Baja Fish Tacos

Baja fish tacos has always delivered the best food. I have tried pretty much every item on the menu and they are all great! Big portions and they do not skimp out on the meat. Rice and beans are great. Fresh salsas and guac are a must. We even have had them cater my wife’s baby shower! Great crowd pleaser. Long time customer who started at the Santa Ana location. My family and I will continue eating here for a long time.
Super friendly atmosphere is also a plus!

How good is it you ask? I came here two nights in a row… my husband NEVER wants to eat at the same place so soon but when I was going to be home late and asked if I could pick up tacos again and he was excited for it! Rice and beans are delicious, carne asada is flavorful, fish tacos are fresh and light, and the tortilla soup is hearty but healthy. We are definitely going to become regulars.

I was recently introduced to Baja fish tacos through my father who loves coming here often. I usually order the carne asada taco combo plate. It comes with either 1 or 2 tacos, white rice, and your choice of black or pinto beans. The food here is always delicious and fresh everytime. It’s a little pricey but you get a lot of food in my opinion. There are also plenty of vegetarian choices which is a plus!

Great atmosphere. Friendly greeting and very courteous upbeat employees. Guacamole is off the charts good. Will return. Fresh chips and amazing tacos.

Definitely a favorite in our house! Enchiladas, salads, burrito bowls, fish tacos, and our absolute favorite, the grilled SHRIMP tacos. I will stop just to get the taste of their shrimp tacos in my mouth lol. Cravings are abundant!
Staff is wonderful and very attentive, especially for a counter-​service type restaurant.

Food was ok. Very expensive for a taco place. One taco $ 3.40??? Taste doesn’t justify the cost. Won’t be coming back, better tasting food elsewhere without the hefty price.

I don’t know how this place has ANY bad reviews. The food is the best around, everything tastes great and they have an awesome outdoor patio with TVs and patio heaters etc!!!

I like this place but I feel giving it more than 3 is too much. The prices a decent the place is pretty big and taking kids along is not a problem as you can sit in or out. The people taking your order could be a little more friendly and not seem too busy to wait for you and make up your mind. The food Is fresh. They sell alcohol but you have to buy your chips to eat with their free salsa.

Just a fabulous Restaurant. A total must try. Best Carne Asada Taco’s Around. Everything is made to order. The Fish is fresh. All the Combo platters have plenty of food to keep you happy. Friendly and fabulous Service. You get a choice of two sides, Salad, Pinto Beans, Black Beans or Whit Rice. I go once a week and still my favorite lunch place.

A must try! The food is great, especially the Ensenada style fish tacos. I must say the prices are a little high but the food is delicious. The employees there are also very nice with excellent customer service.
The green and red salsa’s are spicy and authentic!!!
I tried their new chicken tortilla soup and it was yummy! Had chicken, veggies, cheese, avocado, and if course fried tortillas. 2 thumbs up!

Would give this a higher rating but the noose level in the restaurant is unbearable. From the chairs to tye kids screaming you can’t enjoy your meal. Only good for take out or patio dining. Not going back to their main dining area.

Food & Prices — the prices are little high. I’m thinking because the food is great quality and taste fresh. They do not give you free chips and salsa if you dine in. It’s $ 3.00. Prices for burrito and taco’s are a bit high. But the quality of food is great! They serve alcohol and bottled Coke.
Environment– Vibrant Mexican music blasting as soon as you walk in. It does make you want to dance. There is plenty of chairs and tables to sit. They even have an outside sitting area with fan and heaters. There are multiple televisions tuned in on different sports. The cleanliness of restaurant is amazing. Family friendly environment.
Staff– Their staff is very friendly and attentive. My first experience the manager answered all my questions and help me choose an entrée based to my liking. There is always someone walking the floors and picking up the plates of guest that are finished eating. Another staff member offering to box your food.
Parking– There is plenty of parking of you cannot find a parking spot in the front. They have more parking in back of restaurant. There is plenty of light post in back parking lot if you are walking to your car at night.
Experience– it was first time here and I’m happy with my service. It was fast and overall presentation of my food was not sloppy! It’s down the street from the college. I would come back.

You want fresh fish and great salsas in Cow Town USA? You got it. I love this place. Never been let down and the service is good. Enjoy!

A must try are the scrimp tacos with black beans and rice… simply delicious. Also a must is the Baja Salad with blacked fish. Yummy!
The manager «Alberto» always greets you a smile and his staff are very attentive to your needs.

This place is a great alternative to burgers and fries for lunch or dinner. Food is very tasty even the black beans rice. I’ve had fish tacos Ensenada style, although good they are a bit dry because fish is breaded not bartered. Not sure if they do battered. So far my favorite is the shrimp tacos. Awesome Cajun flavor. Salsa bar is great. Green salsa is the best with chips.
Place is very clean and nicely decorated and well taken care of.

Seriously… THE BEST Mexican food I’ve had closest to TJ They’re shrimp tacos are to die for!!! The Asada… damn it! ITS FREAKIN GREAT! Damn even the chicken is super tasty and I never go for the chicken! The rice is perfect flavored! Just perfect to go with all the flavorful food They need to have one in EVERY city. Thank goodness this one isn’t too far from us

I have the most horrendous commute! Up and down the 15 freeway… I absolutely HATE it! The traffic. The inconsiderate drivers. The boring scenery. UGH!
BUT…there’s one glimpse of heaven for me. My secret pit stop… Baja Fish Taco! It’s the only thing that makes that drive bearable.
Guacamole…the absolute best. Yummy!
Rice…well, being half Southeast Asian means I’m a rice connoisseur. And this delightfulness is like a heavenly cloud. Buttery. Flavorful. Moist. Not your regular red rice… which suits me just fine.
Salsa…can I fill up every one of those to go cups with that sauce?!! Mmm mmm.
Chips. Hot and fresh! Yum!
I have to confess that I NEVER consume anything from the sea so I can’t attest for the goodness of their fish dishes… but omg I can live on their Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas. The green sauce is tasty. And it’s filled with moist flavorful chicken.
I’ve always eaten at the OC location, which is so crowded. And the line is always out the door and onto the street! But this location is nice and quiet. Clean. Friendly staff. No lines! Yay!
Oh…and I always order a Pinto Bean and Cheese (sometimes rice) Burrito to go!!! It makes an absolute mess while driving as it oozes with white cheese and perfect beans… but so worth it!!!
I seriously do a happy dance as I drive home! I’m glad my windows are tinted.
Only thing that would make this place perfect is a drive thru!!!

Wow! These reviews are a joke. The food I ate here was the absolute worst I’ve ever had. If bland and dry is your meaning of authentic Baja flavors, then the people who created your menu must have meant the baja of Norco. And your website says that you’re a healthy alternative because you use only the freshest ingredients. Haha. I call BS. If Uncle Ben’s instant rice from a box, Sun Vista beans from a can and frozen fish strips from a bag is your idea of fresh and healthy then I must be the only one who noticed the lie. I should just end this review here, but let me keep going.
I understand that the area this place is in is mostly white and that most people these days don’t really know what they’re talking about when it comes to what’s really healthy for them but everyone who rated this place 5 stars must have been paid, are friends, employees, are fake accounts, or have never been here but we’re paid to post. If you claim to use only the freshest ingredients prepped daily then there would be actual flavor. Anyone who has ever made fresh salsa or handmade tortillas will tell you there’s a difference when compared to mass produced ingredients and goods heavily saturated in preservatives. When people think Baja they think Mexican. This is the poorest example of Baja or Mexican food I’ve ever tasted In my life.
Needless to say I returned my 3 fish tacos I paid $ 15 for and got a refund solely based on principle. Don’t lie to me and charge me for the lies you’re trying to sell. That doesn’t work. Let’s be honest, the food here is horrible at its best. Quit trying to reinvent Mexican food or Baja food or whatever you want to call it. Its an embarrassment to all our ancestors who actually used fresh ingredients and cared about serving hearty food that already was healthy to begin with because they grew and picked the foods to begin with. Not all Mexicans cook with masa, lard, or oils from fat.
By the way, the one star was for the kid sweeping the floors who listened, agreed, and gave me my money back without any problems. He felt my pain and actually noticed how disappointed I was after I took my first bite.
So for those who got to the end of this… holla! I’m out.

This restaurant is especially dear to my heart. When I first relocated to Corona, from Hawaii, I had no idea where the good eats could be found. A very close and dear friend would pick up takeout guacamole and chips, salads, and tacos from this place and meet me for lunch at the hotel I was staying at. Not only was it some of the best and freshest guacamole and chips I’ve had, but also a lifeline out of loneliness.
The restaurant is always spotless and clean, and the help very accommodating and friendly and warm. The seating is a little sterile, But for the price, more than adequate.
Needless to say, I come here regularly now and believe it or not, I do not gain weight on the food here.
It’s not a coincidence, that this is my first «regular» status account on Unilocal.
Tonight I went with the Guac and chips and the simple garden fresh salad with the champagne dressing. PERFECTION

What a great concept for this area of town to put this concept out here in Norco. Norco is located next to corona and where Desi Arnaz lived for many years in a property lot about 124 acres.
The concept is a fast food type of dinning experience where your stand in line place your order and then your given a number and your food order is brought to you by the employees.
The one thing that I really like was the Salsa bar was very well maintained, and kept very clean. A nice place to come out and watch some football on a Sunday and enjoy your meal. There is seating outside, however Norco can get really hot. They do sell Beer and Vino.
They also have a self-​serve beverage bar and most of all their Salsa Bar.
I was very happy with the food and most of all the Quality and taste of their version of Mexican food. The plates where also very presentable and very delicious. Great Job.
Plenty of TV’s to watch your favorite sports throughout the Restaurant. Kinda far for me to come to, however when I visit family out here I would return to this establishment. I would recommend this location.
