I came here on the Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday and the entire mall was dead!
NY&Co was very clean and well-​kept and associates were working to clean up after the Black Friday massacre that probably just happened.
I didn’t interact with any associates, but the store was nicely kept!

My complaint about NY&C does not have to do with the location, this is a bday 20% off coupon. I shopped in the store picked out 2 items. I put my credit card down along with the 20% coupon. After the clerk rang up my order I was told I can not use the coupon since the entire store is on sale. I would have gotten maybe $ 6.00 off. She suggested come back again when the store is not on sale. So I did make a 2^nd trip and again the entire store was on sale no bday gift. I was reminded by the clerk it is the holiday season and the store is on sale. I could have spent $ 50 to use a coupon the store had but I did not want to spend that much. Excuse me for having a bday during the holiday season! Amazing how I had other coupons from stores that I could use. I wonder how many other ‘holiday’ bday customers are frustrated like me?

This location is pretty large — its about double the size of a typical store in this mall. It’s located between Windsor & Bath & Body Works near the «C» entrance.
My review is based on my visit during the Pant Event (BOGO Pants) on a drizzly Tuesday evening about an hour before close.
The store was pretty clean and well-​kept for the end of the day. There were only 3 associates that I could see on the floor. For a store that size, I’d think there’d bd more but yes it’s a Tuesday in a crap economy, I get it.
I did have some trouble finding pants to accommodate my short stature but an associate explained that the petite sizes were stowed under the tables in a pull-​out. This was true for all colors & styles. So, A+ for organization.
Now I know it was a crappy rainy Tuesday but I give it 3 stars because they were out of the pants I really wanted and it took a bit of poking to get some help (although she was helpful after I initiated) when perhaps my body language should have been interpreted. The cashier was mostly cheery and chatted me up so my end experience was salvaged for the most part.
In summary, I’ll return but I’d prefer Old Orchard, if there was a NY&Co. at that mall.
