This gym is fantastic. They have helpful and talented instructors. I had never boxed before and was afraid that starting would be really intimidating, but everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is supportive.

I joined Nonantum a week ago and have already dropped 8 pounds. This play is truly the real deal, the instructors are awesome, and it has been everything that I hav been looking for and more. If you want to learn how to defend yourself, get into amazing shape, and let off some steam, this is the BEST place to be!!!

Found this place through Groupon and I’m really happy I did. I have only been taking the boxing/​conditioning classes, but I know they also offer crossfit and kids classes. The gym is pretty well kept up and the instructors are all great– being a girl and a first-​time boxer, it was a little intimidating to go there but they walk around during the workouts to help you if you are having a hard time and sometimes give modifications to try if you are a beginner. They are also happy to help you wrap your hands before class. It’s a GREAT workout and a great way to relieve stress. Definitely give them a shot!

Nonantum Boxing Club is comprised of a great group of local athlete’s, boxers, friends and family. Marc and Nathan run boxing-​conditioning classes Mon thru Friday 6:00PM — 7:00PM as well as offer private lessons. They also offer kids classes on Saturday mornings as well as adult classes at 11:00AM.
Thier boxing-​coniditioning classes are insane, forget P90X, just spend 90 days working out with these guys and you’ll be is the best shape of your life.
They will help you perfect your pugilistic skills and master the sweet science of boxing while getting in the best shape of your life.
