Do you need to outfit your home with all new furniture? DONTGOTOETHANALLEN! We bought a ton of furniture(9 pieces) less than 2 years ago from the Andover store and every piece(with the exception of one end table) has failed in quality. As an example: on the dining room table and chairs, the finish has rubbed off in many places. They were not real hand or machine applied stain. It is a faux stain which comes off easily. if properly stained, it would have become part of the wood. We have a custom upolstered camel back couch that has a center support leg that has always been sticking out. When people go to sit down, they trip on it. We have a chair with ottoman(custom upolstered) in which the frame is cracked. we are all of normal weight and it is in our formal living room, so it doesnt get used often. they sent out a rep to review it(our sales rep). She agreed all were defects and we should be made whole. The General manager sent us a letter 4 weeks later saying that they will not remedy any of the issues and that it was all due to normal wear and tear. Moving forward for all quality furniture, I am heading to Gardner!!!

Went in wanting to get a price on a specific piece and didn’t see a price tag, so i asked their ‘receptionist’ for help. what a rude, snotty woman — for someone who is in a customer service role, I would have expected much more than a snarly look and a very annoyed attitude that I interrupted her doing nothing. However Heather the sales person was quite pleasant and helpful! My advice — get someone new to properly greet and serve customers as it certainly left a bad taste in my mouth and I wont be back.
