Weis Markets in Newton did a «Weis Mystery Tour» for our local Cub Scout den. The tour of the supermarket was about an hour and a half and the kids learned a lot about eating healthy. The gal who ran the tour was very patient with the children and did a great job. It’s refreshing to see a company go out of their way to educate children. I also had tried to schedule a tour at Stop N Shop in Sparta and I was told to email corporate, which I did and they never responded. Weis Markets on the other hand was very helpful, a 5 star organization!

Love the weis markets. Great supermarket. Open 24⁄7 which is really cool… Sometimes they don’t carry a certain product which can be annoying — but the generics they do carry are just as good as Shoprite (which dominates the area) not a busy store and an open parking lot unlike newton shoprites Drivers Ed Horror story of a parking lot.
