We have attempted to use this company many times. We often times will find houses for rent on craigslist and attempt to contact this property management company. We are consistently disappointed with their customer service. I could not imagine actually having them manage a property that I live in, it would be impossible to get a hold of them! I pity the property owners who use this company as they will most likely not get the best renters because the property management company will not call them back.
No wonder why there is so many homeless in North Bend and so many houses to rent in North Bend.

Renter beware! Sig Jones lied to us about terms of our lease, assuming we did not keep a copy for our records after 3 years. She was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. If you decide to rent from her, keep all paperwork, take pictures of your property upon move in, and most of all, be aware of your rights as a tenant! This company also has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, and for good reason.
