What a great little ice cream shop! I stopped in on my way home from Storyland to grab a couple of pints. I don’t know if the woman I dealt with was Molly B herself, or an employee, but she couldn’t have been nicer. She was happy to talk to me about the different flavors they had that day and offered me tastes of everything I was interested in. She was so sweet! The ice cream is equally fantastic. I left with a pint of black raspberry chocolate chip and a pint of chocolate lovers and was very happy with my choices. N.B. Cash only.

I needed to beat the heat on a hot and hazy day. I stopped to cool off at Molly B’s Ice Cream, located next door to Elvio’s Pizzeria. Step inside to a nice air conditioned ice cream parlor with the walls painted in 2 shades of pretty pink, making the place feel feminine. Molly B’s scoops 44 flavors of Gifford’s Ice Cream(Hard) and soft serve ice cream. They offer cones, sundaes, frappes, floats, flurries(or Mt. Washington Storms), banana boats, sweets, self serve coffee(NH Coffee Roasting Co), and cold Pepsi drinks. The prices for cones(in 2009) were $ 2.00-$ 2.50-$ 3.00(soft serve) and $ 2.75-$ 3.55-$ 4.20(hard ice cream), tax included. Hand packed ice cream pints($ 4) and quarts($ 6) are available. I decided on a Root Beer Float($ 3.25) which included choice of ice cream(I got Gifford’s Caramel Caribou) with a 20 oz bottle of cold Mug Root Beer poured into a cup, really foaming at the top, making a small mess, but really hitting the spot.
