Never had a bad experience. Always friendly but then again I always order carryout not sure if their delivery is good or not

I placed an order online and it was not delivered for TWO hours. TWO flippin’ hours for a pizza order. I only ordered a personal pan pizza, chicken wings and cinnamon sticks … not a large order and I don’t live far from the store. No offer for a discount or anything for the extreme delay. I am not pleased at all. The next time I will go out of my way to order elsewhere and pick it up myself.
Very disappointed because Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza chain.

What the eff! Literally every time we order bread sticks they never deliver the marinara sauce. Then when you ask them to make sure to bring the marinara sauce they act like you’re stupid because «It comes with the bread sticks, ma’am».so why am I calling you back and waiting ANOTHER 45 minutes for some sauce?! This has happened 4 times with some order mix ups but this time it’s been literally months since we ordered here so why is this still an issue? We literally joked that they’d forget and at this point we’re not going to bother to even order Pizza Hut. Just stay stingy with your dang sauce.

If I could give no stars I would! This is my first and last time at this pizza hut location!
I don’t know how they manage to make it BURNT AND SOGGY!

Our second box of pizza was a hot mess

I have ordered from this location twice… each time has been a waste of time and money. I will never order from this location again, which sucks because Pizza Hut is my favorite delivery pizza chain.
The first time I ordered a basic dinner box, nothing fancy. A pepperoni pizza with the bread sticks (that comes with sauce) and cinnastix. No changes. I received a pepperoni pizza, cheesesticks (which I do not like, and no sauce) and plain bread… no cinnastix or icing. I contacted them with zero response or problem solved.
The second time I ordered from them I ordered two medium pizzas. The delivery driver arrived an hour later with one pizza that wasn’t even one of the ones ordered. We waited another hour before calling the location to see where our corrected order was and didn’t receive the correct order for another 15 minutes. The driver didn’t even have the correct receipt to go with our order when he finally arrived.
Terrible Follow-​Up. Feedback has been given to the location both times with a guaranteed response within a few days and we have yet to give even a apology.
Terrible customer service. I mean, when an order was placed an hour ago and messed up… I would consider that an immediate order to take care of… not to go back into the line.

For Pizza Hut, the entire transaction was flawless. Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza online and designated the date and time of pickup.
If one subscribes to their emails and/​or text, 50% off of menu price! So, I did it!
Plus, my daughter LOVES PH. It is a REAL treat (or a cold day in… HELLO!) the day «Mommy» orders PH. HEHE I think it’s greasy (which what makes it sooo delicious) and overpriced.
When I arrived, I was greeted and asked the name the ordered was placed in. Hot pizza came out immediately, the attendant opened the box and my daughter and I could smell the greasy cheese and see the glistening pepperoni surrounding every inch of the pie. «Ohhhhhhh». The attendant asked if we wanted any peppers and cheese (huge plus). Then, called me by my name, smiled, thanked us and wished us a good evening.
Seamless, quick, and affordable w/​discount. IF this momma ever orders from Pizza Hut again, it will be in advance and online.

Terrible! I’ve been waiting for my pizza for over 45min. This is crazy. I’m still sitting here in the pizza hutt as i write this. Very rude and ignorant emplpye’s as well. Also, this place is also dirty! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Ok. Pizza hut. We’re not talking gourmet by any means but cheap and the 13 year old step son who doesn’t like all my cooking because it’s too fancy requested it.
It wasn’t too bad, actually. For the price. We got a cheese lovers with stuffed crust (stuffed with more cheese) for the 13 year old and the husband and I got a pepperoni, mushroom, onion and olive.
And because I cannot go anywhere without buying dessert, I got the Hershey’s Dunkers. So like chocolate on top of pizza dough that you dip in chocolate syrup. Say WHAT? Yeah. pretty good.
So carbs on top of carbs and dipped in chocolate syrup. Nice.
