Havana Hookah Lounge

Just had a visit here. The place is located in a strip mall that seems to be pretty popular and is well lit. The neighborhood also seems pretty nice.
My buddy ordered the mozzarella sticks and they were awesome. The waitress was friendly and attentive, answering any questions that we had.
The hookah selection was pretty different with choices from pretty well known brands (Al Farkhar, Starbuzz, and Fumari) as well as some house flavors. The only complaint I have is that unless you ask otherwise they use quick lights which skews the flavor of the shisha. Otherwise it was awesome.

I love this place. Every time I smoke, I come here. The service is great. The hookah is always great. There is a five dollar minimum for each person, which is great because we can get food and drinks (non alcoholic of course). I honestly recommend to come here if you want to have a chill day or night. the owner is the nicest guy.

Did not give me the «wow factor» I was looking for. It’s an average hooka place with a few nice looking girls. Just grabbed a few drinks and left. They had some decent drinks, some were a bit expensive for my taste of scenery. Check it out and put your own view on it.

the hookah was good but its to tight and too crowded. I swear the belly dancer had it in for me. She kept hitting me in the head with her fans or scarfs or what ever she had in her hand any given time. I also don’t like that you have to try to squeeze you way in and our of this place. I had such high hopes but the price, atmosphere and the belly dancer just killed it for me.

Really disappointed at this place. I just left this place ten minutes ago. I usually come here weekly. Use to like the place till they started over charging me. Last time it was $ 20 dollars extra and it was just me and another person. They over charge without explaining why. And now they charged us for two hookah and 3 drink and we only ordered one hookah. They aren’t honest .I just paid them and left but they totally lost my business. Never going there again.

Probably best hookah bar around ohare airport area. The service and hookah are great. Plus the hookahs starts at $ 10. The hookahs are gewat and if you have a problem with them they fix the problem right away to a point that they will change the hookah for you if the problem is still there. The owner is a nice guy as well. They also sell hookahs and supplies and cigarettes there as well. The reason I took out a star is because the drinks are too expensive and they close at 12. But overall a great place.

So we wanted to try something different and arrived around 10pm. We walked in and there were 7 teenagers laughing and talking with their friend who was «working» possibly at the register. He (the «working» employee) didn’t acknowledge us but we proceeded towards the back where we could see a sitting area. Not the best first impression!
Once we sat down, the service was phenomenal. The young lady explained the menu, asked us if we wanted anything to drink and made recommendations based on our taste. She asked us several questions. She promptly brought us our drinks and hookah. The second young lady checked in with us as did the first. What great service.
Complaint– the «worker» from the front register interrupted our server to say he was sitting a group of guests. Why didn’t he sit us? And then why interrupt our service? Rude man! Luckily our server gracefully handled the situation. The preferred group this man sat down was a group of teen friends of his. Please– if the owner reads this — seriously have a discussion about this.
Nice date spot for something different. Cheerful pleasant and attentive servers. Mostly mature crowd but some teens. Those teen friends he sat down were discussing how they could leave without paying the bill.
We had a relaxing time overall. If you are coming in for hookah — spend and tip — geeze tip!

The girlfriend and I arrived a bit late, around 11PM. So we were only able to stay leas than an hour. The service and was mediocre. There were two girls working this night but one was doing all the work while the other mingled with friends.
When the girl first came up to see what we’d like she mentioned a discount if we wrote a good review on Unilocal,soooo… The reviews here may be a hit skewed.
We ordered smoothies which were pretty good (strawberry banana). It took a good 15 minutes for the server/​waitress to bring our hookah which I believed to be a bit long. She did however apologize for the delay. We saw she was pretty busy anyway since she was the only one actually working.
Im not sure that I’d go back. The service needs improvement and I didn’t really enjoy paying $ 24 for 30 minutes of hookah and 2 medium sized fruit smoothies.

Good flavor! Great service! Decent ambience. One sore point was min 5 $ order per person. At a hookah joint you don’t usually buy a hookah each. That apart would recommend this place.

My favorite place to go chill… my hookah is always made great… staff is super friendly! Super clean… always a great time!

This cozy hookah joint is filled with fun, friendly people and has a belly dance show EVERY Thursday at 10 PM. Many hookah flavors to choose from, and they are only 5 or 10 dollars, and it’s BYOB if you’re old enough. Wifi, TVs, good music… really great place to hang out.

This place isn’t byob, like other reviews said it was. I’ve been there other times to buy a hookah and staff was helpful

Easily one of the worst experiences at a hookah bar. Service is absolutely horrible. We asked for a menu and it took the waitress about a half hour to come back and ask if we wanted to order something. Because maybe it’s normal to just admire the menu or something? Then there’s this confusing bull about how each person has to buy something that is $ 5 and up? So basically, two people can’t share a hookah because they each don’t spend $ 5. Is this making sense to anyone? Oh, and that finger food I can find in my fridge. And you don’t have to tip them, because they take money out of the change you get back after you pay the bill. Rude.

Great place! The staff is AWESOME, atmosphere is welcoming, hookahs are good, BYOB, finger foods available, music is loud enough to hear but not so loud that you have to yell, What else can you ask for! I was sold! Check it out.
