McDonald’s

This McDonald’s is a sin. They kind of butcher ‘McDonald’s’ food. Not enough salt on fries, cold nuggets, etc etc. If that were the only problem, though, I would give this McDonald’s a 4 stars, considering it’s McDonald’s and you need to give it a little bit of leeway. Anyways, I probably shouldn’t be giving this a bad review because it’s a McDonald’s that I go to like every week, but my experience with the service was pretty disgusting. The cash register lady had flies circling her. Literal flies. I’m not sure if this is the epitome of McDonald’s disgusting side, but it was for sure gross. While she was talking, she cleaned her earwax out her ear with her pinkie finger. And then proceeded to work without washing her hands. Personally, I found this rather off putting. Needless to say, I stopped eating at Mccy D’s for a lil’ bit. As I returned (like a couple months later I don’t really remember), the food wasn’t anything special. A downgrade from a normal McDonald’s. But if you’re going to eat at a McDonald’s anyways, I’d imagine that you disregard the ratings.

Super sad! They are supposed to be a 24 hour McDonalds. and so we drive up and order and at 12:33am… Mind you it’s a little past midnight. We are working third shift at our shop. I only eat the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken at any given McDonalds because it’s the only real chicken they serve. The McChicken is not even 100% real chicken patty. This McDonald’s refuses to serve this sandwich. Imagine that? They tell me they stop serving this an hour ago. What? All they need to do is make us 2 pieces and it’s not like they are that busy at this hour that they cannot take the time to do it. But no, they don’t want to serve the real thing, only the fake thing. Fine… they can serve the fake meats to the rest of the customers but I can go hungry for the rest of the night and not have to deal with this crap. Oh my McDonalds, why do you want everyone to succumb to your silliness and crappy food and really bad customer service?
Plus take this… I was ready to put in the order for my other kids… and I was looking at the website for the menu. The website had the McPick 2 promo. As I was relaying the order, the guy told me they no longer have the McPick 2 since they now have the 2For5. I told him I don’t see that list online. But the only list I see is the McPick2. He said they can’t honor that since their system only has the new promo. And this has taken effect 3 days ago. So, if it’s been on going 3 days ago, this is freakin’ McDonalds, why have they not updated their website. That’s getting pretty incompetent of McDonalds don’t you think?

Haven’t been to a McDonald’s in years, but I found this McDonald’s offered super friendly and efficient service! It was a great way to start my day! I even went back for lunch and found the service to be just as friendly!

Hit the drive through on a road trip and found pretty quick service here. Nothing extreme on either end of the scale, just what I’d expect from a Mickey D’s!

This place is horrible. Doesn’t matter what time of day — avoid the drive thru at all costs, unless you’re willing to wait longer than necessary.

We stopped here on our way through town. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food and when we got it both of our chicken wraps were made wrong. The staff was rude and very slow to fix the problem. We will never stop at this location on our way to the coast ever again.

Usually we like to stop at McDonalds generally because the food is good and inexpensive. Tonight just after 8 pm it looked like a bomb had gone off. Trash bins filled to overflowing, garbage in the food prep area, no toilet paper in the ladies room and hand dryers not working. Disgusting.

The most dirty McDonald’s I have ever been to! Cleanliness! Was about to order food and took a look at the smoothie/​shake machine covered in splatter, the counters were all a total mess.

Two stars for attitude. Apparently something going on with employees. Ignored at the counter even though 3 – 4 people saw me. Was just about to go across the street when the gal took my order. McDonald’s has been my place for cheap consistent breakfasts for years. Feeling employees strife is not what I like when I plan to eat in.
Update: 30 minutes later even more staff but things seem to be better attitude wise.

Who doesn’t love mcd fries and chicken nuggets! My daughter’s favorite. Happy meal chicken nuggets with apple juice.

I usually try to stick to corporate McDs stores. This one is corporate. Went through drive thru at 8:30 pm. Took our order quickly… Waited 5 minutes to get to the first window to pay. Weird. Then waited another 10 minutes to get our food!
Meat was not fresh and neither were the fries. I ordered a piece of quarter pounder meat with pickles for my gluten free daughter. They are supposed to make the meat up fresh. Nothing was fresh! 15 Minutes and they weren’t cooking meat to order, so there was no damn reason to have waited.
They were not busy! Lobby was empty. Two cars in front of me. They waited too! Two cars behind me left! We should have too.
I know they changed store managers here. This is one if their busiest stores, they better step up!

Wouldn’t eat at this McDonald’s! Girl walked out of restroom and didn’t wash her hands. Didn’t realize she worked there until she walked behind the counter. I pulled my family and friends from the line and went elsewhere to eat. Called the manager and all she said was thanks for letting me know! Disgusting! Great way to get people sick!

$ 1 COFFEE and 2 $ 1 sausage McMuffins on the value menu. How can you go wrong with breakfast for $ 3 and change? Great convenient location on I-​90. Restrooms are in the right spot for my first stop heading east!

I’m told this is the busiest McDonald’s in WA. Could be. Generally it’s a McDonalds. The most problems I have are with people who can’t decide if they are parking, walking, driving or whatever in the parking lot.
Consistently good fast food. Consistently hot fries. Not always good at making the new dipped ice cream cones and sometimes a little skimpy on the hot fudge in the sundae. Staff is always friendly in the drive through.

This McDonald’s is a disaster. Whose idea was it to have only two cashiers on Memorial Day, the day when every single person comes through North Bend on their way back from camping all weekend? Because that was the stupidest decision of all time. The line was all the way to the door! On top of that, one of the cashiers was a very young and very nervous teenager, who seemed to have no clue what she was doing.
The food took forEVER to come out. My milkshake sat there on my tray, melting, as we waited an eternity for two small fries, one 4-​pc nuggets, and a cheeseburger.
Once we finally had our food, everything was fine. My milkshake was super melty, but it tasted fine. The rest was normal… you can’t really mess up fries and chicken nuggets.

Okay, please note that I only stopped here to use the bathroom before I hit the pass!
This is one of the coolest fast food restaurants ever. This place is decorated to look totally outdoorsy and awesome. «log» panels on the walls, kayaks hanging from the ceiling, bikes, etc. It’s such a cool place!
I’m sure the food is just like every other Mickey Ds, but the building is awesome!

As far as McDonalds go, this one is quite nice. Double drive thru, kayaks and bike wheels on the ceiling and a friendly staff.
