I can honestly say that this Gallery always has something interesting going on. I like that every time I enter the gallery I always find something interesting. I also like that there is lots of choices and different kind of art and prices are great … the employees are really helpful and very nice. I would strongly recommend this place

Every time I have gone here I leave feeling inspired. The artwork they feature is beautiful and there are so many different styles. I go home wanting to bust out my paint and brushes to create some type of amazing masterpiece. It’s always a flurry of color and texture between the photography and the paintings. They have little assortments like magnets and jewelry too. I find something new every time I come here and I have a few favorite artists as well. I have never been here for the wine or the classes so I cannot attest to them, but I can literally wander around in here for at least an hour if not more just taking it all in. I love this place, and with it being so close to Tom + Chee, it really is one of my happy places. Every time I go in I buy something. Maybe if I make it out of work one night I can try out a class there, but I’ll leave my credit card at home so I don’t end up with 15 other pieces of artwork stashed under my arm… I love this place, and I will go back often when I need a creative jolt to the behind to get me motivated.

I have to say, my experience here was literally MEH. Granted, the actual art class was fun and the teacher(forgot her name but she was so sweet) was good. However, the entire experience overall was a very underwhelming MEH. When we arrived, we naturally wanted to purchase some wine before the class started(don’t get me started on the fact that wine isn’t included in the price of the class). This turned out to be the most ridiculous and lengthy process I’ve had in quite some time. The wines that were offered were not very good, either. On top of it all, the«Dancing Tin Man» that sets up at the Levee played his Skrillex music so loud that I couldn’t hear the teacher at times.

This small art gallery has alot to offer!!! It features many local artist and even has art classes once a week. You can sample Stonebrook Wines there from the kiosk located just inside the store from Jack. You can also buy wine by the glass or bottle! Stonebrook makes delicious wine!!! Blackberry and Peach arte my favorites! Frisco, the Art Gallery manager, is very friendly and manages a great gallery,

I love seeing local artists works, and the wine tasting aspect showcasing local wines is also nice. The artwork is a bit pricy for my taste, especially for a giclée, but I guess it’s what the market will bear. I have been to the gallery multiple times, and am always finding some new artist or new work that catches my eye. The gallery is well lit, and doesn’t feel too claustrophobic. They use moveable walls to increase the space for the displays, and have everything from pottery and paintings to photographs. Don’t expect to spend too much time in the gallery though, it’s just not that large. I can usually see everything in a half hours time.

Having both shown my photographic art work along with also being a visitor to this art establishment, it is a tribute to providing a nice space for all types of disciplines. This place makes a great for a date night, though it is located on the edge of one of the worse parts of downtown Cincinnati in Over the Rhine. Lots of crime, drugs, and shootings for the years I lived there, but I’ve never heard of anything happening at the Pendleton, just the surrounding neighborhood. Pricing ranges from the affordable to the ridiculous, but artist are willing to talk on price as they rent the space and have bills to pay.

I enjoy their Friday art open house events. It’s a nice social event to mingle, get free wine and snacks, strike up a conversation, and look at art. That being said, it’s not something I can do all the time. I feel like it’s a lot of the same art each time(to be expected, I realize). Some is very good, and some doesn’t do it for me. I think it’s important to support the arts and I am glad that so many are willing to put their art on display and make themselves available for conversation.

I might be a little biased because I have a studio at the Pendleton(Studio 509A) but I was attending Final Fridays there before I ever opened a studio. This is an awesome event. Each final Friday of the month, the Pendleton opens its doors for a free art show. Eight floors of art in a charming old brick building with a charming manual elevator. You will love Final Friday at the Pendleton Art Center – 1310 Pendleton Street in Over the Rhine– and will find great deals on original art, bypassing the middleman – or middle womanwoman– as the case may be :)

Pendelton Art Gallery is an extension of a gallery in the Pendleton Art’s District in Over-the-Rhine. There are between 20 – 50 local artists who each have a wall to display their work. The work is all very high quality. The paintings are very affordable. Framed paintings will be $ 400 — $ 2,000. Framed photos go for about $ 200 or under. You can also find jewelry, sculptures, and pottery, but not as much as you’ll find in paintings. They feature four artists and their work every month and it rotates a different stock of work each month to keep people coming back. It’s the perfect place to go to look for local artwork. Even if you don’t find the perfect piece, you’ll discover an artist that you like or a type of style that you want.

Pendleton Art Gallery features the work of 100 – 200 artists in various formats: paintings, jewelry, pottery, sculpture. The gallery is an extension of the Pendleton Art Center Complex located in Cincinnati. It’s a great place to browse. You’ll find various prices, with reproductions and postcards and note cards on the less expensive end; original artwork of course can be fairly expensive.

Located on the plaza level of Newport on the Levee, this cool art gallery features the works of over 130 local artists. Original paintings, sculptures, photography, furniture, glassware, jewelry and more can be purchased here, as well as prints and giclee reproductions. Prices range from about $ 25 to $ 350 for prints and giclee and from $ 190 to $ 3500 for original artwork. I found so many pieces that I’d love to add to my humble collection, including a few lovely abstract oil paintings and some phenomenally crafted glassware. The layout of the gallery is more warehouse than sleek boutique, but I think that allows buyers to peruse the goods undistractedly. The young woman at the counter was super friendly when I inquired about upcoming events. She told me about a band(whose name now escapes me) comprised of some members of Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra who will be performing music while artwork is being created concurrently. Sounds pretty interesting!
