Pretty room! Had lovely giant canvas photographs as a headboard type thing. Toilet and shower are in one room and sink and mirror in the main hotel room area. Hallways smell like cigars, though. Carpets are stained as well. Very good for the price though. However, i have received a dirty towel with a ball of hair inside it and clumps of makeup. Unimpressed. Stole the mini shampoos because it is Matrix brand. Mixed emotions about this motel, but not a bad place to stay for one night.

All I can say is this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dingy, dirty, dark, décor from the 70s-80s. Bad internet service. Paper thin walls. I have stayed in many hotels in Bloomington in the $ 70-$ 80 dollar range. Was forced to stay at this one as the town was really booked the weekend I needed. The only good part was the nice hotel clerk who was able to get the owner to cancel my booking. Do not stay here, just not worth it. I was able to go to the Park Hotel for $ 24 more a night-well worth the extra cost.

This super 8 was super antiquated. The walls were tinged brown; the carpet shredding, stained and dirty; the sheets old and thin. When walking through the place, I felt like I was in a Reno casino that still has smokers hangin out after hours with gin and tonics. The stench clung to you, even if you were in a non-smoking room. The best thing about this place was the front desk guy, AJ. Super nice and helpful. Oh, that and it was $ 42 a night.
