Excellent Greek restaurant with a huge menu! Definitely something for everyone. My husband started off with the french onion soup, but it was bland/weak. We informed our adorable waitress, Samantha, who happily exhanched it for a side salad, which was huge! My daughter and I both had the chicken matzo ball soup, and it was delicious. For entrees, my daughter had a hard time deciding, but she chose one of the specials which was the salmon patties in a white cream sauce with baked macaroni and cheese. She loved it! I told hubby that my fellow Elite friend Lisa raved about their reuben, so that’s what he had, and enjoyed it as well. I had the classic Greek ½ chicken(boneless) and it was fabulous! Among the best I’ve had; crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with savory tastes of garlic and oregano, served over small cut, crispy cottage fries. The portions were plentiful and we had several doggy bags. All of the entrees come either a la carte, with soup or salad, or the complete meal which includes both plus a beverage plus dessert for a nominal upcharge. A basket of assorted fresh breads is on every table and it’s awesome bread! My husband said the croissant he had was the best he’s had, and my daughter and I loved their bialys. With such an extensive menu we saw several other dishes we’d like to try… plus we found a Goupon for $ 30 worth of food for $ 16…we paid an additional $ 16 at checkout, making it a very economical dinner for us. We love that they’re open 24⁄7! Plus they have an extensive breakfast menu! I don’t even have to say that we’ll be back!

Beautiful restaurant, and all the reviews were spot on. The French onion soup wasn’t that good, but iur waitress exchanged it for a salad for né, which was huge for a side salad! Our entrees were very good. I had the Rueben and it was awesome and my wife’s Greek chicken was very good as well. My daughter ordered salmon patties and she devoured them. They came with baked macaroni and cheese which she enjoyed also. We didn’t save room for dessert, the entrees were that huge. I think we have found another family spot to come to. Oh and the bread basket by itself was worth the trip!

This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. The food is delicious and I always leave full. The bakery is wonderful and the staff is a pleasure. The restaurant itself is pretty decent, clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Good spot that is 24⁄7. They had a wide selection on the menu and the food is usually always good. The servers are also all attentive and personable. The soups are always amazing but the bakery! Oh man, the bakery is to die for! It takes 30 minutes to make a choice unless you do what I do and take ten things to go. Everything in the bakery is absolutely delicious!

I came here with my boyfriend and we had breakfast for dinner. Very good veggie omelette with hashbrowns. They gave us a huge bread basket filled with croissaints, bagels, muffins, and rolls. They have fresh baked cakes, pies, cookies, and tarts and when you walk passed the dessert display I guarantee you will want to take a pie, cake, or cookie home with you! The tiramisu is really good!

Wow. Never in 25 year have I ever been treated so badly at this resturant. Older woman with black short hair for some reason no receipt given. Likely to stop naming names. No clue what we did at all. Were nice and were ignored and Scuffed at repeatedly. Our food was over cooked and 15 min after table behind us who arrive after us. Patty melt and chicken parm. Food was good as usual. Maybe sat a bit long. But service makes me sad. After a bad day to be treated like a neusance. Now to try and sleep feeling worse.

This is my go to restaurant. No matter what meal –it’s good, really good! My favorite dinner is their mushroom encrusted salmon-with a raspberry sauce, fresh veggies and home made mashed –yum. They have amazing soups, great sandwiches and terrific breakfasts. Prices are fair, service is great. I don’t think we’ve ever had bad service. Once when I didn’t like something-the owner came over and made it right! This restaurant has a full range of foods –including for vegetarians. They have a really great stir fry with rice! It’s hard to decide sometimes. The most difficult is choosing desserts! Amazing! This is a good family, meet-up, and girls nite out restaurant!

3-Strike rule, and you’re out Omega.
I don’t understand so many positive reviews. I have been going to Omega since the 1990’s– and once upon a time, it was one of the best Diners in town. Bringing me to the word, «Diner.» That’s all it is. A glorified *overpriced* average, but, «lately” — below average diner. The owners or owner must be under the impression Omega is a fine dining establishment, by their extremely overpriced meals, and fluff décor. Furthest from the truth. As I stated from the beginning, three strike rule. Voted one of the top Breakfast places. Why? Not even remotely close. Their soup has such a flower base; it had to be sent back. My mother had such a stomachache after a simple bacon and egg breakfast. Their sandwiches are poor quality, and their potatoes and vegetables– below average. Dinners– don’t waste your money. Pricing is ridiculous for a DINER with mediocre entrees. The staff is also sadly below average. Rude, unfriendly, curt, as if they don’t care– nor want to be working at Omega. God forbid you send a meal back. Major attitude! And don’t EVEN bother with the bakery. Dry dry dry goods. This«Diner» has been crossed off our list. So many better«Diners» in this area to explore. Please don’t waste your time and money. Bön Appétit, but not at Omega.

Stopped in last night with a friend and tried the dieters platter. It came with cucumbers, cottage cheese, a half a peach, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, a hard boiled egg and a choice of a hamburger patty or chicken breast. I chose the hamburger patty which was large in size and had a nice taste to it. Overall I was impressed;it filled me up and it’s a good healthy choice. My friend had the Grecian half chicken which took about a half-hour and came with soup, salad, sliced Greek style potatoes; And a dessert choice. According to him it was excellent. You can’t go wrong at Omega;there’s always something new to try. It can be a bit pricey on certain items however you will get a Large portion of delicious food and will walk out feeling stuffed.

It’s decent. Kind of expensive for the quality. It won’t give you diarrhea so that’s good I guess.

How can you not like Omega?!? They have everything. Complete food menu that is so hard to decide what to eat. My family has eaten here for at least 20 years. Open 24⁄7 with televisions strategically throughout the place. The portions are huge, so don’t fill up on the breads they bring you in the bread basket. Pick a soup, have a fresh salad. And try to leave room for dessert. If you leave there hungry it’s your fault.

Went here late night to get some food as this was the only place close to me that is open 24 hours. This was some decent diner food. I ordered a ham and swiss panini and it came with fries. Overall pretty good for the atmosphere this place provides. I honestly have a hard time going to this place as the menu is so large and when I see a large menu with so many items I automatically think that all of it is frozen. I think they need to shorten the menu and tighten up their recipes if they expect to gain more customers.

It’s one if not many places in the area that’s open all night so that’s what kept us going back for a while. The food was never great and the service was never anything to write home about either. The staff always seems annoyed and like they don’t want to be there, which I can’t say I blame them because I wouldn’t want to work that overnight shift either, but they really show it. The last time I was there was not even that late at night, so that excuse would not even work. Our server was abrupt with us when ordering and our bread basket was missing a lot of things. We ordered two soups and a salad. When the salad came out it was not the one we ordered. Our server never came back to check on us. We eventually had to ask other staff members to find her. When she came back she was very argumentative telling us that this was what we ordered and she didn’t want to take it back. We asked for a manager, which she did not want to do. When the manager came, we explained the situation to him and he did not seem concerned about it at all. He took the salad off our bill when we asked him to, but I’m not sure he would have otherwise. He was not very nice about it either. It may be time to find a new late night venue.

Omega is omega. I’ve came here a number of times and for the price its a decent place to eat with a gigantic menu. I would describe the food as serviceable and decent comfort food. You don’t come here for fine dining but it is reliable and you get what you expect. Usually I have an omelet but this time I had the lemon half chicken. It was cooked well. The vegetables with it were kind of mushy and the service was satisfactory.

I went here yesterday with my friend since its one the only places in the area that’s open like 24 hr and they have good food! The atmosphere is casual here. One good thing is that they have WiFi and lots of TVs so I was able to catch the game. I tried the gyro sandwich and it was good and service was good too! I like they give complimentary assortment of bread!

Nothing like I remember… Arrived relatively early this morning and should have walked out after the sticker shock. I ended up going with the 2×2×2 for $ 8.35. The bacon is obviously not cooked to order, as it was served cold and they knowingly only put 3 tablespoons of gravy on the biscuits. It’s just enough to cover the biscuit, but certainly not enough to add any real flavor. My biscuits were overcooked on the grill too. I also feel if they’re going to serve complimentary fruit and cake, it should be palatable. The honeydew wasn’t ripe and was full of seeds. The day old sheet cake with the hard icing was no treat either. I used to enjoy my visit here, but I certainly don’t feel any urge to return. I brought all this to the waitress and manager’s attention and all I got was a bunch of excuses. «The fruit is complimentary.» «You can always ask for more gravy.» «Did you bring this to your servers attention?» I did once she finally made an appearance and I was nearly finished. I did finally get an «I’m sorry» after I overpaid $ 12 for coffee and a below average breakfast… it would have been a kind gesture and been meaningful if the manager offered me a complimentary coffee. #epicfail

After a failed steak dinner attempt(fell asleep, forgot the steaks), my little family decided to dine at Omega restaurant at 2:30AM on Thursday. I was expecting it to be a ghost town, but there were actually about 6 – 7 other small groups dining in. Granted half of them were drunk off their minds… but hey, maybe this is great drunk/hangover food. I wouldn’t know, i don’t drink. So from the perspective of the sober, non-drinking, late-night owls who forget to cook dinner… this place is great. We were seated promptly and given water, and a bread basket as well our ordered drinks(fresh orange and grapefruit juice). The bread basket was ok, some of the bread was hard and dry. But the muffins were delicious and so were the croissants. We ordered a veggie panini, tuna melt, and strawberry cheesecake french toast. The panini came with sides of coleslaw, fries and complimentary soup(i did not get the soup) the tuna melt came with coleslaw only. The french toast came with syrup but it was already so decadent, we didn’t touch it. The panini was delicious, as was the melt and french toast. The only negative i can think of are the fries which were cold and stale, my 3 yr old LOVES french fries and really wanted them but when they came out… he didn’t touch them. The décor is simple and the restaurant is clean. My son was given crayons and a coloring paper, a special kid cup for his juice. He loved it, in fact he was in love with his waitress lol. We had a good time, overall. It’s a nice place to stop in if u live near by and have the late-nigt munchies. There are loads of options on the menu to choose from as well, breakfast(savory and sweet)/lunch/dinner… give it a visit.

If in the area, and wanting a late night bite, I prefer this spot over iHOP any day. They’ve got an excessive bakery display, which they bake for daily. There’s easily 40 different options(I can only imagine what they do with the leftover waste!!! I really hope they donate and don’t just toss it away.) But this place is clean, having had some major renovations that make the restaurant look more modern and cleanly. You’ve either got an older, senior citizen crowd during the day, family during the afternoon/evenings, and the random drunk or late night diners in the middle of the night. I am amazed. They have a wide range of menu, including cabbage rolls, do breakfast items, to dinner. it’s pretty endless and overwhelming. They serve you a mountain of bread(complimentary), including honkin super-sized bread sticks, muffins, and buttery crossaints. On a most recent late night dessert/snack hunt, I had a bowl of the cream of lemon chicken soup. I wanted a cup, but they didn’t offer a cup option. ITWASMASSIVE! It tasted okay, but the lemon was way overpowering and this soup was more sour than satisfying. I guess it’s an acquired taste, but it definitely took away from feeling like a small, hearty snack. I used the croissaint to offset the sour punch I got with every bite. My friend’s had desserts, including two different sundaes. They were standard, and drowned in whip cream, but nothing special. I’d say 3.5 because it’s definitely a better, tastier, healthier option when late-night-bites become limited. However, if it were during regular day hours, I’d definitely find myself elsewhere.

I have been here a few times over the years and the food is very reliable and service is always good. On the last occasion it was very nice that they offered the bread basket for me to take home to enjoy. What is making me write this review is their Reuben sandwich! It is loaded with thinly sliced Kosher corned beef of yummy warmthness, sauerkraut, gooey Swiss cheese with Thousand Island dressing. It is perfectly done on a pumperknickel bread. It was such a deal as the deluxe sandwich which includes great thin cut French fries and a bowl(not cup) of soup for only $ 1.75. I have tried their omelettes in the past and it’s not something to write home about but it’s decent. The hash browns are the type I like shredded and done crispy. I will definitely be back just for their Reuben sandwich.
