The first time I came to this place I found a half smoked rolled cigarette in my waffle fries! The only explanation I could think of was it must have fallen out from behind one of the workers ears. Well we decided to give them another chance chance tonight because we love child fil a and it had been a year since we went to That specific location. my husband went through the drive through and not only were they unnecessarily rude to him they refused to give him part of our order even though they were the ones who messed it up. They were about to close so they shut the window on him and said there was nothing they could do. After telling my friend what had happened she mentioned that two weeks ago she got food poisoning from eating at that specific location. I will never eat there again!!! I feel they stole my money from me tonight and are very dirty!

Love chick fil a, fantastic product with a great group of employees. Not this location though, this location’s employees are not very friendly and inside is pretty dirty for a chick fil a (every other one I’ve been in is immaculately clean not so here). This location seems to cut corners at every turn. If you dine in they don’t even have the normal chick fil a ketchup, they use the cheap little McDonald’s style ones. I love chick fil a but I avoid this location.

I went in during the lunch rush and the lines were nearly to the door. Nevertheless, the professional staff took all the orders swiftly. I got to the cash register after a short wait and ordered the deluxe combo. I picked out my table and the server brought the tray to me. The sandwich, as I’ve come to expect from Chick-​fil-​A, was superb. It was delicious, made better by adding a little Chick-​fil-​A sauce. Though busy, the restaurant was clean. I didn’t use the drive-​thru, but it looked like the cars were moving along at a good pace. I’ve been to a number of this chain’s stores from coast to coast and I’ve always been impressed.

This location is off Military Highway, a pretty busy location whenever I come. I usually go inside and order my meal just to make sure I get everything right before I leave.
I usually come here for a breakfast run for my coworkers and myself before work and sometimes lunch runs too. My recent visits has been for breakfast, and they stop cooking breakfast a little before 10:30. I came here 5 minutes til to order breakfast, and they only have whatever was left under the heat lamp which means they don’t cook anything else for customers that want breakfast. It was a bummer, but thank goodness they had what I wanted for breakfast. As for my co-​workers they had to get lunch instead (sorry not sorry). Also, they are pretty stingy with their condiments. Only two of each sauces, and if you don’t know me yet I love Chickfila sauce with my fries and chicken (waaaaah).
I also noticed they don’t have the chickfila mints out everytime I come, nor sanitizer wipes. (Have to ask and they’ll give it to you)
PRO: Clean and very nice employees.
CON: Stingy with Sauces and Breakfast strictly ends at 10:30!
Overall, Food is still great but this isn’t my favorite location to go to. (Only came here since it was close to work)

I ordered a nugget meal. I asked for 3 bbq sauces. Lady said «you get 2». Haha ok you get 1 star

This chik fil a location has never been a let down, but doesn’t have the most friendly service of chik fil as I’ve been to. Simply put, my orders are always done right, and the food quality is up there with every other location. Those nuggets are SO good. Mm.
This last time a lady walked around and gave out free refills and offered ice cream to my son. So cool they do that! But the lady at the register didn’t quite exude the courteousness of other restaurants I’ve been to. It’s all good, I’ll be back!

Efficient even during the unbelievably busy lunch rush! I couldn’t believe how kind the employees were, either. I wish there were some in MA!

Food is good, but that’s a given. All chick-​fil-​a food is good.

What can I say? It’s chick fil a! Great food, the chicken sandwiches are great and the waffles fries are good. The lemonade… addicting. This places tends to get busy but if you don’t mind the wait, you’ll like what you get.

The only reason this gets 3 stars is because of the food. The most chaotic, inefficient, slowest chick-​fil-​a I have ever experienced. Look for another one!
Had to revise my rating after my last visit to this poor representation of a quality restaurant. Initially given the wrong food. No utensils to eat my salad, nor the proper toppings. This will be my last visit here!

It is a very efficient and friendly Chick-​fil-​A in a chain of restaurants that do that very same thing. The crown jewel of this location is a well established and supported kids night on Thursday.
Free ice cream, special activities, free samples, cow in costum and face painting are some of the highlights.
Only downside, no WiFi. That is an exception for this chain and occasionally means we eat elsewhere when we would rather have eaten here.

Who doesn’t love chick fila but they are gonna need a better system for their cow appreciation day

What can I say… Chickafila sets the standard for what customer service and good fast food so be.
It was a busy lunch period with stay at home moms, toddlers running around and that lunch rush.
I ordered my usual #1 with large waffle fries, and sweet tea. I added the coleslaw and was sadly disappointed by the overly running liquid. It was unexpected and not what I had hoped.
I love the little cups of extra pickles because 2 pickles are not enough on my sandwich.
Overall, this was an great what I have come to expected visit. Service at all restaurants are great, and this was no differ. The floor attendee came by several times to offer refills and dispose of trash.

You gotta love Chick-​Fil-​A! I have never encountered any sourpusses at any locations. The employees seem to be genuinely happy and nice people. I haven’t been IN this one in a long, long time and when I was it was so jam packed, I was too distracted to pay any attention to the surroundings. This last time I simply went through the drive-​thru on the way home from church (Wednesday night service, they aren’t open on Sundays) to get fries. The line wasn’t too long and it went quickly. They don’t waste time getting your money and giving you your goods… all while smiling, being pleasant, and wishing you well.

Went there ordered a salad and a 8 piece grilled chicken nuggets meal… Thru drive thru… They put the hot food on top of the cold food and didn’t give me my sauce that I asked for. So I had to park and go inside once at the counter I spoke with the manager who acted like I was bothering her while I was informing her of her piss poor attitude having employees. But I can see where they get the okay to be this way. Never have I ever had such a bad experience with the 2 i go to in Hampton off Mercury and the one on Coliseum suffice to say I will not be returning. I see why restaurants on Military Highway get so many bad reviews. Clearly they have earned it!

I love this place. The workers are so friendly, the food is always fresh and delicious. You never have to worry about a sloppy mess of a sandwich they actually take a few minutes and put it together right and neat. My grilled chicken cool wrap was so good! I love to mix the avocado lime ranch with the buffalo sauce it makes it spicy and yummy!
The fries are fresh and not too too hot. The diet lemonade is my JAM!!!
Only bad thing about this place is that it’s always poppin. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and it took us a good 20 mins to get through the line and get our food. They need to open another place somewhere in Norfolk.
All in all it was great. Great service, great food, and worth the wait.
Why was my chicken wrap meal with a fry and medium drink almost $ 9 though? Isn’t that a little much for a fast food type meal? I could’ve got 7 mcdoubles, 1 fry, 1 drink AND an apple pie for that amount…

I really love eating at Chick-​Fil-​A. So the food here has never been an issue. I always get the great food I love each time I come. However, the customer service here is SERIOUSLY lacking. I worked for Chick-​Fil-​A in high school (Not this one) and I am very aware of their high standards for employee conduct and every time I come here I am shocked at how I am treated. Honestly, the customer service at McDonalds is better. I’m always ignored and made to feel like the requests I make (Refill, sauce packet, ect) are an imposition. They do not pronounce the food items correctly and say «my pleasure» like its a chore. I always here «Go to the window. My Pleasure» without my saying thank you first. There are a few sweet gem employees, but other than that I just think this location falls way below the bar.

I’ve came to this location numerous times because it’s 1. close to my job 2. I love chick fil a 3. no matter how busy they are… they always have great customer service.

I’d like to preface that my score is not related to the quality of food but rather the general customer service and management if the restaurant as well as the drive thru. Let me say that I must agree with Brad M. On this restaurant.
While my review is based on three visits, his is based on his many visits. Please also take note that my review is based on the fact that I’m a Georgian and live where Chick-​fil-​A was born. I’ve had plenty of Chick-​fil-​A experiences in Atlanta and am pretty familiar with the type of service that they like to provide, etc.
The food? Being a Chick-​fil-​A, the quality of the food is to standard as one would expect from any Chick-​fil-​A (although I’m just remembering the sweet tea was a little different from other sweet teas. The sweet tea just had a slightly funky after taste. Sorry, can’t really describe it any better. It certainly wasn’t what I’m used to from any of the CFA’s in Georgia or in other states. I only ordered this once though at this location.
Brad M. Makes some good points about the drive thru and confusion of the entrance and exits. The drive thru and parking lot is a little less than ideal because the entrance to the parking lot seems to be near the «back» deeper into the shopping center than the front. I confess that for every time I’ve visited, I entered thru the exit because it was more convenient. I also went to the drive thru two times and walked in the third because the drive thru was too long. It was much faster for me to park, go inside and order, pick up my food and leave… Than to wait through the drive thru.
Customer service: I was a little sad that they didn’t say «my pleasure» here. Most all CFA’s I’ve visited whether in GA or not have always said or found a way to tell me the customer «my pleasure». This is really minor and picky… But it’s just not what I am used to. It seemed she was too busy chatting with co-​workers to provide me much attention.
Anyway, those are my thoughts on this place. Food is great but customer service could have been a little better. And parking lot was meh! Happy eating!!!

Shame on Seattlites for not opening one up. This one was what I was expecting, long lines and great service. The first time I went here, they left out my straws and I was forced to drink without a lid. If you’ve been to a Chick FIL A, then you’ll need no further explanation, but if you haven’t then you’re missing out. Great place to eat and have fabulous milkshakes.
