Coin machine is broken. No other way to get change unless you wanna go to the gas station. Dryers are broken so be careful which you put your stuff into. No attendants. Ladies restroom is still broken(they took the trash can out at least) Men’s room’s lights are out. Toilet paper rack fell and hit me in the shoulder(had to go and the ladies room was busted). Please go somewhere else if you value your time and money, even if you have to drive a little further on base. Any positives notes: close to gate 5, connected to gym, not crowded, close to gas station and a McDonald’s. (Laundromat only. I’m sure the gym is nice.)

Eh. The round lay out with all the windows gives this gym the feel of one of the commercial equivalents. The layout is good with a fairly good assortment of cardio, nautilus style and other strength training gear. However, the overall size makes it a challenge to accommodate during peak periods of early AM and lunch. The locker room is small and can feel crowded in peak times; more so for those feeling more sensitive to personal space defense. Unlike several other regional military gyms, there is no sauna or steam room options. If that is important to you, try the one of the others such as Rockwell.

Nothing beats working out for free!!! Great facility with plenty of equipment. Always remember there is two more gyms on the base also. Great customer service and information on future events or physical competitions!!! Get that fitness !!!
