As usual, excellent coffee and tea. Always greeted with a smile. The ordering, waiting and seating areas are very cramped and it gets busy often. The seating area is so cramped with small chairs and tables that it becomes difficult and sometimes impossible to navigate through when it is busy. When few are there, you have to move furniture to make your way to the milk and sugar station or simply to exit.
The hard working staff does a good job of promptly serving accurate orders.

If I could I would gave them –5.was there on a Saturday night at
and there were 5 people working, one cashier and one to make the coffees and 3 just walking around really doing nothing… Think one was the mgr. From the time I ordered 2 coffees and the time I got then it was 20 minutes and I kid you not… They were more instrested in cleaning up than taking care of the people who ordered coffee… Not really a starbucks fan, my friend is but this gives me reason not to want to come again…

You really know a coffee shop is good when you have a problem. I know that sounds funny but it’s the way people deal with the problem that really defines how good the place is to me. I came in on the day of the Perseids Meteor Shower, I was getting ready to head out to the campground and watch it. So of course we are thinking coffee! :-) I ordered a Venti the associate made me a grande. I reminded him I ordered a Venti and he fixed it happily. Then he gave me the other drink for my friend outside. Super nice! David is the barista that crafted our drinks and he was more than polite about everything. Kudos to you David! We enjoyed ordering from you!

This is the slowest Starbucks in town. The employees are always nice, and the place is clean and comfortable, but the endless waiting time has me going to there other shops. Every person I’ve talked with about this location agrees. If you’re in a hurry and can go to the other shops, do it.
Quality of drinks is as expected, so if you’re in no hurry, it’s a fine place to go.

This is a great Starbucks! The best thing about it is the great staff. They are always very friendly and prompt. You can also just tell that they enjoy working together. I always get good vibes from this place.

It’s a Starbucks. Not more I can say besides the fact that in the summer… the patio is lovely. Lots of seating and it’s spread out. You can also walk around the outdoor mall which makes this location a lot better than the other Starbucks in Bloomington-​Normal.

4 stars only cuz it’s a chain.
We were on our way back to St. Louis from IKEA, and had to stop for an emergency caffeine break. When everyone else in Normal, IL — Bloomington, IL closes at 9, you can count on this overpriced last resort.
10.60 for 2 mochas.
