Never fails. Always the best. Greatest grilled chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Frosted lemonade is awesome. Thanks for the freebies with the app. Nowhere else is as consistent with prompt courteous care. Starbucks used to be awesome, but they’re turning unfortunately listless. Cfa is my new fav.

Always friendly, always yummy!
I cannot remember having anything bad from here! Although, I prefer if they bring back the coleslaw, even though I do love the new salad with the greens, power something. Sorry, don’t remember the name but I like it.
For me… Chick-fil-a sauce over the Polynesian sauce.

I eat here too often to admit to, but this is seriously the best Chick Fil A I’ve been to. 98% of the time the service is amazing and the food is better than other Chick Fil A’s.

Running a little ahead of schedule, I stopped here at this Chick-fil-A for a quick bathroom break and an order of waffle fries to go. The drive through looked to be hopping, but I was inside. The restaurant, including the bathroom, was very clean. The gal who took my order was speedy, polite and efficient. The waffle fries were excellent.

Only offer a military discount on Tuesdays. Wow. I wonder if the vets that fought to keep our civilians safe said they’d only fight on Tuesdays. Sad! Just lost my interest in This «American» institution. You need to get it together Mr. Robb Schiefer. Thx from the vets that you won’t give a dime off there orders. Well done. Hey by the way. You’re in a military town.

We love Chick-fil-A in our town. Lovely staff. The food is consistently good. They have Gluten Free options. The fryer for the waffle fries is a dedicated fryer so no cross contamination there and the grilled chicken is delicious. We do the drive thru to get the waffle fries for my grandson with celiac disease. Its the quickest safe go to spot when we are out and he gets hungry. We have never ever had any issues with the food being cross contaminated. It is wonderful to have a place to go to that has such nice people and is safe for us to eat.

Great food, great service, very quick, and very clean. What more could you ask for? Chik-fil-a has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants and this location is awesome. Minus 1 star for being closed on Sunday, of course.

This is probably one of the best chik fil a’s I have ever been to. Of course the food was great as usual but that’s not only why this one was wonderful. The service here was outstanding. Even the manager came up to us and asked how everything was and refilled our drinks. Even though we were four really loud college girls, no one told us to be quiet or kicked us out. Only positions good service. At the end before we left, one of the girls came up and said with some mints in a basket, «this is to thank you that you came and visited us» anyways. Great great service.

I’m glad to see that one of my favorite fast food restaurants has opened in Niceville. The dive-thru has two lanes which helps to cut down on the wait time when going through the drive-thru, but unfortunately you have to merge back into one lane once you place your order. I can see this causing numerous accidents or angry people (who will think you just cut them off).
The food is always very tasty and the place is clean because it did just recently open up. Other than an awkward location due to the traffic from the Wal-Mart nearby, I’m happy to get my Chick-fil-A fix closer than ever.
