Ordered a whopper combo and was told to pull around to the double doors to wait for my order, glad I didn’t order 2

Burger King is pretty consistent overall. Decent place to grab a bite while at the outlet mall. Just across the street.

Very good. Clean restroom. Good staff. I don’t know why the rating is so low. I give you 5 stars, because I have no idea how the burger king can differ than that one. Thanks

Went in drive through and ordered a #7 (2 sausage croissants) hash browns and large coffee, 3 creams. The screen said small coffee… so i corrected it. When I got to the window and paid he asked again if I wanted cream… I said i told you three when you took my order… he replied I can’t expect him to remember that. When I got the order I asked him what kind of sandwich he gave me and he said a loaded croissant. I gave it back to him and said «I ordered #7 sausage… that’s 2 of them.» He said oh, went and got one off the line, and actually threw it into the bag and said here you go…

Horrible! Second time we have stopped here and second time they screwed up the order… the receipt is correct and we paid for it but cant complete the order correctly. NEVER again.

This place is an absolute joke! I have tried this place a few times, hoping that the experience would be better than the previous. The wait times at the drive-​thru can be 10 minutes plus. Last time I actually back out of the drive thru when I hit 12 minutes of waiting in the same spot. If you do make it far enough forward to order, they will tell you they are out of at least one item that you want. Minutes later you finally get to the window and have a nice view of all of the trash on the floor behind the counter.
How can Burger King corporate not have visibility of how poorly managed this place is? All they would have to do is look at all of the Unilocal reviews to get an idea that they need to replace management at this location.

Really good food, quick, hot and fresh. Nice staff and knowledgeable in nutrients of their food.

It was a bit busy I ordered a double cheese burger which was cold, and a strawberry banana smoothie which tasted like water and strawberry juice. You would think being busy the food would at least be warm. I won’t go there or to any other Burger Kings again. I ended up going to McDonald’s to get a smoothie and threw away the Burger King one because it was so gross

Sitting in the drive Thru now, after ordering we sat behind one car for 15mins with no moving forward and still no food! This has to be the worst managed restaurant ever! Stay away from this place! Finally got to the window, food was not even ready! WTF! Another 5mins we drove off sans food… ridiculous!!!

good grief. I don’t even know why I’m bothering. It’s a fast food joint. but I was starving, had to pee and the McDonald’s parking lot was full. it should average around a 2 or 3.5. First, I ordered a cheeseburger fries and a drink, which they ended up billing me 10 bucks for. That seemed a bit excessive. Second, it took like 15 minutes to get my order, which they managed to mess up in spite of the pretty buttons… how do you mess up a cheeseburger and fries? Third, the soda machine was one of the Coke fancy things with all the buttons, a number of which were ‘greyed’ out. including the water. how do you run out of water??? All in all the area of North Bend is fast food hell anyway. mcdonalds, starbucks, taco time, the rare and delightful Arby’s, are all within 50 yards. Next time I’m trying the Shell gas station with the rolling stock cylindrical food.

I don’t like Burger King as a general rule but when McDonald’s jilts ya one too many times and the line at McDonald’s is out through the parking lot and there’s nooo line at Burger King… I’m in. I usually am pleased by the nice boys at drive thru and it doesn’t seem to take too long. And I’m usually less angry with the outcome than I am across the street. The A1 bacon burger is tastey and the mocha freeze thing is delicious. The fries are never great… but I don’t like fastfood fries anywhere. Though today i was considering eating them if I could get some BBQ sauce… well I got one if those lidded 1&½ oz tubs thinking NICE, that works, only to be wishing I’d gotten the pre packaged foil covered white box. There was less than ½ ounce of sauce in there. Sad face! I will just stick to not eating fries. Love the soda machine they have with flavor options.

3 customers just got refund n left without food!!! Hopeless place… Plz don’t visit this place…

I can sum this up quickly. Horrible place.
Long lines in Drive-​Thru. Orders through Drive-​thru are always wrong. Rude cashiers. Oh… and if they get to busy and backed up, heck they just cone off the Drive-​thru. No big deal to them.

Arrive at 11:29 pm ordering the food the teller was rude and you could telll he was in a hurry, we were one car away from the drive-​thru window it took us 20 minutes to even get up to the Window while waiting for the car in front of us also the employee Sam was resting at the window for 10 minutes laughing flirting with the car in front of us he kept looking at us and saying nothing. finally we get up to the window they forgot our order I tried asking what was going on he said they made fresh food so I replied «thats kind of ridiculous to have to wait almost 30 minutes for our food» he ignored me and walked away the manager came up and was very kind apologizing but our order was completely wrong lets just say if you want burger king go to Issaquah terrible customer service

Slow service and the order isn’t correct!
I live local and at various times, try to give BK in North Bend another shot. It doesn’t change! There is always something wrong with what I order. Always new faces so I’m sure the turn over is high. I have nothing good to say about this location! I’m amazed corporate doesn’t help this place change a little something to get better. Oh well. I’ll try again in 6mo but doubt it will be better.

Hot, fresh fries. Good chicken sandwich and great service by Kevin!

⁹⁄₁₀ times I visit this location it takes FOREVER to get my food. Does not matter if you go in or if you drive through. On top of that, I’ve had several incidents where I’m missing things from my drive through order including ordered food or straws and napkins.
The food itself has always been the typical BK, so I bump it up a star. I think everyone knows what that tastes like.
Inside is getting older. Definitely not a newly remodeled one or anything. Never actually eaten inside.

i arrived at 11:30am with a group of 5 senior women. we chose the table in the back around the corner, for space and privacy during our meal/​gathering. the tables in this area were nasty! food residue all over the three tables and soda spilled on the floor. i had to throw away three soda cups. we went to request a rag to clean the tables because they were filthy and the manager DID come out and wipe them down. no solution, or spray or anything, just a blue towel. the chairs were sticky, the floor still had a puddle of the soda on it (which they didnt come back with a mop to clean up during the time we were dining) and the tables hadnt been properly wiped down.
not planning on going back anytime soon.
my lunch group decided to dine at burger king today because we got coupons in the mail. not worth it. spend the 2 dollars we probably saved and eat at a clean restaurant. mcdonalds is SOOO much better than burger king.
understaffed in the morning is understandable, but dirty restaurant in the morning? no thanks. keep your place clean.

Stopped by this BK for quick lunch with my son. Bad idea. Service was slow. Order was wrong. Problem with credit card machine. Ice machine is filthy… there is black gunk on the plastic funnel where ice comes out. Soda was diluted. Never going back to this BK. Better burger alternative across the street.
