Price skyrocketed when you added a drink, pizza was cold, salad was generic, music was annoying and loud.

We eat the lunch menu all the time, for the price you get full, the pizza is always hot and when we make a special order they bring in our in a timely matter and hot, the salad bar is ok and will continue to eat there.

Cici’s has never had very good pizza. This one is no different, as the pizza is rarely hot and usualyl flimsy and greasy. The salad bar is WAY too limited and the pizza choices are very limited as well. Let’s just say that — for a buffet — Mazzio’s blows Cici’s away.
However,
For the cost, Cici’s is a great value. If you don’t mind below average pizza (and if you have kids with you, they never mind), it is nice for the cost.
So, why three stars instead of two? The management at the time we went in (which was this afternoon). The manager (a male) was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic and his attitude allowed his staff to feed off him. I read another review on here from last month about a female manager who was extremely rude. I might have been lucky, because the guy who was running the show today made me and my son smile and enjoy our below average pizza.

Cheap pizza buffet and their salad bar is lacking ingredients. But for the value it isn’t terrible. Is like more of a variety for salad but all in all you get what you pay for. The staff however receives 5 stars for their attitudes and welcoming smiles.

It has been a long time since I have been here at the place has suffered. The pizza I liked is gone, the salad is a joke, and the service inconsistent. I asked for a pizza and I was told no yet they provided one to another customer. I questioned why they got on and was told they did not.
Never ever again.
