Nice location near the freeway, I-90. Clean facilities. Moderately busy. Am here for the seasonal fish sandwiches which I think are the best especially at 2/$ 5. It’ll go away at the end of the month and come back in the winter for some reason. Today I had the two fish sandwiches, a small curly fries(nicely done but it was mostly tiny pieces), and a glass of water. Bill was around $ 7. McDonald’s is trying to go more upscale so prices are higher and the dollar menu’s philosophy must be if it’s $ 1.99 or less it’s a dollar item. They have their place as does Burger King which I favor over McD because there is lettuce and tomato in many of their sammies. I still go to both for various reasons.

I came through the drive thru on 12⁄14. I wanted something fast for dinner so I could get a lot of Christmas shopping done. The guy working the drive thru paid attention, heard me correctly, and got my order right. He was bored out of his mind and didn’t want to be at work, but that’s understandable. I got a regular roast beef which was piping hot. The curly fries were freshly made. No complaints.

When I was a poor college student, Arby’s was my fav fast food chain because they have nice $ 1 for any snack coupon like fried mozzarella stick, curly fry, potato wedge… delicious and cheap. Also because the beef in their sandwich is real beef, not patties made from bits and ends. Now I’m not a poor student anymore, but Arby’s is still one of my most fav chain restaurants. I love that from time to time it has something new on the menu. Like the chicken salad sandwich a few years ago, which was yummy and healthy. Too bad Arby’s discontinued it. Last weekend I tried their new smoke house special at the North Bend branch. Surprisingly delicious. The smoked brisket was really moisten and tender, which was great with the barbecue sauce. The spicy version got a nice kick in it with all the chopped up jalapeño. A really nice addition to the menu. If you haven’t tried it, you got to taste it. However, the management and service there at the North Bend store was not great. The cashier there was friendly for sure. But with fully staffed, and not even a long line, the food comes up insanely slow. There are at least three people at back very busy assembling sandwiches, so busy that the manager had to ask someone else to grab the fries. However, they seems always putting in the wrong sequence so it’s hard for the manager to fulfill the customer order. It took me more than 15 mins to get my food after ordering. And because of the rush hands at the back, my sandwich was poorly assembled. The brisket almost fell out of the sandwich. And to be worse, the jalapeño was very unevenly spread inside the food. A few bites into the center and I almost felt nothing, then one more bite my mouth was on fire with a pile of pepper chunks. Good food idea but poorly managed and executed. I have to give them only a three star for this one.

Try opening the store on time? I even gave them 5 minutes after their posted opening time and they still hadn’t unlocked the front doors. If fast food employees want to make $ 15/hr they should at least have to work for it.

Worst fast food service I’ve ever had. Unenthusiastic, unknowledgeable, overall grumpy little employees. They all need an attitude check.

I do enjoy Arby’s foods, but the inside of this fast food restaurant is very run down and seats are covered in spit balls plus crumbs. It is OK if you are just going through the drive thru

Decent Arby’s. Food was what you’d expect from Arby’s. The bathroom was clean, too.

I’ve ate here twice in the last few days traveling. The first stop we ordered in the restaurant and took our food to go, the cashier handed me my food without asking if I would like any sauces, when she just asked the person in front of me if they would like sauce. Today the service was SLOW and I noticed a leak in the ceiling in the dining room with part of the ceiling falling down. Food both times has been delicious!

Food may be okay, but it is filthy. Everytime I have been in, had to clean the tables myself. The employees stand around doing nothing and EVERY single table was dirty. The floor was even sticky. Too bad, my family and I come through the area twice a month and this was one of our favs.

This is the most ghetto Arby’s I have been to. There is a broken booth with the back laying over on the seat. The ceiling tiles are all stained and two are missing completely. Some of the ceiling trim is all torn up and appears to have some serious water damage. We could not find a clean table for our family of four despite there being many open tables. There was ice all over the floor when we walked in. I’m afraid to think what the kitchen looks like if this is what the guest dining area looks like.

Good food but a slow drive thru. I have always liked arbys and this one is mega slow and then they got our order wrong. After we told them what was wrong we had to go in to get help with the order. I would expect a long wait here and a headache.

Ordered their Brisket Beef Sandwich which looked very yummy… But it was dry… The meat was dry, the bun was dry even after drenching it in Arby Sauce… I had driven quite a few hours before I arrived at this Arby’s in North Bend and I was starving to the point I thought anything I ate would be just like super yummy… It was not. Should have just stuck with the regular Roast Beef.

I was very impressed with this Arbys. The food was well made and quickly served by the very friendly staff. They took my name for the order — the only thing they got wrong was I told them it was ‘for here’ and they put it in a bag to go which was somewhat inconvenient because it’s difficult to get all of the toppings and ketchup while holding the bag of food. Anyway the décor is a little outdated, but it was a beautiful sunny day and the friendliness of the staff outshined the old building. It was nice and clean. I ordered the turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich as a wrap and it was very good.

I’ve never been a big Arby’s fan because I don’t eat roast beef and well, that’s what most of their items generally had on them. Or maybe that’s the myth, I don’t know. I had tried one of the Arby’s near my work and enjoyed one of their new turkey sandwiches and while on a trip over the pass, my girlfriend and I thought we would try our luck at this one, in North Bend. I always think reviews of fast food joints are a joke, well, I just think that for the amount of people flowing through, it’s going to be hard to have a «wow» kind of experience and probably pretty easy to have a «bummer» experience. This visit would fall somewhere in between. Well, I give it three stars. We were able to order our food fairly quickly, I think there were two people in front of us, food was up pretty quick and we were eating within 5 – 8 minutes. The food was good. I wish we had known there were onions on both of our meals, but since there was only two rings of the onion, it was super easy to pull out. I suppose if I were a fan of onions, that might seem a little lacking. Anyways, the sandwich I got was great. The wrap my girlfriend got was great. We both got curly fries and they were crispy, hot and tasted well. Overall, a fairly normal experience, which is alright with me. I’d rather get okay experiences often, then any«bummer» experiences, ever.

It’s fast food, it’s Arby’s. What can you expect? The drive thru is a bit slow for the area it is in. I do like this option a little better than Mc Donalds. Sometimes you just want a yummy roast beef sandwich.

Loved the ultimate angus with bacon sandwich. I need to eat at Arby’s more often than those golden arches people.

Spent a day in the snow sun with my dog and boyfriend up at Snoqualmie. On the way back, we stopped off in North Bend to grab a quick bite to eat. He suggested Arby’s. Now I love me some Arby’s and this specific store did not disappoint. I had the biggest Arby’s sandwich and it was delicious. I was full after eating just one! I think from now on I’ll order one monster sandwich instead of ordering two or three small ones. If you need food, Arby’s in North Bend is the place to eat!
