What the hell Panda Express 9 bucks for a small box of chicken and no rice???

Panda Express brings me back to elementary school. My mom used to work at a Panda Express inside Pavillions market in Orange County. When she was too tired to cook, she’d bring back PE for dinner.
Service here is stellar, but the food could have been better. I think it’s because we went later in the evening. A lot of the key items were on their last leg, i.e. Beef Broccoli, Mushroom Chicken, Chicken w. Green beans. The cook was just about to start making some of the entrees which meant we had to wait another 15 minutes for fresh food. Waiting was not an option because the boo just got out from his late class and hadn’t eaten lunch.
I ordered white rice, orange chicken and chicken green bean. BF orders noodles, black pepper chicken and something else (I forgot!). He thought his nooddles were cold and with each fork full of meat and rice I got a few crunchy uncooked pieces of rice *SIGH*
