Discover Teas

I absolutely love Discover Teas! They have a huge selection, knowledgable staff, and a great atmosphere! The Peach Rooibos tea is currently my favorite, but they have something for everyone. Highly recommended!

Opposite of Zen! I used to love this store and the herbalist, I drank the mom to be tea, lactation tea, and hormone leveling tea, which are all awesome products. My last visit was less than Zen. The gal working was rude, abrasive, and arrogant. When I asked to see the menu, she said, «Or I could just tell you.» When I went to get a sample she said «what are you doing?» And I thought she was going to flip out when my 1 year old baby broke a cheap cork coaster. I bought some tea but was so uncomfortable, I didn’t ask the proper questions about it. I brought a friend and she didn’t purchase anything because she was so eager to leave. I also witnessed her being less than friendly to the customers before and after me. Sorry we interrupted your homework! I don’t think I will ever go back, as you never know who will be working. I will be buying my tea at Whole Foods when it opens.

Love their teas! I have visited their Williamsburg location and the staff there are amazing and very nice. I visited this location last Friday and was not impressed with the lady that was working that day. I asked her a simple question which was if it was okay to sit anywhere in the shop and she became quite sarcastic when she answered «but of course you can, why wouldn’t you“as if I just fell off the turnip truck. I never been to that location and all the tables were covered in fancy linens so I was not sure if I could sit at these beautiful tables or if it was reserved for private party. when I expressed my opinion on how she answered me, she quickly corrected herself. That alone left me with a bad taste. Otherwise the tea was refreshing but a bit expensive for a cup of tea (about $ 5.00)

I have never been that big of a tea drinker but with this shop right around the corner from where I live, I could easily be. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable and the teas I’ve tried are delicious. The Creamy Earl Green is my favorite and a new staple in my kitchen. There are plenty of tea accessories for the enthusiast in this charming little shop at Port Warwick. Just writing this review makes me want a cup. They offer a huge selection of great quality tea. I’m looking forward to trying the myriad of flavors they offer. Can’t wait to go again!!! Go there and enjoy a cup of tea. Highly recommended!

Excellent selection of both tea and accessories, delicious blends!

Love the tea choices they offer. Tried some tea to help with decongestion and it was great. Looking forward to visiting again soon. The table to sniff the teas is great and the ability to get just a cup is nice. They also have lots of accessories and a few great little items for snacks to eat with your tea. Would recommend that if you like tea to check either store out.

Ken is a really nice guy and very knowledgeable about his teas. The atmosphere is relaxing and very comfortable. Tons of different varieties of teas to choose from. Highly recommended!

The guy that is always in the shop is super friendly! He’s awesome. The tea is great and the set up is adorable. Would love to go to the open mic night that they have on Thursdays sometime. The tea is a little more pricey than other places I’ve gone, but you get good quality product, and they sell local honey, which is always a plus!

Super friendly people in there all the time! Everyone is very knowledgable about teas and different products that will help you enjoy your tea.
