I called prior to the appointment to find out a price range for packages and felt like I had a good grasp of what we might spend so that we could get a disc in order to do reprints. I felt we were severely misled. I was not impressed at all. We arrived about 10 minutes early for our scheduled appointment then waited 45 minutes, with a 2 & 4 year old until we finally got photos taken. She spent a total of about 10 minutes with us in the studio (session mainly guided by us) and 1 hour with us at the computer picking out photos. She didn’t provide much expertise or guidance by way of poses, props, backgrounds, etc. We had to ask several times for clarification while sitting at the computer because she was not explaining very well (to 3 college grads). And did I mention that 2 of the «photographers» were running around the studio with no shoes on? How unprofessional! Overall, the entire experience was not a good one. I would not recommend to anyone. Save your money and time because you can get a more professional and better photographer just by looking up photographers online or Facebook!
