Rude! I typically love Wendy’s! But New Year’s Eve I pulled into the drive thru, at 7:58, knowing they closed at 8:00. I sat in the drive thru until 8:00 when the guy came over the speaker and said they were closed. I will not return!

Made a return visit after an hiatus of almost 2 years, and was pleasantly surprised to find the house redecorated with more comfortable seating and brighter lights.
Accompanied by a teenager and his mom, I again realized that American fast burgers are very popular. I tried one of their discount double burgers and fries, and found that while they were no match for Five Guys or that ilk, they were still decent and satisfying. Watching the young guy wolf down his Double Baconator was eye opening. He was totally into it. Oh, and the fries was ample and crispy.
Time for an upgrade.

5÷17÷15− came in and had a great experience. Staff was quick and helpful. They were really personable and remember everyone’s previous soda order when they came up for refills. Guy filled my water bottle for me no prob. Best wendys I’ve been to

The food was ok. The décor and parking layout just need to be redone. Not a single full both. Just not a comfy feeling. Parking lot is confusing if you don’t know where to enter. Service was fair when I ordered but there was a better cashier working when I came back for a refill. Probably better to get to to go here! Watch out in the lot and the drive through lane!

I like their food but one star is lost due to the fries never being crisp enough. Always limp and just not the best. They need a lesson from McDonald’s.

I feel as though this Wendy’s has had a decline in their food in the last few years. I got the pretzel chicken sandwich and the chicken tasted bad! I couldn’t eat it! The fries were the only thing edible. I also ordered an unsweetened iced tea, they did not have any sugar substitute. I wish I had known that upon ordering. I would have gotten another drink. Overall, not a positive experience.

I’ll be honest, this was one of the nicer Wendy’s I’ve been to. The service was good, the food was decent, although overpriced. The downside was we visited during a rainstorm, and were dripped on during our stay. One of the other patrons did let management know, but they seemed unconcerned and did little to remedy the situation. Glad I’m not a local…
