Not sure what other reviewers take issue with. Food that is hot, fresh, has good ingredients, good portion size, and at a reasonable price. Did I mention that it’s also delicious? Especially compared to most chain restaurants, this is one of the few good ones out there. Chicken burrito bowls for life.

This is a great Chipotle location! Across locations, the food is always fresh, consistent and tastes amazing. At the North Dartmouth location, one of the managers there, James, seems to do a really good job running his team. He handled a difficult customer with such ease and totally diffused the situation and ended up leaving the customer feeling more than satisfied with a smile on his face. I was very impressed. Definitely some budding talent in the works! There is clearly a great cooperative work environment with support for employees and an ethos that truly exemplifies excellent customer service!

I had a great first time eating at Chipotle. The food is huge, and the staff was friendly. I chose a burrito and it was the size of my head when done. Only reason I did not give a fifth star was the interior seating was rough as I stood by with food without a place to sit for a moment.

Third or forth time here over the last few months. Crunchy white rice everything and music so loud the people behind the line can’t hear and mess up your order, then get irritated when they have to remake it.

This place really is hit or miss. I used to go to chipotle regularly when the food and service was consistent. I don’t eat meat so when I ask for fajita veggies I don’t expect to get a pile of burned peppers and onions. Some so charged they’re crunchy and disgusting. It ruins the entire taste of the food! This was a bad experience I had a month and a half ago. Just yesterday I was in a hurry after work and decided to get myself and a friend some food. Yet again the veggies were burned, they put meat on my salad after I asked for extra romaine on mine and regular for a friends. To top it off i tried to let it go and just take it for my friend but he insisted he remake it. It’s remade, veggies are below par and extremely salty and by the time I got home with the guacamole on top it looked like a clump of brown poop. Why I keep going to chipotle over No Problemo is beyond me!

What’s not to love about Chipotle? They keep it simple, offer tasty food for a fair price and the burrito portions are gargantuan. The Chipotle setup is made for efficiency, which is convenient and gets people in and out the door in a timely manner. Don’t expect«authenic Mexican» cause it ain’t! It’s American Mexican. Just as you can’t expect authentic Chinese food from Chinese takeout places, you can’t really expect the food here to be like the Mexican fare you can get in California. It’s a pseudo fast food chain, people! Chips and salsa or guac can be good but on occasion the chips are overly salted. I’ve always been satisfied with the burritos I order whether it’s the fajita burrito, sofritas, chicken or steak. Burrito bowls are a good way to go, too! The salads don’t really need the dressing with all the garnishes that eventually get piled on, but it tastes ok if you do opt for it. The employees are usually friendly here. Come here for good food, fast.

To whom it may concern, Goodness, I LOVE Chipotle! My family and I were at the N. Dartmouth restaurant today and the employees were phenomenal and as quoted from my nephew«The food was delicious». The last time we were in, the veggies(onions and peppers) were sooooo salty that I couldn’t even eat them and since I can’t have animal products — I was at a loss. However, it seems that the store has become more conscious about their salt use. Additionally, as mentioned above, I am a vegan and this store seems to remember that. I believe it is because there are employees that are vegans as well. Today, one of the young ladies said,(prior to me even mentioning it) «You’re a vegan right?» That’s when I smiled and said, «Yes.» She then went on to say, I am just asking bc there is a little piece of cheese in the guacamole and I didn’t want you to have that. I smiled again. It is not often that I get kind service when I mention that I am a vegan. and today I felt well taken care of. Usually, in restaurants I feel like I am just a hassle. My nephew joins us for lunch 1x a month and usually gets the taco kit. Today he got the kid’s Casida(x2) and stuffed himself so much that he kept saying, «my tummy hurts.» Looks like i’ll have to limit him to one per visit. After all, he is only 5. Oh, and good job on the fruit addition to the kid’s kit. Much better than the chip! Any who, Kuddos to the Dartmouth team! I sure hope this email gets mentioned to all team members working this shit today! Everyone needs a good pat on the back for their job well done and corporation. *This exact email was sent to corporate.

Food is okay. Standard Chipotle fare. However, the service is inconsistent. I go here regularly, and it seems like there are always new staff. The service is typically slow, but not usually bad. Until last week, when I came to eat with a friend. The cashier checks my friend out, she pays, and then he immediately walked away from us. He comes back and says to me «I walked away because of your ugly face.» That is extremely unprofessional. I disregarded the incident, and came back the following week by myself. The same guy is there, working the line. He puts a bay leaf the size of my palm in my food. I ask him to remove it, and he does. While I had my head turned, he placed another in my food. Thinking nothing of it, I continue down to the register and the lady checks me out. While eating, I noticed the leaf in my food. I go to the register, the guy is laughing hysterically at me. The woman at the register immediately gave me a refund, and promptly got her manager. The manager handed me some coupons and said«you don’t have to eat here.» At this point, I relay the story from the previous week, and tell the manager about his employee’s unprofessionalism. They then are extremely apologetic, offer to remake my burrito on the spot, and refund my card. I tell him that I will be leaving, and that I would rather be treated decently at an establishment I regularly give my money.

It was okay. nothing incredible .the staff is the best part they are so peppy n funny. I got a bowl n it was just okay I don’t know what the hype is. Maybe because I had heard such good things about it my expectations were to high anywho I’m just use to more authentic Mexican food.

Chips are stale and overtly salty, the tacos had next to no meat in them. Bland.

This location was super busy when we visited, so you might keep that in mind. We didn’t wait long to get food, but there were tons of people eating in the restaurant. The food was great, though, like it always is. We didn’t have any issues with proportions. The workers were friendly enough, though the cashier was a little short & rushed. Fairly clean inside. Tidy bathroom. Parking is kind of weird since it’s behind the restaurant, away from the road. Lots of room, though.

After experiencing about half a dozen chipotles, Dartmouth chipotle is by far the most infuriating chipotle I have ever been too. They cut the portions really thin and even when you ask for double meat it is like getting a regular serving at any other chipotle. Also they take weeks to fix a broken soda fountain. Overall good food, stingy portions and bad maintenance.

I swear the burrito was waaaay too salty for its own good. I have had Chipotle in the past and don’t remember salt issues. I tried to pin down exactly what the problem was, but couldn’t. I think perhaps the pinto beans? It was likely a fluke. I came in during a lunch break for lunch, and of course had limited time. I swear to you that I was in and out of that door in 4 minutes. It was super duper quick and friendly. It was also pricey though. I could get three times the amount of food at Taco bell. However at Taco Bell, they don’t have the fresher ingredients so… Anyways, I won’t be rushing to come back for the price issue and the saltiness. But I’m not completely lost yet to them!

Okay, not from Dartmouth but went to see a friend and of course, had to make a chipotle run. Idk why but I just love me some steak burritos from Chipotle. Someone complained they were too big? What?!? Give me that big burrito. I love it. So it would seem that my experience wasn’t as bad as most of these reviewers. The first time I went in I had ordered through the Chipotle App. Yes, there’s an app. Genius. I’ll never order any other way again. Anyway, I went in to pick up my order. It was packed to say the least. I walked up to check out in front of that long ass line to find out they never received my order. What?!? Oh good job Megan — I forgot to push«place order.» Ugh. But! Fret I did not, for the girl at check out was über friendly and on it, ASAP! So friendly, so awesome. They immediately made my double steak burrito. I went out to my car to wait because honestly it was so packed I didn’t think they’d get to it right away. But they did and when I walked back in to pick it up, the girl had been walking around looking for me. I felt so bad, but how awesome is that?!? I felt special. Corny, but really. So because I’m a huge fatty, before I left Dartmouth, had to go again. I went right when they opened. I was greeted immediately upon entering and this guy made me feel so important. I was taken aback. He was all set to make my double steak burrito. Of course the ingredients were superbly fresh! Score. Again the staff were so friendly. I gotta say, this has been my favorite Chipotle. And I happen to find my burritos delicious… Side note…$ 10.00 is a little pricey for a double steak burrito and I complain, yet: consumerism. I can’t help myself. Guac is extra?! No thanks. I always pass.

I have been to this Chipotle a few times, but my last visit was the best so far. After having the carnitas recommended to me, I was eager to try their food again, for I did not like the last two times that I went. So when I tried three soft tacos with carnitas, lettuce, rice, and cheese, I was in heaven. They were some of the best tacos I had ever eaten. Honestly, though, I think the burritos are overrated. They are too big, and the flavor is not brought out as nicely as the smaller tacos. This is my opinion; I believe I am in the minority here. The location is pretty good, and the noise level is not bad if you sit in the back. It’s cozy there :) Best mexican chain ever!

I understand that this is located in Dartmouth but really why does the service need to suck so bad. I obviously walked in during a conversation the 2 that were upfront were having and obviously the conversation was so enthralling they couldn’t hear nor understand my order. Every time I said anything there was a 30 second delay before their action or response. To make matters worse they didn’t really understand how to wrap a burrito and even after using 2 pieces of foil to wrap it with it still split open and spilled all over the entire togo order. It was gross.

While it’s no «No Problemo»(a few miles away in New Bedford, making far superior authentic Mexican) Chipotle makes decent food but you can definitely tell you’re eating at a chain. I keep popping back in because of it’s convenient Route Six location, but I always end up wishing I had ended up somewhere else, especially when it’s time to pay up and I end up shelling out almost $ 7.00 for a meh burrito. Lots of teenagers clearly working their first ever job man the front and are more interested in socializing with each other than getting their lines to move any faster. Today a young female employee accidentally made a travel tub of salsa explode on the counter when she put it down too hard and while she apologized and laughed about it, neither she nor the cashier bothered to wipe off anything that had just gotten food on it, like the counter. Gross. As others have pointed out, they don’t change their gloves half as often as they should be when switching between meat and vegetables. Again, if you want *really* good Mexican and you’re in N. Dartmouth go to No Problemo instead of Chipotle. The service, atmosphere and overall quality more than make up for the drive.

I’ve easily been to a dozen different Chipotle locations and the Dartmouth Chipotle infuriates me! It’s really not that hard to wrap a proper burrito and considering they probably make a hundred burritos every shift, they should be damn good at it. Sadly, my burrito fillings usually end up as a homogeneous, cold, mushed pile o’ stuff with the tortilla just barely holding it all together like a bomb about to explode. And, sometimes I literally can’t watch them make my burrito due to the rampant cross-contamination that happens even when I tell them I DONOTEAT meat. YET!!! It’s the only, even semi-convenient spot to grab a burrito in this area so I end up here time and time again, always leaving furious because I know I’ll just keep going. Like a masochist!
