J. Crew

First off, I really appreciate the assistance Kareem provided us. Absolutely first rate and thank you. The only thing I was a bit bummed about was that the selection of sports coats was minimal which was part of the reason I went there. However, Kareem made the visit worthwhile so the four stars are well earned.

This is my favorite store. There. The secret is out.
Every sales associate I’ve encountered is not only genuinely friendly and helpful, but dressed to the nines in J. Crew…as they should be.
There’s almost always a sale. Like, the extra 30 and 40 percent off sale from clearance, which is when I can rack up on no. 2 pencil skirts and the oh-​so pretty costume jewelry. (They have the best standout pieces of jewelry, I swear.)
If you buy a piece of outerwear, you get a lovely J. Crew monogram garment bag, and that’s something you’ll keep and use forever.
And like I said before, great people work here. People that help you make fashionable decisions without seeming like they’re all about their sales per hour and credit card quota. They care. And that’s my ideal shopping experience.

I’ve always been a big fan of the brand. I love J. CREW simply because it suited perfectly my style. Its also a bit expensive but your are guaranteed that the quality of the product is better than other competitors. I do like this particular store, its not too busy and well merchandise. The entire store looks amazing and alive. The visual décor is spot on and everything is cohesive.
The brand offers an assortment of women’s, men’s and children’s apparel and accessories, including swimwear, outerwear, loungewear, wedding, bags, accessories, belts, jewelry, and shoes.
Sale items are located at the end of the store. Usually they are placed in one corner. The sale signages are not visible so I suggest you ask the staff.
Without a doubt the staff here is very polite and accommodating. I’ve been here many times and I’ve noticed that they greeted each and every customer that comes in to the store with a warm welcoming smile.

This J. Crew, although a little smaller than some of the others I’ve been in, has a nice selection and awesome customer service. As soon as you have more than one piece of clothing in your hands, someone will come by and offer to start you a dressing room. It doesn’t stop there. For people who are slightly fashion challenged like me, they will give their opinions on the outfits you try on, create outfits for you, and recommend a tailor if need be. I’m not sure if this is the case in the other J. Crews, but it certainly hasn’t been offered to me anywhere else.

J Crew = Overpriced, average quality and small selections. you need to head to the discount outlet in Lynchburg, VA for the real deals! I was never asked if I needed help once…

Sometimes i feel like J Crew is my true home. I never walk into this store or onto the website without falling in love with at least a couple pieces
