Ok so I had the owners John & Vanessa reach out to me regarding my last treatments! They have offered me some additional services for free! I will give them a shot again because even though I was happy with the results (due to a old manager that is no longer with them) and service I was getting! Today they called me a 2^nd time and set up all my appts at one time! (whoot whoot) so I will work with them and see what happens! The best part about this company is them reaching out to me to try to fix the problem so for that they are getting 5 stars in my book for Effort! As for the results we will see what the future holds! It’s up to me to lose this weight!

I bought a groupon a while back for i-​Lipo and when I got there I got talked into Velashape (my fault, because I should’ve known better). I paid a total of $ 1000 for the treatments and at the end saw no change in results. I have very stubborn fat in my belly area that I can’t get rid off after my children and decided to give this a try before considering Smart lipo. I was told I was the perfect candidate and I fell for it. It didn’t work for me. I am a very active person and work out 3 – 4 times a week as well as eat healthy as well as live a very healthy lifestyle. Buyer beware, you may come out disappointed with less money in your pocket you could use for a more effective procedure.

The best personal investment on myself. The entire staff are super helpful, friendly and fun to be with. John’s personal training is superb, I look forward to work out with him. Bonnie, is very kind, helpful and bring in positive energy to the place. Vanessa is gentle and great at what she does.
Love this place I defenitly recommend it to everyone.

I would first like to say that the staff is amazing. But for the 2300 $ I spent I have not seen a big difference. I have had 6 I lipo and 3 veleshape and thought I saw a difference but when I went on my trip, my friends said they couldn’t see a difference. Very disappointed. I couldn’t work with the personal trainer because of a pulled muscle but they said it was just ok to walk after the treatments. I will just have the monthly payments and not the flatter stomach I wanted. I still have 1 treatment left but I just feel like it is a waste of time. Very sad and disappointed. But again I love the girl Bonnie that works there. She is very upbeat and hopeful. Oh well back to hating the way my stomach looks.

I really, really wanted to like my experience BUT Morphit just isn’t what I expected at all. First, I do want to say that Vanessa is a sweetheart, however, the other staff not soo much. The personal training is great BUT you pretty much have to change your entire schedule to be able to see the one trainer there. It is not convenient at all for full-​time workers. I did find the training helpful but again, I didn’t get what I paid for. I think that if the staff other than Vanessa is trained on scheduling and professionalism AND at least one more trainer is hired it would be a much better place. Lastly, as for the iLipo and VelaShape, I really couldn’t tell a difference which was very disappointing. I think that the exercising and change of diet make all the difference. If anything, i would say save your money on those machines and just sign up for a personal training package if your time allows.

Very bad– place is horrible, this establishment is the definition of shady, went there, bought some package and then for health reasons I wasn’t able to use the package, I called them immediately (same day) went back there took me months to get my money back, what a scam– places like this disgust me.

So… my girlfriend and I signed up and I had to cancel due to a sprained ankle. Poor Vanessa is the face of this awful establishment and I see why… The owners can’t stand to look the people in the face they rip off. I called two weeks ago for a refund, I sprained my ankle and with the awful winter snow we’ve had, I simply couldn’t commit. I had to call my credit card company to dispute this charge as NO ONE WOULD CALL ME BACK! !! Yet the owners can respond on HERE to make it seem like they CARE about their customers… I think the positive reviews are staged. much like the campy elementary selfie picture of Vanessa and the trainer… the older reviews are the best. the newer ones are the worst. you do the math. #deductivereasoning

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Of all the clinics, spas, salons, and plastic surgery offices, aka ‘beauty places’ I’ve visited, this is by far, hands down the worst.
My main beef with them is that they forgot about me!
I bought a 3-​session iLipo through Groupon and wanted to try it out. First of all, I didn’t realize the location wasn’t great. It’s right off the Route 9 and cars whiz by there really fast, so if you miss your turn you’re screwed. But alas.
I arrive and get everything started. They take my measurements, do the treatment, and then tell me to ‘go exercise’. Mind you, I’ve checked this procedure on multiple blogs before and nobody mentioned about this ‘you need to burn this many calories in the next 3hours, or the procedure won’t work’ clause. I didn’t anticipate this time crunch, so I could only exercise for 30minutes. There was a PT there, but he paid absolutely no attention to me lol. Great customer service.
Anyway, so I go home and schedule my 2^nd one. I had to miss my appointment because I got called to work last minute and couldn’t notify them. THEY DIDN’T EVEN CALL ME TO ASK ME IF I’M COMING FOR MY APPOINTMENT. lol. They didn’t even call me to ask ‘What about your 3^rd appointment?’ That is how I know I’m just business to them.
This other clinic I go to for UA laser removal calls me if I am running even 5minutes late! Great customer service. This clinic, however, is plain awful.
P. S. I never showed up for my 3^rd appointment. What a waste of time and money.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience at all. I got 6 I-​Lipo sessions through Groupons and it was soooo difficult to schedule sessions at a convenient time with them. If they do not have time availability or capacity to handle new customers, why float out groupons by the dozen??? makes no sense to me, its unprofessional and waste of money for customers. Do they not realize most working professional prefer weekends day time or evening times during week days coz they happen to have a job too? So when I did manage to book sessions per their convenience I went for just 1 and I called them several times to re-​schedule however as that timing just did not work for me, after my first session my whole schedule was a mess. They never called me back or re-​scheduled 2 months have passed. I spent a lot of money on these Groupons and now they have expired without any service. I am highly disapointed. This is not a professional organization and service — also their staff is not very responsive or even available and not cooperative. Would not recommend.

I have a eight course lipo treatment, and it is hard to schedule a time to get it done. Pretty inflexible and inconvenient although the trainer is nice. It is also hard to reach the center by phone, always no one responsible for the phone. Even you leave a voice message, still no one responding you timely. I wouldn’t recommend others using it and think the center is lack of staff and need new hiring to maintain their business.

The people there are so helpful and nice! I had to target some parts specifically and lose weight in a really short of time, I did it!!! Vanessa and Christine were really helpful and gave me various advices and tips. They work not only to change the way you are but also how you live. I’m following the menu they recommended and had lost 5 pounds in the past two weeks. They really do what’s best for the customers. Great place to go, never tried the personal training session though, but they did gave me a lot of tips on working out!
