Was so happy to find The Charleston Mattress company. My husband and I have been sleeping on a defunct Sterns and Foster for a year and agreed that when we got to Charleston, we’d get a new one. Liz showed us the selections and helped us with our choices based on our bad backs, knees, and shoulders. We finally settled on a Beaufain and it was delivered in 4 days, custom made. At first, we thought we had made a mistake, that it was too firm. But, having slept on it for over a week, we know we made the right choice. I don’t feel him get up 5 times a night and both of us are able to roll over and stay asleep. Best part?! Waking up refreshed and not in pain! Thank you, Liz, we’ll be back when we purchase our house.

It was important to me to support local, and the product seems very high quality for the price. I bought the Sumter, which is a reversible, firm mattress with a quilted foam top. I am really enjoying it. They use Square for payments which delays reply emails, so if you have a question or change to your order, its best to call Keith or Liz directly.

Ordered a mattress online and it was delivered within 4 days. Delivery men were very quick and professional. The mattress itself is outstanding and I paid far less than the chain stores. Wonderful experience.
