Don’t bring your Classic Vehicle here. They let us have our vehicle back w/​alot of problems that weren’t fixed. They took a month for something that was so basic. We left w/​a dead battery, loose alternater belt. & when asked about a loud ticking… we were told it’s either a spring, or a lifter. We found out that it was a missing screw fr. the exhaust manifold. There is plenty of room to work on a Small Block 350. A very easy engine to work on. But, this particular place has neither the time, skill, or willingness to finish the job.

We love North Bend Automotive. They are very nice people to work with. They have been very helpful and quick with repairs and oil changes. I have nothing but great things to say about this place.
They are very respectful and easy to talk to.

Do not take your car here unless you hate money. I took my Subaru here because I smelled something burning, completely explained my concerns, then was talked into a $ 575.00 tune-​up oil change. Two months passed and I still got a whiff of that same smell so I took it to another mechanic close to my house and he advised me that I have an oil leak on one of the cylinders which will cost close to $ 2000.00
Their misdiagnosis is costing me big especially since I just had new tires installed costing $ 650.

My husband and I were traveling from Spokane to Bellingham for a funeral. We had gone over the pass which was snowing real bad and all of a sudden our cars engine light came on and was acting up. We immediately got off freeway and asked «Siri,» where is the nearest mechanic. She led us to this amazing place. The mechanics were so friendly and even stayed after closing to fix the problem. They were ALL so sweet and kind. I recommend this place.

Last week I brought the car in for brakes, oil/​filter change, air filter, and tranny service. I was time boxed and needed to have the car back in time to pick up my wife from work. A bit risky, sure. But I’ve found these guys to be dependable and reliable. So when Denny told me they could get that all done AND keep it to my budget, I accepted that.
Not only did they hit it on all marks, doing a fantastic job, but Denny came around and picked me up my son and me when it was all done.
Once again, it was great service, quality work, and pleasant, reliable folks to deal with. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Well, I called Monday morning and when I asked why the car still wasn’t finished, the mechanic said he was waiting for a part. When I reminded him they’ve had my car for six days, he said, «Well, I only talked to you Friday.» Remember, despite saying they would call and despite the fact that all garages call, they did not call me at all. I called them on Thursday (three days after dropping off car) with no response. Then I called them three times on Friday. There are at least five auto part stores within twenty minutes and actually one is less than a quarter mile from the garage they could have walked to in five minutes. The part is common and in stock locally according to another garage who searched for me. Because of the holiday, I couldn’t take the car anywhere else and get it done quicker. So, at the very end of the day on Monday, I got my car back and a bill for approx. $ 350 for replacing a thermostat. When I arrive at the office, three kids, all in their teens or very early twenties were hanging out in the office. One was behind the counter playing games on his phone. The other, who I later found out was the mechanic, was answering phones. The last left as soon as she dropped me off. All anyone cared about was leaving for the day. They had a coffee/​water station, but there weren’t any cups. In the end, there was no apology, no discount on the diagnostic, nothing. I hate this place. I have no confidence my car was actually fixed and feel like I was essentially robbed of $ 350. Unless you are okay with unprofessional, incompetent auto service, go elsewhere.

They were unable to find parts for my BMW after we were towed here. They were more than helpful with explaining what was wrong and even printed directions to do it myself when I got home and got the parts. Friendly, clean, professional.

i have never experienced such attention to detail! My sister and I had our AT Oil Temp light come on just as were about to make a 22hr drive south. North Bend Auto saw us immediatly and were of more help and service than the mechanic I just paid 800 to the day before to get my car up and running. Awesome awesome awesome!!!

I had to replace the front and rear shocks on my van and decided to take to North Bend Automotive. I call tell you that they are awesome! The price was the best I could find and the service was great. They deserve 10 stars!

My experience is similar to Kipp’s… These people are awesome!
Daughter and friends from Olympia broke down on I-​90 going over the pass. When tow truck driver dropped off van at 10:00 pm Becky came out to make certain kids weren’t stranded.
Next morning Katie called to say the alternator I had replaced at a shop in Olympia just 6 months ago had gone bad. When I questioned this diagnosis she let me talk to Tony (the mechanic). Once convinced I was given back to Katie. I ask what the damage was going to be and she gave me a price but said this should be covered under warranty. I told her I didn’t have much faith in the shop that did the work previously and besides they were in Olympia. She said if her shop did the work they would stand behind it and asked if I was okay if she called them. I gave my okay and soon she called me back to say she had arranged for the other shop to have new alternator sent to their shop and the Olympia shop would reimburse the cost of the work.
Like Kipp my only con is I wish this shop was in my hometown so I could give them all my auto repair business!

These folks are simply fantastic.
My 2002 VW started misfiring while I was headed through the pass. Since I’m not from the area, I was cautious and tried to find a decent shop through online reviews. Needless to say it’s not a fun endeavor. I was basically at the mercy of this mechanic that I didn’t know in a town I was unfamiliar with. Thankfully my experience has been the best I’ve had with a mechanic.
The owner really knows her stuff and everyone there is extremely nice. The shop is immaculate. Their front desk and waiting room is clean, comfortable, and very professional. They took great care of me and gave me a fair price for repairs. They even drove me downtown so that I didn’t have to stick around the shop while I waited.
My only complaint is that I don’t live closer so I can have all my repairs done here. Please support this local North Bend shop. They certainly deserve your business.

I have the bulk of auto repairs over the past 5 years at this shop. They have always provided fair prices and fast turnaround time. They stand behind their work and have never hesitated to make anything right. I would not hesitate to take my car here for any type of repair.
