The customer service was very rude, I asked for some sauce and they rolled their eyes at me. To top it off, the whole place smells rancid. It was like walking into a sewage facility.

I was skeptical because before the remodel it sucked hard. But now it’s is vastly improved. While the service is slow, the restaurant is much nicer to look at and the food is always great. Great to finally have a decent KFC that’s near me, I definitely recommend it.

Service is horrible, they are nasty, it’s filthy and several calls to Corp obviously meant nothing. What chicken exclusive restaurant constantly runs out of chicken during the day before dinner? Ridiculous!

What a shithole. The restaurant is incredibly dirty. Un-​bussed tables, food scraps on the floor and on the table framework. Six out of the nine fountain drink dispensers had hand made «out of order» signs on them.
Register person was friendly and efficient. She must be new and has not gone over to the dark side.
Food did not kill me (yet).
Whomever owns this particular franchise should be ashamed and stripped of ownership.

This is one of those places that the Undercover Boss should visit! Because it epitomizes everything wrong about a place! It’s grubby, dirty and nasty, and the people who work in there are distant, rude, miserable, and generally have a couldn’t care less attitude. The people working there were having an argument with each other in front of customers, and it was clear that was more important to them than their customers. It really is one of the worst places I think I’ve ever had the displeasure of frequenting. The owner of the store clearly doesn’t give a damn, and appears to either have given up or maybe is just totally absent… Terribly neglected, and poorly managed! A total disgrace quite honestly! While I don’t hold the KFC brand in particularly high esteem, this place probably represents the very worst of the worst! If that’s their goal, then they are doing a truly fantastic job!
