Great place! Love it. Me and my sisters favorite place. Service is always good and fast. And foods are delicious!

Food is good… good appetizers and bar & grill atmosphere for casual hanging out with friends. Arnold Palmers are watery though… surprised this place is poppin’ again. It used to be DEAD on Thursday nights. Good job of the current managers.

I went here for a birthday meal and i was very disappointed. The manager wasn’t too friendly and the service was slow. The queso dip was disgusting so we sent it back. The sliders were overcooked so was the ribs. The cajun chicken pasta had no flavor. The noodles weren’t cooked long enough. The fries and chips and salsa wete the best things that I had. I definitely won’t be back neither will anyone who dined with me.

Food quality is more or less in line with some of the other Chilis, but surely not the best. Service is sometimes disappointing. Some staffers are friendly and attentive and some seem lost and disinterested. I have mostly been a non-peak hour customer, so I believe they do ramp up their staff during peak hours. The Chipotle Fresh Mex bowl is my favorite item and they serve it fine. Avoid the unlimited enchiladas for the presentation — no where close to how it shows up on the menu — drippy and messy cheese, as if ready-to-eat enchiladas were heated in the oven to justify the price. However, their Fajitas are great and I like them with some rice and beans on the side. Regular wings with buffalo sauce is a decent option at times. Ambience is good and ample parking is available. All is well if you have the right person at your table.

This restaurant is amazing!!! The customer service is great. I like how the interior is modern and looks awesome. Chili’s is my favorite restaurant. The food tastes really good. Chili’s has the best chips and salsa around. I can’t describe how good they are. The Chili’s rewards program is good too. You get a certain amount of points per dollar and use them on parts of the meal, like free chips and salsa, or a lunch entrée, dessert, chips and salsa, a free Coke, etc.

The miller lite was perfectly cold. I ordered the chili which was mediocre. It had no beans. The three tacos were quite good as well as the rice was spiced nicely. The black beans were good as well.

Service great the young man with the big tattoo on his right arm. He was really great. Prompt and had great energy. Burger was good, preformed frozen patty, fries were old, but it tasted good enough. Bottle beer was prettty over priced, sam adams in the bottle about 6 bucks. That was pretty out of line. Over all, I wont be back more than likely or just maybe for take out. The bar and waitstaff was great, over priced bottles and a menu that does not flow well. Chili’s needs to improve their game.

I hadn’t been to chili’s in a long long time almost 4 years… So finally I decide to make it to chili’s this time and I was surprised, they have really turned around things here. The staff was friendly, but slow(and not like it was super busy). The menu selection is pretty decent. Although I felt that the quantity of food was a bit on the lesser side(not that I am complaining) but for that quantity I would have liked to pay like«A Dollar» less, which would actually be a great business move for Chili’s to attract more crowd (but who am I to suggest a business model to an International Chain :)) One thing that stood out, the Burger. I got the traditional Cheese Burger and ITWASPERFECT. In fact it can very well be up there in the Top 5 chain Burgers very well done Chili’s, The fajitas like always were good but like I said 5 bite sized pieces of steak is too less for $ 10-$ 12 dish like really less.(not sure though if this is everywhere or just this chili’s) All in all Chili’s have come a long way, and I can see my self coming here again, not because«its on the way and its lunch time» but more like«Lets go to Chili’s today»

This place gets and A for location and technology use. They text you so you see yoy place on the waiting list. There are several peope who serve you so its hard to find the right person to account for your order being wrong. The new wings are smoked wings and are more like baked chicken wing. Not appetizing at all! The patron Margarita was great and so was the flavored Margaritas as well. Needless to say that the drinks were the highlight of my meal. The southwesy egg rolls were not all that bad either.

Mr Roberts@ Brinker international… the nice young lady, Christen, at the to go window was very sweet and very helpful. The kitchen manager Ryan, green shirt, was attentive and came to check on me right away as I waited. However, as I watched the back kitchen. The gentleman with a black beard has headset on. retrieving the food from the cooks decided to pick a pimple through his beard and continue to handle people’s food. Therefore the chips I purchased have been thrown away. Let’s see what happens…

Hmm ordered shrimp taco meal, came with rice and beans. Service was alright, some of the rice grains were solid hard or like beef jerky, I told the manager but I didn’t get any feedback on the cause of the problem, wonder if they got rid of it or kept using it… The shrimp taco was good.

If you go there on a Friday, make sure you fight for the Happy Hour special from 3−6pm. They told us multiple times that it didn’t apply on Fridays… but on their Zoisk machines, it showed plain as day and we made them honor it. Not good sport! Once we got through that, very friendly!

Even though chain restaurants are supposed to be consistent and same through out, that’s not always the case. They vary greatly depending on the location. They might serve the same food, but the taste of the food and the service of the workers are not as consistent as you would expect. Overall, my experience was decent, around average, which was what I expected. I came here over the summer. My friend and I came here around 7pm for dinner, and we were told that there is a 10 – 15 min wait, which is not bad at all. In reality, it was really less than 10 minutes. We were quickly seated and started with drinks. I got a blueberry pineapple martini, and it was PERFECT! Sweet and tart from the fruits but just enough alcohol to balance out the sweetness! It’s the worst when your cocktail tastes like pure fruit juice! For our meal, I got chicken enchiladas with black beans and rice! The flavor of the food was more on the bland side. I was expecting for spices and seasonings; also, the rice was a little dry. I feel like it’s been sitting in the steamer for some time. It was better after mixing the beans and rice together. The price of the food wasn’t bad at all(about $ 10 – 12), but the average quality is what you get here. I’ve been to places in NJ and NY where the prices are cheap yet the food is delicious! Nonetheless, the service was decent, and the price was good!

I am not big on reviewing chains, because service and quality vary greatly from location to location— but I must say that this Chili’s was pleasant with polite, good service. the food was tasty, fresh, hot and came out quickly with no reheats-the chain itself has come a long way– the menu has a larger variety and is slightly lower priced in general than TGIF and Applebee’s and the fajitas at Chili’s are far superior with much more chicken and cooked perfectly! .Went on a Sunday with the family, bar area has NFL ticket, free refills(offered by server) on appetizer chips(nice touch) –the kiosk iPads with games for the kids are great for restless kids(but you should be told there is a small entertainment fee attached with use)-I will be back!

Trying to eat out, on a Sunday, not being a football fan is a hard work. After a day in Lambertville, my boyfriend and I were hungry by the time we got home. We threw a few ideas around, but every decision ended with a «nah, there will be football on» I’m sorry, but unless it’s a sports bar, I am SO against TVs being in bars/restaurants. If I wanted to watch TV, I’d stay home and do that. I wish everyone else would go the same. We ended up going with Chilis in EB because it has a small bar and you can be seated away from it. While driving to that location, we passed the Chilis on Route 1 and decided to try this one instead. Really glad we did. Although they had a huge bar AND football on every TV, the volume was down. We were actually seated IN the bar section and you could barely tell a game was on. Quiet and considerate of other people dining in, my first positive review! We both got burgers. Nice to see that they have updated menu items, burgers included. Both burgers were delicious. Seemed a bit smaller than I remember, but still good. The four stars are for the food and the fact that I could eat here without the madness of football. The service wasn’t too great. The bartender took our order and that was the only time we saw her. She had someone helping her, but he was more concerned with cleaning up other tables. We could have used refills on the drinks, but he never checked back with us until it was time for the check.

Chilly’s gets my vote for the best comfort food chain/franchise restaurants in the applebees, Outback, Friday’s. etc. category– they also have the best 2 of 20 menu. This location is within walking distance from my house so I am here very often. They recently renovated this place and I believe hired new management team — and it has been a good positive change. Everyone knows what kind of food they have to offer so I am not going to talk about that but service here is great. Their bar area is completely separated from the dining tables which is very nice. The whole place including the bathrooms are very clean but that might be because it was recently renovated. They have a huge parking lot and this location is conveniently located right off route 1. The place is always packed even during lunch hours so they must be doing something right.

I ordered a steak rare and it came back rare! Yes a chain, but management gets it here and that fact us exemplified through their quality of food & service. The Margarita chicken was cooked perfectly and the salsa/chips/guacamole rocks. We were shocked that the food was so satisfying. I typically love to hate on chains, but they operate and execute an appealing product. 2 big thumb’s up!

After many years of staying as far away from Chili’s as I could, a recent enforced dinner at a Chili’s while passing through Flagstaff, AZ made me rethink my aversion. There we feasted on what might be the best guacamole I’ve ever had, as an auspicious beginning to a wondrous dinner at an unbeatable price. Could that be duplicated in North Brunswick? Happy to say, it was. My daughter and I ordered the appetizer and two main courses special, and of course I picked the guacamole and chips. The chips are light and crisp. They’re really good, but are too thin to scoop up the guacamole. They work just fine, though, if you put the guac on the chip with a fork or knife. And the guacamole is as fresh and outstanding — and large — as what was served in Flagstaff. There’s sure something positive to be said about chain restaurants: You always know what what you’re going to get! As before, I ordered the chicken with rosemary, and the scion had the baby back ribs. I’m not a rib aficionado, but these were moist, meaty, and delicious. Service was terrific, and it’s nice to know that there is no reason to avoid this Chili’s any more!

Updated menu offerings and Sam Adams seasonals ensure this is a place to be(in measured quantities). I’m not a big fan of the Sam Adam noble pils right now(too much hops), but no worries — they always have the Sam Adams lager on tap. Plus, their chicken crispers are pretty solid(though slightly overpriced). Just the right amount of MSG.
