You don’t have to do much to be a 5 star laundromat. Unfortunately Thrifty Bundle does little to deserve one star. With hours changes and a finicky change machine that is about worthless when the laundromat is unstaffed after 6 pm, I’d skip this place if you have the option.

A simple laundromat. You clean your stuff, and you leave.

Poor customer service. Walked in at 8:00pm sharp and the lady turned me away. Sign on door says«last load 8pm.» I’ve been working construction at 12+ hour long days and just wanted some clean clothes since I live 2 hrs away and I’m staying at a hotel for this job.

Like another reviewer said– never thought I’d be reviewing a laundromat, but washing here is a surprisingly painless experience. This place is clean and bright and spacious. Even on a Sunday afternoon there are plenty of machines and folding tables to go around. It’s spotless and everyone who works here is friendly. They have a few magazines and a paper to keep you busy while reading, but it’s best to bring a book. There is also a kid activity table for tots in tow.

You know, I never thought I’d be reviewing a Laundromat. But when you haul as much freight every week to this one as I do, you have to give credit where credit is due. This place is always spotlessly clean, and everyone that works here is super nice. It has giant folding tables(plenty to go around) and its spacious, so I never feel cramped. I’ve never used it(so I don’t know about the rates or anything), but I know they have a drop-off service so you don’t even have to do your own laundry. They’ll do it for you. There are only two small reasons why I give this place 4-stars instead of 5 — no wifi(I know, first world problem). And the machines don’t seem old or anything(like I said, everything is spotless) and they all work — but why can’t I put dollars in them? Obviously there is a change machine here, but I am endlessly feeding quarters into every machine in the place, and in the process, dropping them all over the floor because I’m clumsy. Time to upgrade to some machines that you can feed paper money into(or even *gasp*, debit/credit cards.) Those are nit-picky non-essentials. I go to this Laundromat every week even though there is one with wifi just about a mile further down the road because everyone is really accommodating and helpful, and I’m just pleased with this place all around so I’ve never felt it necessary to look for somewhere new. I can’t think of too many places that I frequent that I’ve *never* had a bad(or even sub-par) experience in. I love my Thrifty Bundle. See you every week.
