I stopped by here with a broken phone and Phil the rep who helped me went above and beyond to make sure that I left with a brand new iPhone and even got all my info from the cloud. They did a great job and great store atmosphere! Will be back hopefully not with a broken phone ;)

UNETHICALREPS. Terrible, terrible customer service with poorly trained reps with little social or customer service skills. They will lie to you about terms of service(or perhaps they just can’t relay them because they don’t understand them). Be careful, you might get a big surprise on your next monthly bill if you’ve transacted any business here. MOST of the people are not from Peachtree Corners, and could care less about the character of our community. I HAVEBEEN A CUSTOMEROFAT&T FOR14YEARS. STAYAWAYFROMTHISSTORE. If you have been dissatisfied with service at this store, you can FILE a COMPLAINT with the Better Business Bureau, FCC, the Peachtree Corners Chamber of Commerce and Mayor’s Office.

Wish I could give them zero stars Rude employees! employees telling lies about each other, telling lies about what they could provide. Almost like a bad used car lot, with the let me speak to my manager routine. Go anywhere else with a problem.

Don’t walk in, unless you have an online appointment I walked in 4 times, waited each time over 40min and never managed to get service. The sales people there just let walk-ins wait while chit chatting with customers without any sense of urgency. They are incredibly inefficient and have no respect for people’s time. They think they are Apple, but instead manage to make their bad service worse.

So many good things to say about this particular store. I will keep it short and sweet. Charlie, Roderick, Jose and Cameysha provide excellent service and are always upbeat and have a great attitude. Also, the waiting at every visit is always minimal. No long waits. I will only do business at this location after my numerous low-par visits at Perimeter. I give this store 5 stars!

A visit to the DMV is no worse than a visit to this store. My wife and I stopped in at noon, only two customers ahead of us, based on the list displayed on the in-store screen. Took one hour to return an unopened phone back into their inventory. Ridiculous.

Maybe the person I spoke with was just having a bad day or was tired of hearing«stupid iPhone questions» but the service I got when I went in this store was quite discourteous. I only stayed long enough to be told, «If you’re looking for an iPhone, you can wait in line for 40 minutes but we’re still going to tell you we don’t have any and won’t have any for a few weeks.» I was looking to switch my corporate service to a local store but with that attitude, I’ll continue using the online service instead. Apparently they don’t want my money at this location.
