We visited the restaurant on Saturday, January 9, 2016. We were attending the hockey game at Scope. There was also a gun show that had just wrapped up at the Scope as well as it was the night of NFL playoffs. Thus, there was a lot going on and patrons wanted to eat. My family and I were seated at 5:45 pm. We were finally greeted by a waitress at 6:00 to take our drink order. She then returned at 6:15 with our drinks and to take our food order. As you can tell, we had been at the establishment for 30 minutes and had just received beverages. Wait staff was sporadic throughout the section in which we were seated, but none approached us or even looked our way. At 6:15 she took our food order as she was dropping off our drinks. We received our food at 6:50 pm and of course, the order was WRONG! At that point, the hockey game was set to begin at 7:15 and we were so frustrated and hungry we ate it anyway. We will NOT be returning to your restaurant. I thought maybe it would be a «cool» place to eat as I hear the advertisements on the radio quite often. However, the tattoos across the waitresses breasts, arms, and wrists, low cut jeans on some of the ladies with their butt cracks showing, and the lack of regard for your customers waiting to be served is unacceptable business. I’m a teacher who teachers business education. My high school students are getting a great lesson on how NOT to dress and present themselves in order to be successful!
