cream when he was a kid. Well Mr. Gregory made the sale. He realized that we were carrying out our leftovers in hand and asked if we wanted bags and carefully wrapped our to-go boxes. Iretha sent us off with a very cheerful salutation and I walked out the door commenting to my friend how impressed i was with our service and she agreed. The gum was good, it was cool to try something new. And even better to be able to make an informed decision. Our server did well. She brought me extra butter when I realized that the first bit only dressed 2 of my 4 french toasts(GASP). Un-buttered french toast is unacceptable! We asked for extra maple syrup and they were on the table in a jiffy! But when we were wrapping up she put both orders on one check. Servers almost always ask if the checks will be separate or combined. But my friend was graciously paying for both of our meals to atone an earlier mix-up which had drastically changed the trajectory of the day. So it worked out that both bills were on one check. But I really do believe that they are supposed to ask. Also, you can use a cresit card for even the smallest purchase at the store.
