Dunkin’ Donuts

The staff is completely rude! Every time I go. They always mess up my order. Always rush u when u order. I go here almost everyday cause its like 5 mins from my house. I rather drive 25 mins to the other location than to go here. I had went there today and I had asked for extra ice for my Carmel frappé and this employee «cami» with tattoos all over her was giving me an attitude about it. I ask for extra ice because they always make my Carmel blast watery. There is only one girl that does it right and she is no longer working there. I could here cami talking from the window while she’s making it saying she wanted extra ice. Making a big deal about it. Than the other employee was like who? And cami was said the girl at the window! And she ordered something else I don’t even remember what it was. The other employee just looked at me rolled her eyes and shook her head. Like I you kidding me??? Worst customer service ever !!! never ever going here again!

This DD has changed a lot over the past year and a half. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They yell and talk over their mic in the drive-​thru. It can’t be that difficult to mute your mic before stating a rude comment to a fellow co-​worker. The total order cost varies even though my order has always been the same. The coffee is inconsistent. I attempted to order a cappuccino latte and lady had no idea what I was trying to order. She ended up making me my cappuccino latte and it tasted horrible. Three times out of the five days last week they got my order wrong. I always order a croissant, sausage, and cheese sandwich, instead I got an English muffin, ham, and cheese. The second time I ordered the same thing but they still put egg on my sandwich. I’d been stopping by this location for the last 5 years before I go to work. Unfortunately, they’ve lost a loyal customer. I’m truly disappointed.

I can only give it 2 stars because their donuts are horrible. Kids can choke them down but that’s about it. Coffee is decent though.

I love this dunkin donuts and the staff is nice and caring. The service is very good as well.

I stopped into this Dunkin Donuts yesterday after another Dunkin Donuts got my order wrong and I didn’t taste it until I had already driven away. I was able to get a new coffee right away, although this one also tasted awful. I’m not sure why Dunkin Donuts doesn’t have coffee-​making standards so that every time I order a coffee, no matter which Dunkin Donuts I’m at, it will all taste the same. Only in a perfect world I guess.
So, despite their less-​than-​stellar coffee, I’m still giving this Dunnkin Donuts 3 stars — based on their customer service alone. They were not the store that got my coffee wrong originally, but I was still offered a free donut for the mistake. I declined the free donut, but sincerely appreciated the fact that it was even offered. When I went back to the original Dunkin Donuts to finally get what I paid for, they made me the coffee I ordered, but that was it. Customer service standards should, at the very least, attempt to compensate me for the error and the time that I had to take to return in order to get what I paid for. If the establishment messed up, it’s their job to offer a little something extra — it’s just good business. So thanks, DD!

Stopped by yesterday afternoon and went inside because I also had to use the restroom (which was clean, by the way.) Asked for iced coffee which appeared to be made to my specifications, but when the employee was going to hand it to me, she wiped the outside of the cup with her filthy apron. I was not only appalled but also disgusted. She didn’t seem happy when I asked to get me a new cup. My fault, I wasn’t specific enough and she poured the old one into a new cup with the side of the old cup at the rim. Seems to me this is a public health dept. issue that needs to be addressed and education about food safety for the employees.

Dunkin’ doesn’t have standardization down like McD’s does. Coffee is sometimes great; the right temperature, the right strength, the right amount of whatever adulterations you ask to be put in there. But it’s often less than stellar; scalding hot or lukewarm, not strong enough, too strong, watery, too much cream or sugar or flavors or all of those put in.
Donuts are fine when they’re fresh but a little stale by late afternoon.
Most staff are pretty friendly. Some are kinda surly. Hasn’t happened recently but I’d often be handed coffees overfilled with liquid drops leaking down the side of the cup.
Dunkin’ Rewards app is nice if a bit awkward to use when checking out, especially in the drive-​thru, which can be quite slow during peak times.

We’re not big donut eaters so we rarely stop at DD. Ev is a big fan of their chocolate donuts though, so every great once in awhile I take him in. The rumor is DD has the best coffee but I beg to differ. It’s not bad. just nothing to write home about. They do make a good Boston Crème though!

I find the DD to be relatively pleasant. The line is always pretty long in the morning, but they move fast (provided some jag isn’t ordering 7 dozen donuts through the drive thru) and provide accurate service.
The parking lot is also sort of a pain, if you want to head south after leaving, you have to turn left and exit from where you came (the exit straight ahead of the drive thru only allows right turns).
My only other gripe is that the one time I did go in, it was SLOW. All of the employees were extremely friendly (despite the slightly scary neck tattoos and whatnot) and while there were a few other customers, I just felt like everyone was chillin. What is it about going into a coffee place that suddenly means you’re not in a hurry? It’s STILL the morning, just bc I go inside doesn’t mean I should wait far longer than I would driving thru.
I enjoy the friendly service and will continue to frequent this DD for my occasional after work cup o joe, but for the morning rush I’ll hit up Batavia DD.
