Amazing customer service! I was lucky enough to find James via Unilocal and he definitely deserves a 5⁄5 rating! I brought in my vintage Rolex that was in need of service and minor repair. Not only was in expertly repaired, but his prices were very fair, especially with limited options in our small town. In addition to his expertise and pricing, what will keep me going back is the amazing service I received. Both he and his wife were very friendly and down to earth and I hope to work with them again in the future.

Great customer service! Came in for a battery watch replacement and they have professional watch people on site that would do it. They have a variety of different jewelry. They specialize in custom jewelry. They do the most of the stuff here. Robert is the one to speak to for all of this. No deposits for custom customers necessary. They will design it and if satisfied, you take it home for the price included. Experienced jewelry makers.
