Brookhaven Automotive

Got my truck worked on there and was really impressed with their service. I needed a new driveshaft and they recommended that I get the part myself to save money. They showed me what to get and got it installed as soon as I dropped it off. Will definitely be back when I need more work on my vehicles done.

I really appreciate how quickly the guys at Brookhaven were able to schedule an appointment to look at my car and address all of the issues I was having with it. The mechanic who worked on my car, Scott, also took the time to explain what repairs might be needed in the near future (I have an aging car with over 220k miles), which I also appreciated a great deal. To top it off, they threw in a free pair of windshield wipers after they noticed the bad shape of the old wipers. I can’t say enough good things about Brookhaven. I’ll certainly be a returning customer.

I wish I could give these guys 6 stars! These are the most honest mechanics I’ve ever met. They’re worth their weight in gold!
Regarding Elaine’s review, they did something similar for me. I went in with a flat tire. They noticed that the tire was still quite new and that it might be covered under warranty. I took it back to Walmart and got a free replacement. They could have just charged me to replace the tire and I never would have known.
Regarding Sophie’s review, I also had an experience where these guys went way above and beyond what any normal mechanic would do. Back when Laura was working there, I had to drop my car off for the day and was planning to walk back home (about 2 miles away). Laura actually left her desk in the middle of the day and drove me back to my house and then offered to pick me up later. Of course I would never expect this kind of treatment, but wow.

Had a problem with my battery and ignition, these guys fixed my problem and got me on the way in 20 minutes. I went in on Tuesday at 11:00 and there were several cars be repaired and I still was taken care of right away. Would be back to this shop for everything, if I lived on Oklahoma.

This place is great. These guys didn’t give me a bunch of crap about stuff that I don’t really need. Prices are reasonable and service friendly.

So, my car died on the highway from Dallas on my way to Oklahoma City. They towed me here and it was the most pleasant experience for a terrible situation. David helped me out when I first got there and took the time to explain in a way that I could understand what is going on with my car. It’s not good. He gave me two price ranges to let me know that I need a new transmission. I called around and decided I should go look for used cars.
Scott took me to the dealership and talked with me about buying a car. Pointers and ways to not get pushed around. He even came inside with me and talked to the manager about treating me fair and giving me a good price. Who does that?! Only extremely wonderful humans. That’s who! I’m so thankful for kind, caring and thoughtful humans like Scott. I wanted to cry, but I kept it together. Go see them! They take great care of you!
